Beautiful condition and furnishings with everything you could need for an extended stay including full kitchen facilities and good size table and lounge. Fantastic location over the road from the beach and easy walk to shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and good communication. Only tiny concern was the allocated small car space . If you have anything bigger you may have an issue. Otherwise a perfect holiday

The carpark is really a tight squeeze. We stayed for 4 nights and no house keeping was provided unless the stay was for 5 nights. Only one set of toiletries and coffee and tea capsules were provided for the duration of our stay. Any extra requested would be chargeable. It does not leave a very positive experience for guests at all.

No 24hr reception and awkward parking situation. The Spa in the property is warm and uncomfortable and the pool quite small. Rooms are spacious though but the TVs have some weird software on them so cant even cast or use Netflix. Property is also on a weird street that has 2 x 1 way roads so annoying to drive around. We stayed level 2 which meant no view also.

Overall our stay was ok. The property is fairly new so it was in good condition. Our apartment was clean but for the age of the building we felt the common area on our 4th floor needed a good clean - walls and carpet were dirty. The apartment was nice, and well equipped with 4 televisions. The program the hotel uses for watching movies and tv was very slow and clunky and we couldn’t access Netflix or other streaming channels. We also felt there were some design issues such as the fuse box being in the bedroom at a height accessible for our 5 year old. And the car park entry is a strange entry and exit. Also we didn’t use the pool as it was really murky and didn’t look like the chemicals were balanced. We probably wouldn’t stay again but with some minor improvements the property will be a good option to stay in Mooloolaba.

Familjen Bergman från Sverige, stannade en vecka. Det var väldigt rent och snyggt och modern inredning. Utsikten var fantastisk, (boka med havsutsikt.) gångavstånd med endast ett par minuter till stranden, restauranger och aktiviteter. Jag rekommenderar varmt detta boende! 😀

Clean, immaculate property in a great location. My only gripe is that I had requested twin beds for my boys and ended up with a King - however they also let us into the property early so I was happy! Close to all the restaurants, parks and water and staff were all lovely.

Ocean view was blocked by trees-not Breezes fault. Lacked a few basic commodities eg coffee pods salt/pepper bin liners etc. Balcony very noisy as right on main Esplanade. Otherwise nice modern apartment

Lovely big apartment but could not have the sliding doors open due to traffic noise from adjacent busy street. For the same reason we could not use the outdoor area.

The property was very clean and the apartment was nice. Unfortunatley it was very windy during our stay and we couldnt use the beach and the pool area is far too small and always in the shade (i should have paid more attention to this when booking). The road noise is also quite loud and the door to the apartment constantly bangs even when closed, both which made it very hard to get a good sleep. The wifi also drops off all the time, this meant that i was using data when i thought i was connected to wifi and got charged alot (from overseas).

Great location, walking distance to main strip of beach and dining but a block away so it’s quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly upon check in. Property is well kept, clean, and all necessary amenities required. Only slight feedback is the air con is pre-set and we weren’t allowed to change it. The bedroom was quite warm and stuffy at night even with the door open so it wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep in. Otherwise, the property itself is great

Our stay at Breeze was great. Check in was smooth, our 1 bedroom apartment with hinterland view was very modern and comfortable. The balcony was a great size and comfortable to sit outside and enjoy. The kitchen was fantastic with everything you need, the shower was hot with good water pressure, the toiletries were good quality . Our only complaint was the queen bed. It was not comfortable, every time we moved the whole bed moved. We would stay here again, but might book a room with 2 single beds next time to avoid the queen bed issue.

I agree with review posted by Amanda. Be wary when booking here. We booked a premium ocean room expecting decent ocean view like front facing apartment photos on website pictures. What we got was a pokey corner balcony with barely any view from any of the living spaces. How this can be advertised and charged at same rate as other rooms is a joke. It didn't help the woman at front desk was in my opinion surly and frankly has no idea how to treat paying guests. We will not be back

Lovely location very close to everything and right on the beach. The apartment was perfect, very clean and great facilities. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Mooloolaba
