Property is undergoing maintenance only one lift working so unable to get to our room without multiple flights of stairs. Even if the lift had been working there could still be stairs to get to your room. Older room needs refurbishing.

Loved everything - central location, direct access to beach, spacious and well appointed room, amenities (especially the heated pool and spa, BBQ area and sauna). Staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The location was excellent. The lift was being repaired so had to walk up a lot of stairs. The room was in need of refurbishment. Had to pay extra $5 for pool towels on top of our room charge.

I didn’t give 5 stars because I had anticipated a bath in the apartment. The sauna, spa and pool was great. Not a lot of parking. Beach is right across the street, and all the shopping nearby.

Our apartment was adequately furnished with a large balcony with an ocean view. Location is great with with the beach across the road and cafes, shops and the Surf Club virtually on the doorstep. I was confused by pool pictures which looked very different. They are! There are two pools, the paler one being only a few inches deep so fabulous for young families. The blue pool is lovely. There are steps everywhere so if you are mobility challenged call ahead they can put you in an accessible room. We'd stay there again.

Very convenient location for beach restaurants and other amenities. Excellent on site restaurant. Pool area in full view of every apartment so no privacy. Apartment very dated and in need of a thorough clean. Lifts and walkways very dirty.

Oh my gosh the location is beautiful. You aren’t paying for the room, you are paying for the view. It’s just beautiful. Bathroom was very average. Needs a good clean and maybe a bit of a Reno. Felt dirty and didn’t feel comfortable using the shower. Very basic room, old furniture but it did the job. First impression of walking to the room we saw a mouse run across the footpath near the pool. Was kind of gross but not the hotels fault. Can’t help nature I guess

The external doors had mould on them. The shower screen had mould. The floor of the shower had mould. The room stunk like stale water and/or sewerage. The whole room stunk. I would assume that it was stale water in the "S bend" of the bathroom floor. Had the room not been used for some time? It was an offensive smell as soon as we opened the door. Our clothes the next day had the smell in them. Running the shower and clearing the "S Bend" seemed to clear the source of the problem but the smell did not dissipate.

Great location with my room set back off the main road, it was very quiet. The room was a little dusty with built up dust on the towel rail and bench/table tops. The towel rail was loose so I didn't use it in case it fell off the wall. The staff were very friendly - Jen was fabulous and overall it was a very nice place to stay. The room had a slight musty smell on arrival but acceptable. Decor was a bit tired and needed a freshen up but I would stay here again for convenience. Good value.

Great place to stay big clean room. Nice swimming pool close to many eateries and Public transport which is 50cents per ride bloody bargain. And the beach is right across the road. We will be back.

I booked a Queen studio. I would have thought a studio had a small kitchenette, but all that was there was a fridge placed next to the tv unit which is where the cutlery and cups were kept. We had to use the bathroom sink for washing up. Luckily it was only a short stay so we managed, but had we have booked for a week I would have been very unhappy. It was also very dated and the bed was terrible.

Only one set of towels or you’d have to pay. Bed is not a true queen but a double and uncomfortable. Staff were ok, internet is not even NBN and cuts out all the time and you need it cause no reception in area. Beautiful part of the world though.

1.the place is a rabbit warren with doors and stairs up & down everywhere and very easy to have no idea where you are. 2. Room had no table to eat or drink off; or any suitable area/table/desk to work off. 3. The small spa bath was a 'death trap' with a very deep to get in, no handles or rails, nowhere to seat; and so for the same reasons, very difficult to get out safely. 4. The small fridge is a disgrace - no shelves in the door at all except a bottom shelf that only had a 2-3cm rail so you could put nothing in it (and as mentioned) there were no other shelves; and the other shelves in the fridge were also dysfunctional heights, partly because of the totally useless door. 5.There no actual CHAIRS to sit down at (and as mentioned no table either) - just two old barely adequate lounge chairs.

We couldn’t check in. Reception closes at 3pm so ridiculous for a weekend!! Especially when you can’t check in until 2pm. We never ended up staying because nobody answered our calls or the intercom at reception for late arrivals. So glad wotif.com upgraded us to a fantastic place with real people to greet us on arrival and let us check in to our accommodation. Don’t stay here the managers obviously don’t care about your holiday stay. They are just selfish.

I would have to say the staff where extremely pleasant friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and inviting and the beds where very comfortable. My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves for the 2 nights we stayed at the beach resort. We didn't get to use the pool because we spent most of our time down on the beach but the pool did look amazing with the waterfall going into it. The areas surrounding the pool also looked very inviting with plenty of seating and day beds to use. I would also like to write a big thank you to everyone at the resort, we had an amazing short 2 day break with you and are looking forward to staying with you again another time. 😃🌻

Terrific facility at a very good price. Was upgraded to a room with a sea view. Conditions and spas along with pool a great compliment to the facility. Kept very clean. Have been here 3 times and will return. Staff approachable and helpful from front office and cleaners, no issue.

Manager was very rude and reception seemed clueless.. Air-conditioning did not go below 20 and it was very hot in the room. The water from the shower went all over the floor in the bathroom which is a huge safety concern. Streaming services and Wi-Fi lagged very badly and someone managed to control my TV without the remote from somewhere else. Very scary and creepy. Do not recommend this place.

Great location walking distance to everything. We had an ocean front apartment and the view was amazing. If you don’t feel like walking too far, there is a restaurant/bar on the ground floor which had lovely food and a good variety of drinks to choose from.

Loved the location, easy to walk around for everything that we need. Beach, park, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Ideal for small children and was nice to hang around the salt water pool if the beach felt like too much. My apartment was average but also everything we needed for a few days stay. Would definitely stay here again.
