Mega happy, dass es Parkplätze gab. Wir hatten sogar einen in der Tiefgarage. Das war super. Das Hotel ist zwar eher schon älter, die Zimmer aber sauber, ordentlich und recht modern. Da gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und aufmerksam, so konnten wir ganz unkompliziert am Abreisetag das Auto noch beim Auto lassen und so nochmals in die Stadt. Überhaupt ist man vom Hotel sehr schnell am Bahnhof, in der Stadt oder im Millaneum Shopping Center.

Leider ist die Sauna nur von 18-22 Uhr beheizt und da erlaubt das Management nicht mal eine Abweichung von einer halben Stunde. Dafür ist dann leider die Dusche im Zimmer zwar warm, aber es kommt nicht genügend Wasser raus, als daß man sich an einem kalten Abend ordentlich aufwärmen könnte. Unsinnig auch, dass im leeren Kühlschrank im Zimmer das Licht immer angeschaltet ist. Da man eine Glasscheibe davor hat, sieht man das auch noch die ganze Nacht, sogar bei ausgesteckter Raumkarte. Stromsparen geht anders. Die Bar ist nett und war an einem Freitag abend auch gut frequentiert. Die Rezeption war auch sehr freundlich.

Grund für die Buchung war die eigene Parkgarage. Außerdem punktet es durch sehr große Zimmer, Wellnessbereich mit 2 Saunen und einem Dampfbad. Das Frühstück ist günstig ( nicht konsumiert). Das Bett fand ich sehr bequem, großer Schreibtisch, Wasserkocher. Abstriche gibt es: etwas renovierungsbedürftige Zimmer und Wellness, kein Safe, keine Bodylotion und Wattepads am Zimmer. An der Seite zur großen Straße sind Ohropax hilfreich, obwohl die Fenster wohl gedämmt sind.

On the whole pretty good, but let down by a couple points. Firstly, I was very disappointed that the restaurant closed earlier than the time stated on the welcome letter, and also that they don’t offer Room Service. Still Uber-Eats came up trumps., with both myself and another group ordering from the same pizzeria at the same time (which added some amusement when both deliveries were made by the same driver, and I nearly lost my dinner to another hungry diner). I also had to fix the shower bracket in the room myself which should have been picked up by housekeeping/maintenance. Still I was staying for work so had screwdrivers in my luggage. Location is convenient for Stuttgart train station (10 minutes walk). Sauna facilities are good. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable. Interesting building, in that it seems to be a modern building inside the shell of an old one.

Ich bin eher Negativ überrascht. Für 4 5 Sterne habe ich deutlich mehr Erwartet. Sehr einfaches Bad mit Loteriger Dusche aus der nur Tropfenweise Wasser kommt. Die Bar ohne vorinformation am Freitag geschlossen. Wir hätten sehr gerne nach 15km Fussmarsch noch etwas getrunken.

The hotel was unacceptable. Front desk was often empty, staff ignored me while smoking, and check-in was rude. Our room had no proper sheets, stained pillows, mold in the bathroom, and only one towel for two people. Despite requesting service, the room was never cleaned and no extra towels were provided. A terrible experience, especially while in town for my sister’s funeral.

Leider war schon der Empfang am abend zwischen 21 und 22 Uhr nau. Stand erst mal fragesuchend da, da niemand vorzufinden war, für den Check Inn. Nach Minuten kam ein oh hallo. Während dem Check Inn zwischen den zwei Damen merkwürdige Unterhaltung. Und kaum Interesse am Hotelgast der einchecken will. Nächste Negativ Überraschung. Kam mir vor wie ein Personaleingang. Erste Türe links, gleiche Ebene wie der Empfang. Wäre super dass man so eine Anmerkung macht. Bei den Preisen, leider mehr Erwartung. Im Zimmer, gibt es einen Wasserkocher, Teebeutel, Kaffe ec. Aber weit und breit kein Wasser. Also zurück zum Empfang und Wasser verlangen. Perfekter Start. Dann Ekelfaktoren: Badewanne, daher nicht geduscht, nur Kopfüber Haare gewaschen. Bettdecke war der Abschuss: vergilbt, was schon längst hätte ausgetauscht werden sollen. Hygienische und gesundheitliche Bedenken berechtigt.. Bilder sind hinzugefügt. Ich hatte dies alles beim CheckOut beanstandet. Die Dame war sehr freundlich und bot mir ein kostenloses Frühstück an, was ich dankend ablehnte! Da ich nur enttäuscht und froh war diesem Hotel mein Rücken zuzukehren. Ausser dass die Matratze vom Bett super bequem war, konnte ich diesem Hotel was vor Jahren eine andere Qualität hatte, nichts mehr abgewinnen.

Das Hotel War sehr zentral und von außen wirklich beeindruckend. Das nette Personal hat uns super bedient. Wir hatten das Zimmer 108 im Erdgeschoss zur Straße raus. Die Straßengeräusche waren ok. Wir hatten einen kleinen Frenchi dabei dieser wurde vom Personal mit einem Fressnapf, premium Futter und einem Süßen Türschild überrascht! Wirklich super! Hier sind auch Vierbeiner Willkommen! Das Frühstücksbuffet war im UG mit super Service und es wurde immer ausreichend nachgelegt. Auch für Sonderwünsche gab es ein offenes Ohr. Auch wenn am Wochenende viel los war sind wir freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient worden. Das einige Manko war der Teppich auf dem Flur zu den Zimmern dieser war wirklich ekelig, voller Flecken und hatte die beste Zeit hinter sich.

Hotel was close to transport, shopping and dining. Staff were very helpful. Only one thing we didn’t like was the design of bathroom as it had no doors. A net curtain was used to to divide the sleeping area and bedroom, it just felt uncomfortable as I was travelling with my teenager. Toilet was separated like in a cubical.

シュツットガルト中央駅からは緩やかな登り坂です。中心部とは逆方面ですが、図書館の方にショッピングモールがあります。中にスーパーもあります。入口が短いですが急な階段しかありません。荷物が重い場合は気合が必要です。部屋には冷蔵庫と電気ポットもあります。冷房の効きはあまり良くないです。

Spacious and clean room in a beautiful historical building. Cute decor. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Good value for the price. 10 mins walk from the main train station, close to a shopping mall with Starbucks and other food options. There are a few interesting points that I'd like to point out for non-German guests (as I think it's pretty standard in Germany because now I've stayed in 4 hotels here and they are the same): - "double" bed means two single beds put together. Size wise, yes maybe it's a double, but there's a crack in the middle with two small comforters on top, so what's the point if I can only sleep on one single side anyways? If you are thinking of upgrading because of the bed option, say from a single bed room to a double or two singles to one double, don't bother. If you are a couple and prefers to sleep on the same bed, you will be sleeping on different mattresses (had a picture but App doesn't upload it). - body wash, shampoo, facial wash - all in one. All four hotels I stayed in had similar one bottle of liquid soap for all washings. If you care about this stuff, now you know to bring extra products.

Spacious and clean room in a beautiful historical building. Cute decor. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Good value for the price. 10 mins walk from the main train station, close to a shopping mall with Starbucks and other food options. There are a few interesting points that I'd like to point out for non-German guests (as I think it's pretty standard in Germany because now I've stayed in 4 hotels here and they are the same): - "double" bed means two single beds put together. Size wise, yes maybe it's a double, but there's a crack in the middle with two small comforters on top, so what's the point if I can only sleep on one single side anyways? If you are thinking of upgrading because of the bed option, say from a single bed room to a double or two singles to one double, don't bother. If you are a couple and prefers to sleep on the same bed, you will be sleeping on different mattresses (had a picture but App doesn't upload it). - body wash, shampoo, facial wash - all in one. All four hotels I stayed in had similar one bottle of liquid soap for all washings. If you care about this stuff, now you know to bring extra products.

Stayed at ARCOTEL Camino Suttgart for 3 nights during Euro 2024. The hotel is very nice and located few minutes walk from Train station. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also as you expect in Germany. However it seemed like the staff was overwhelmed by the many guest at the hotel during the opening weekend at Euro 2024. And maybe the many guests at one time stressed the staff at the front desk. I payed the full amount at checkin. But on day of checkout they charged me full amount of another guests room. When i confronted them with that they refunded the amount - but with aprrox. 10 euros less. Despite that it was their mistake. But in the end it was a very pleasant stay at Arcotel Camino.

朝食が素晴らしい。鮭一匹を丸ごと蒸してあるのには驚きました。レモンと塩、胡椒で美味しくいただきました。駅から近いんですが、ダラダラとした坂を登っていらなければいけないので「行き」は中央駅からバスの利用をお勧めします。ひと停留所です。

I stay for a one nights after long travel feom Italy. Everything was good, but food at the bar/restaurants it was very dissatisfaction and not pleasant at all. My meat plater was just cheap cheap product and it was extremly unpleasant. Burger was dry and not nice at all. Wine from the wine list was discussing , also price in the menu was written different, but we have been told that this is not a price and we have to pay more. Very disappointed after long travel. No kids menu, or any alternatives for smaller meal. But with all meal trouble , we all had a lovely sleep. Breakfast was also very pleasant surprise. 😋 All good, but restaurant menu must be reviewed by the owner. Thank you 😊

La chambre est vieille (mais propre) grande mais vide. Pas bouteille d'eau (même payante en chambre). Les flexibles de douche pas serrée. Un dîner au restaurant très décevant. Aucune annonce sur les plats manquants ou absents. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à devoir arrêter le repas avec le plat car pas de dessert du tout. LE chef n'en faisait pas. Bref pas à la hauteur des annonces.

On the whole pretty good, but let down by a couple points. Firstly, I was very disappointed that the restaurant closed earlier than the time stated on the welcome letter, and also that they don’t offer Room Service. Still Uber-Eats came up trumps., with both myself and another group ordering from the same pizzeria at the same time (which added some amusement when both deliveries were made by the same driver, and I nearly lost my dinner to another hungry diner). I also had to fix the shower bracket in the room myself which should have been picked up by housekeeping/maintenance. Still I was staying for work so had screwdrivers in my luggage. Location is convenient for Stuttgart train station (10 minutes walk). Sauna facilities are good. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable. Interesting building, in that it seems to be a modern building inside the shell of an old one.

Basics of working in service is to say hello to guests entering the reception srea. That does not always happen at Arcotel. So simple but still very important. If you would have been occupied with a customer so off course no worries. But that was not the case. It was like I did not even exist...Not so professional.
