Peppers Noosa Resort and Villas

Gorgeous resort. Great staff, food and location. Needs some deep cleaning and facilities uplift (eg gym, pool)

Checkin process was easy. Buffet breakfast very good. Facilities are clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Car park added great value for us. Close proximity to Hastings Street was good as was the free golf buggy shuttle to and from Hasting street as required.

We had a pleasant stay at Peppers Resort Noosa - the room was plentiful, clean and as expected. Check-in process is slightly lack lustre and wasn’t exactly exuding warmth, but doesn’t affect the quality of our stay. Our reasoning for 4 stars is mainly because we booked as a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 infant) however upon check-in, our room had no travel cot. We had to request this (at extra charge) and thankfully the team arranged one to be delivered to our room within 2hrs, but I do feel it should’ve been inclusive of cost and already in the room given we booked as a family. AUD10 per night to hire a travel cot was slightly irking, especially as a family friendly resort. Our 4/5 rating is also attributed to the level of noise experienced from the Park & Cove restaurant - we stayed in a room in the 9400s, directly opposite the restaurant, which had relatively loud music into the evening which affected our early bedtimes with an infant. The music did quieten by 9:30-10pm though. Sadly the pool was far too cold to be used, which is a shame as this was primarily the reason we booked Peppers, due to their marketing of the ‘heated’ pool. All in all, a nice place to stay and extremely well positioned to access popular Hastings St and Noosa beach, although be aware that access is via very steep hills (they have a buggy service) and if accessing by car, the resort has two different entry points dependent on the time of day.

Room dishwasher was dirty when we arrived. Coffee pods only for 1 day. Pool was closed. Not great service

We had a great stay in an enormous 3 bedroomed unit. Comfortable with modern appliances and ample crockery/ cutlery etc. Great sea view. Nice lap pool and family pool with gym and spa

Surrounded by lush forest and plenty of facilities and an excellent buffet breakfast! Such a spacious house and an extra living room which was perfect for a kid/baby space. We enjoyed taking the golf buggy and was walking distance from everything we needed.

Located in a subtropical rainforest so no views of the ocean. Walk or catch the buggy down to Hastings Street for shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the resort and facilities are certainly in need of refurbishment as the rooms are outdated and furnishings in need of replacement. Not the five star resort we were expecting. Well and truly overpriced.

We shared a four bedroom villa with another family and it was an amazing vacation! We felt very safe going around the resort property with four little girls, and the pools were nicely heated, and it was very easy to order food and drinks from the pool. The villa also had washer and dryer. The villa felt very spacious. We also enjoyed the buggy rides to and from town.

Our room was Tree top villa with three bedroom(two has balcony), three bathroom (two has a bathtub), spacious dining kitchen equipped with a big fridge, filtered water tap, five rings, an oven, a microwave, and cutlary but kitchen knives are really bad (they are like stake knives, not for cutting vegetable. I actually shaved my nail and finger tip accidentally) and a separate living room with a TV and lounge sofa. The floor was dirty with sand or some kind of dirt, not cleaned well. I felt something against bottom of my feet as I walked around the villa. The room floor needs proper cleaning before they check the guests into the room. Dominique, the receptionist was the best when we left the hotel very early in the morning. The bus that we booked to leave the hotel for the Brisbane international airport was supposed to pick us up at 3:55 am but not there so she called the company to check whereabout of the bus so that we would rest assured the bus was on its way to the hotel. Her help concluded our trip with great hospitality and willingness to help with the guests. I would like to extend the gratitude to her on behalf of my group.

I’ve never given a negative review before, but this was not worth the price and an actual health hazard. It is the most disappointing stay I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in hostels cleaner than this. When we arrived at the room the floors were so slippery we couldn’t walk on them. We tried cleaning them with the towels and hot water but could not get the slippery substance off. We ended up calling reception who sent housekeeping to fix it. The girl was so lovely and did her best to get the substance off but took a lot of boiling water and scrubbing. She was struggling to walk on it even with her joggers on. The whole appartment stunk of mould. The carpets, lounge, cushions, bed heads, walls. I didn’t sleep a minute all night and could barely breathe from the mould. I ended up sleeping on the tiles on the bathroom floor to get away from the mould smell. My mum slept outside on the sun bed (we were away for her 60th bday and I am heavily pregnant). The beds were like laying on concrete and pillows to match, hence the bathroom floor and outdoor sun bed weren’t much of a downgrade. Not much phases us when travelling but when you are paying these prices I was genuinely shocked at the lack of hygiene. No one should have to sleep in mould. The staff were friendly and facilities (pool, breakfast) nice enough. Buggy service was great. We unfortunately will not be back after this experience.

The only thing I can say is that the pool wasn’t very clean. Otherwise everything was super perfect.

The property was spacious and well-furnished with a great outlook. The staff were professional and polite. The facilities were excellent and close to places of interest. However, the property had not been cleaned thoroughly before we arrived—it was very dusty e.g. the decorative blocks on the stairwell and cotton buds etc from previous guests were still in a drawer in the laundry/bathroom.

The property needed some TLC repairs and cleaning. Although the property facilities are good and in a wonderful green leafy location, the property itself seemed like it wasn’t taken care of. Our room was nice but a little dirty, the beside lamps, filthy and dusty. The panel surrounding the microwave fell off, the ceiling in the room dusty, bathroom sink had a fine spider cracks running through it, with other areas in bathroom that were worn and chipped. Our front door handle was floppy and the bathroom near the restaurant the whole plate on the wall where you flush, just fell off the wall after flushing, the paper towel dispensers were all rusty and the chair paddings and lounges in the bar area, there were multiply dirty stained chairs. It was a real shame as the resort had great facilities and was only 14yrs old, however it looked older because of the condition it was in. We enjoyed the location and the buggy down to Hastings street, spotting an echidna on the property was a highlight of our stay.

Everything was good except for cleanliness, that's definitely not great so I would recommend taking care of that.

We stayed in a 3-bed tree top villa and were blown away by the size and quality of it. Had everything we needed for us and 3 kids. We will definitely be back

Beds ….. I pay through the nose for a night away for my wife and king bed turns out to be that gosh awful uneven 2-single format and hard as rock - have a better bed at Home ! The shower /Hot water - bahahaha an EV tripped the power and hot water was non existent when needed - hmmm

Apartment was spacious! Bathrobes would be a nice addition. The resort needs to employ more staff I felt sorry for the bar tenders.

Amazing stay. My friend and I loved everything about the hotel. It was spacious, clean and extremely well located. The buggy service offered was a great touch. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was great, Maria, always with a smile, was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Lovely property, couldn’t check in until 5pm but gave us some drinks vouchers.

Dinner was too expensive, not that good and same menu every night, inexperienced waitresses, food took too long to arrive, with delays for each person (8 of us) receiving our food. Breakfast buffet was ok but ordinary, same each day.

Great resort which is an easy walk to Hasting St although there is a bit of a hill to climb. Of course there's the buggy service but just remember to ask for a buggy pass in case they don't give you one, so you can avoid an awkward conversation with the buggy driver.

Great location. It is central to everything that Noosa and Hasting street has to offer. It’s a 10 minute walk (or a free golf cart shuttle) to a great beach, restaurants and bars. Loved the breakfast buffet. The resort is next to the national park so it felt like we were in a rain forest. We would love to come back!!!!

This accommodation is very well located because it is very close for access to town and access to the national Park. Because of Service, once you get there, you can just park your car and use that to go back-and-forth. The setting is very beautiful built into the hillside.

The rooms are not soundproof which is disappointing We asked to move rooms as our wet areas had a ‘sewerage’ smell. The breakfast was the same every morning Really boring & disappointing Our TV & washing machine didn’t work. Apart from being nestled in the beautiful rainforest the actual building/structure felt like barracks tbh! We would definitely look at alternative accommodation next time.

Large 1 bedroom apartment with everything you need. The resort has a buggy to take you down to Hastings St and back if you don’t want to walk. The buffet breakfast is amazing. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. Would thoroughly recommend and definitely be back soon!

This property was beautiful inside and out. A with a lovely view from our room, to a perfect bed and pillow. The lounge room was very comfortable too. We never heard any of our neighbours, just the birds outside. If I had to find a complaint, it would be when the tiled floor got wet, they were very slippery. Including the shower floor. Sometimes we had to wait for a table for breakfast but the meal was worth the wait. Such a lovely place. We will be back
