Would go back if I got a different room to the one I got. Our room had no phone service at all. So could not use our phones at all in the room. We did get phone service in other places in the property just not our room. It smelt musty when walking in. There was a wasp that kept trying to make a nest on the balcony. We had to ask for bug spray which we had to do ourself. The wasp kept trying to come back. Pool was fantastic. Short walk to the beach. Good location. Easy parking.

Checkin didn’t start well when we were keycards for the wrong room and of course garage door etc couldn’t open. Apartment condition was quite dated but clean. Very efficient aircon, very quiet apartment and good location made our holiday enjoyable. Barbecues in the common area were kept clean and were very efficient to use.

Pro: very good location. The 2BR deluxe apartment is generous in size. Very clean and tidy. Has kitchenette (oven and microwave), washing machine & dryer, toiletteries. Beautiful swimming pool and spa. Con: the surface of the pool is covered with these sharp scratchy material, scrap the skin off myself and both of my kids as you get out of the pool. The pillows are very hard and uncomfortable, feels like big clumb of cotton, gave us all sore neck.

Very handy for Hastings street walk out and straight into the top of the street. Great swimming pool nice and warm and spa. Plenty of seating around the pool. Rooms overlooking the pool is nice and the birds came down to visit. Apartments were plenty big enough for us but the contents were tired and dirty or broken. Couch was stained and ironing board was broken. No vaccuum so the bedroom carpet couldn’t be cleaned and even though the manager had checked our room was ready when we arrived it hadn’t been cleaned properly just a basic quick clean. There was drink or food splashes over the door divider panels and the floors weren’t clean if you closed the doors there was dust and dirt behind them. Cobwebs and bugs in the ceiling and ants in the kitchen bench area. Very disappointed in the cleanliness.

The room was in the ground floor, I requested before I took the room the I prefer to be in the second or third floor. They requested to paid extra money. No one clean my room, I have been a customer several times and always perfect. This time no one care, they advised me that the policy has been changed. The spa didn't work in the morning one day, it was working the next day. I am customer for many year but no one care. The price is high for the services received, nothing compare with previous years. I don't want any response. I just want to forget my experience this time. Please I don't want to be in reviews, this is only directly to you.

Excellent location with a friendly staff. Nice pool but be prepared lots of kids. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Noosa is an excellent area.

Great location, pool area great and family friendly, nice and friendly check in. Property in definate need of a spruce up, even simple changes like state of ensuite toilet and replacing plug holes that are rusted out. Attention to detail when cleaning appartments would help, very grubby overall, especially very visible build up of rubbish and grit and dust by fridge, mould around showers and faeces around toilet bowl. Used towels dumped and left on level landing by someone left for 2 days. Such a shame as the total outlook to and from pool area fantastic and pool is great.

Our stay stared off not so pleasant in a room that smelt of urine( unfortunately the cleaners had not checked one of the pillows that had been used to urinate in) it was disgusting room was also dirty cold and dusty. Management was apologetic and we were changed into a new room the following day. However this doesn’t change the fact that we discovered the saturated pillow in an unfortunate way. I think this resort is slightly outdated however the cleaning aspect is unsatisfactory.

Disappointed that our room and bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom had not been restocked with ammenities and the sofa bed had not been made up and had dirty sheets on it. I expect a much better standard from the Mantra.

I found the place run down and dirty. Had mold on the back of the bathroom door, balcony was dirty and had the pleasure of looking at a window covered up with used Coles shopping bags. Room was meant to be deluxe but very average. Felt like they had put some pictures on the wall and thought this is deluxe. Pool is good but very busy. Other family members stayed in alternative accommodation on the same street at a similar price that was light years better. Would advise to stay elsewhere unless all booked out.

Firstly we were put in the wrong room, and when I went to let them know, at first I was told that I was wrong and the room was as described (until the person came and had a look, then we were offered another room). The new room was much better until we went to bed and found there was a lot of sand in the bed (we had not been to the beach, and I had come straight from the shower). We understood that they were understaffed, but that doesn’t mean we have to accept sand in the bed & chips in the corner of the floor. On the upside, the pool and the location were lovely, the staff were very busy but nice, and there was plenty of undercover parking which was also great.

The hotel is nice and staff were friendly, however the blinds were falling apart in our room and the air conditioner compressor out on the balcony sounded like it was a rocket ready for launch. It was comical. I don't know how the neighboring room put up with it. Most of our pool time had guys mowing then wipper snipping. Then a guy decided to gurney mould from the pool for one of the days. I know if needs to get done, but not relaxing for what you pay.

Apparently the resort is being done up with the front entrance and front rooms being excellent...our room was one of the older ones - 80' style with old musty carpet Pool is nice and location excellent and if/when all the rooms are refurbished the price they charge might be appropriate value then No cafeteria /meals or dining might indicate an apartment designation rather than calling it a resort.

Great location for Hastings Street but room was very tired and the air con wasn’t working properly which probably explained why when I first checked in and entered my room a large pedestal fan was on and going full blast.

Compact apartment in excellent location overlooking Hastings Street - 150 m from Noosa Beach. Not very new but good condition. Apartment has only a lounge (no chairs) but is ok for casual meals etc.

Cleaner walked in on my Wife will just getting out of the shower - no pre knock from the cleaner and occurred 1 hour before checkout time. The accomodation-Room & carpet very tired for the cost of the room. Tv mounted under the kitchen bench in a very poor position with no hdmi cable for the dvd. Ended up putting the large screen tv on the kitchen bench. Overall poor experience! Tired tub shower step in arrangement in bathroom that is not suitable for the average size or older person.

Overall I would say this was a 2.5-3 star experience at a 4 star price. Good location. Accommodation ok 3.5 to 4 stars. Key negative were internet and checkout/service. Internet was not working in my room and this was a business trip so was highly disruptive and inconvenient. I raised this with reception who apologised but stated this was a recurring issue. For the price and claimed 4 star hotel they need to address this and make it more reliable for guests. Another negative was checkout. They kept my bag for the day in a room next to reception but just told me to put my bag in there, no tagging system or security. When I checked out I walked in and just took my bag and left. Anyone could have done this, not a secure system. In Australia hotels often claim and price for a higher level hotel experience than they deliver and this hotel was a good example.

The Mantra was a lovely place to stay, the staff v friendly & helpful. Sadly our trip was cut v short due to cyclone Alfred heading to the area. We only stayed one night due to the cyclone heading to hit land. We checked out after 1 night but sadly the hotel wouldn’t offer a refund for the remaining 3 nights. We I feel is not right because we left due to v bad weather and the whole area being shut down.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and the pool and facilities were great however there were a few hiccups. After booking well in advance we were told the day before our check in that we would have to move rooms halfway through our stay due to a room allocation error. We were told by the assistant manager who was lovely and very apologetic at the time that they would reimburse us for one nights stay for the inconvenience however this was never followed through. Not one person mentioned it during our stay and after trying to contact the hotel after our checkout we have since heard nothing. On the day of the room move we were made to feel as if we were the ones who had caused the issue and on top of that, were walked in on by three seperate housekeepers who had not been told of the situation. One of which woke up our sleeping baby. We were initially happy to move but after a few incidents of poor communication it ended up leaving us frustrated and unfortunately means we won’t be staying again.

This is a large resort that doesn’t seem to be large… well laid out and good sense of space and privacy. We particularly like the layout of our room and location overlooking Hastings Street. Jack at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience 😊

Just metres from the main strip of Noosa and from the beach. Light, friendly, spacious appartment with lovely view of the courtyard pool area ( a little bit of ocean) and neighboring flora as the complex is nestled into the very green hillside at the end of Hastings St.
