Mantra French Quarter Noosa

Lots of bugs. Small ants crawling throughout the unit. Small cockroaches in the bathrooms. Big cockroaches in the living area. Moths and silverfish. Bugs in my bed, so much so that I had to shake out the sheets… it’s Australia, but even for Australia this was a lot of bugs. We kept all patio doors closed, and still they came. Also, hallway was full of garbage in front of the unit when we checked in. If this was a motel, that would be fine, but this was very expensive for minimal cleanliness.

Bed and couch were very uncomfortable and the apartment needs a refurbishment. We were there for a week and we were never offered any room cleaning. Beach towels are provided and the pool is lovely. Our daughter’s room had been renovated and was beautiful. Great position for beach and Hastings street shops and restaurants.

Lovely clean room and resort.

This is a large resort that doesn’t seem to be large… well laid out and good sense of space and privacy. We particularly like the layout of our room and location overlooking Hastings Street. Jack at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience 😊
