Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort

We stayed here for 5 nights with our two small children. The staff were very friendly. Our booking got lost and did not come through until we arrived which was a bit stressful, not sure why this was. The buffet Breakky was amazing. The pool was lovely and poolside bar was great. As was the day spa. Great experience all around. Loved the little touches of champagne on arrival and hot choc for the kids Hotel was right on Hastings street and walking distance to all shops.

The hotel was good, the only issue is we have to pay extra for car parking. Paid a lot of money for the property, parking should be complementary for guests.

This is a quality hotel, with first class quality staff. Very comfortable, well appointed room. Pool and facilities around the pool are excellent.

My room was on the 4th floor, which has a number of rooms being renovated in preparation for next year, when the hotel is undergoing a large upgrade. My room had light covers removed, bathroom fan not working and the hallways were full of workman and furniture. This is not a 5* venue, it's a sad 4* at best. But their room rate was exorbitant for what they offered. I did advise management and showed them photos. They offered a small discount in reply. Make sure when booking you ask if they are any renovations happening around the room. The discount has to be processed through the booking platform.

Property was very luxurious, lovely staff, great location, lovely cocktails. Noise from jackhammering above meant you could not stay in room during the day. Water pouring out of shower recess on to bathroom floor was terrible, made standing in bathroom very uncomfortable

Amazing place. We loved our stay here and hope to be back very soon! Great location and the pool/pool bar was fantastic.

Pool View Room. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Not noisy. Double glazed doors work a treat. Perfect location. You don't need your car at all. Pool is great. Noisy kids there though. Bar & restaurants fantastic. Breakfast is definitely worth the inclusion. Rooms are quite spacious. Pillows are a little too soft for me, but honestly the staff truly make this hotel special.

The power points behind the bed didn't work so I needed to ask for an extension cord. I sleep with a CPAP machine so it's important for me. The WiFi didn't work. I tried to log in many times but it didn't recognise me as a guest. The pool was terrific and the room was large but the decor and bathrooms were a bit tired. I would still come back again...

I was really excited to stay at this property but for the rate you pay per night i dint think the rooms are worth this cost and all with stained carpet and outdated rooms The lobby and facilities are great but the rooms ate very outdated , the tv and too small for the room Size and hard to view from the bed I spent a day of my stay there wiping up ants and also slept in the room one night after the room had to be sprayed for a 2nd time i also was disappointed to hear that the person who sprayed the room relayed to the manager there Wasnt that many ants when id explained id wiped a bunch of them Myself from the table and bar area that kept reappearing it had only been a few i wouldn't have said anything it was only after 24 hours of more reappearing that i said id like to i was offered to opportunity which i took to change rooms my next room was better and smelt a lot fresher then the first although was disgusted to see last night when i bent down in the bathroom to wipe water of the floor that only surface clean must be done on the toilets as under the rim in the bowel was absolutely disgusting and what looked like a build up of either mould or feacies The staff that work at the hotel though on the front desk were great but the only thing 5 star about the hotel is the service Big thank you to jade who was the only person i spoke to throughout the ant situation in my room who said sorry this has happened. i wasn't offered any small compensation for the ordeal

The service was excellent and foyer area ran with such high standard. The rooms however have not been updated since perhaps the 90's, decor and coverings very dated and tired. very musty smelling, we had to constantly have our balcony door open for smell.

Lovely hotel. Very conveniently situated backing on to Hastings. Staff were a bit slow at times and room a bit basic but very spacious and well maintained. Would recommend if visiting Noosa

The staffs are friendly and nice. The hotel is quite old and I feel that the ventilation system has not been checked for a while. I notice that the inside of the electric kettle was partly rusty. Based on the rate, I feel that it is a bit expensive

So maybe a bit better soundproofing would be nice, or it could be just where we were located.

A lovely hotel with perfect location: just a little tired. In a big city it would be 3.5 star.

Rooms were well appointed. Notification from wotif that booking could not be fulfilled (in spite of having received confirmation from the hotel) and subsequent attempts to resolve this with Sofitel left me feeling very anxious. Multiple unanswered phone calls did not fill me with confidence. Spoilt the experience for me.

We love staying at the Sofitel Noosa - the rooms are spacious and beautiful beds and bedding. The swim up bar in the pool is great the river bar is lovely with sunset views up the river

Es ist ALLES Durchschnittlich. Bei einem 5* in dieser Preisklasse sind die Erwartungen natürlich grösser. Aber wir genossen die gute Lage und die Drink- und Essenspreise waren auch ok.
