we enjoyed our stay , especially the heated pool and spa. There was lots of upkeep works going on so a little inconvenient but need to keep up the maintenance. It didn’t really impact us much.

Pretty disappointed. We got a top floor premium room with a rooftop spa. The building was undergoing renovations and the painters set up in our rooftop area making it unusable for the first 3 days, there were other similar rooms that were vacant they could have used, we’d open the curtains and they’d be on our balcony, games room, main pool etc closed for Reno’s. On our last night there we had a not slipped under our door stating there was a triathlon on the following day and we’d Need to move our car to paid car park down the road or we wouldn’t be able to exit upon checkout. This meant not only paying for parking but have to move a weeks worth of luggage 2 blocks away when we left. If any of this was mentioned previously we would not have stayed here. Really disappointed

Great place to stay, beautiful pool and spa, gym although we didn’t use it. In room spa bath was brilliant. Comfortable bed, has everything you need. Easy walk to many restaurants, wish we tried the Vietnamese. Beach is very close. Has everything you need and more. 👍

I loved the uniqueness of the design of the property. The pool was spectacular shape and style. Kids would have loved it. The room was huge with everything I could want. Although apparently fully booked, I rarely ran into anyone in lifts or reception. It was a very short walk to lots of cafes and the beach. The cost was very reasonable. Wish I'd booked for longer

The unit was kept clean. Kitchen lovely and new. Nice balcony to sit out on in the afternoons. Did have a small view of the sea. Underground parking space available and allocated to your unit number. When I used the spa it had a slight chemical smell? One of the bathroom towel racks fell apart, most likely from a recent paint job done in the unit. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this resort unit.

Check Inn Excellent, friendly welcoming staff Plenty of parking Friend was approached by a man in pool area about a glass that we had on table and told not allowed in pool area which is fair enough however there were other people also in pool area who clearly had glass and werent given the same treatment,no they werent plastic. A lady also pointed her fingers at my 10yr old child and raised her voice for her not to jump off rocks, the rock she jumped off was the same level as the pool side which you are allowed to jump off. My daughter is also autisitic maybe next time parents should be approached instead. Some cutlery pots and pans werent washed properly Pillows are like rocks Dont make any noise past 10pm we finished our night at 1030 and had a noise complaint warning and threat of calling police and eviction if it happened again. Swipe key also malfunctioned and had fo call management to rectify so we could get back into property Will not be returning

Nice pool area. Kids loved it. Spa is roofed so is cozy even in rain, however it created a lot of noise that we coud hear deep into the night. We stayed on 2nd floor. Also, I found it could be cleaner in the shower or time to replace it. Otherwise it is nice. The area is beautiful close to the beach, restaurants and shops. You can walk to Coles to get groceries and if you don't have a car, there is a much closer smaller shop is near.

Very nice and clean ,staff are very nice. Handy to everything. The only thing was our room wasn't ready by 2pm. It was probably only a one off ,But they did everything to get us in another room..

Great location. Close to the beach and wharf. The unit was a good size and well equiped for pots, pans, glasses etc. Tissues would have been a nice extra, as well as more toilet paper. Reception staff who are there during business hours were very helpful.

The pool is amazing with multiple sections to relax in. Accommodation is great with everything required. However apartments are not soundproof so any noise in common areas is heard inside aswell as doors slamming often as there isnt a quiet slow close on common doors.

Came here years ago as kids and loved the location and pool! Pool was great! It just needs to be heated more, especially the kids pool. It was too cold for us in September, the spa was good. This resort would be incredible with a warmer pool. We booked based on a heated pool. Needs to be around 30 degrees in winter/spring. The rooms are great! Balcony was wonderful with a view and the local bird life coming to say hi. The pillows are terrible. So hard in our room. Parking and access across two roads was great. Easy walking everywhere. Rooftop with little kids play area and bbq’s were great. Great to watch the sunset. Games room was cool. Make sure you contact for after hours access in advance as reception closes early. Free beach toys to use for your stay.

The room had almost everything one needed to feel at home. Well appointed, clean, great location to the beach, eateries, bars, retail etc...And the staff were most friendly & helpful. The "only" gripe was the lack of light block out on the windows.

The resort was in a great location to shops, restaurants and bars, our apartment was clean with bathroom and kitchen recently renovated. We would have liked to be higher for better views, ours on the second floor overlooked swimming pool but mostly looked at the high rise car park across the road and the side of the apartments next door. The staff were very nice friendly and helpful.

We were provided an early check-in when the unit was cleaned early, which was a nice bonus. This enabled us to take advantage of the more time having fun at our chosen location and kids got to use more of the facilities. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The room had everything we needed for a short weekend stay.

We had issues with our late check-in, the after hours service failed to answer us! We were fortunate someone came in & alerted the managers. The property is a little dated but weather permitting the pool area is good. Supermarket nearby along with a very easy walk to the Esplanade, great location.
