We loved our stay here as two couples the apartment was a great size and a bonus to have two bathrooms. The pool was lovely. Brilliant location and even better if you have a car.

Well located close to coolum centre, and immediately opposite the main beach. I prefer to be not at the front, with an uninterrupted beach view, but towards the back as it is more quiet. (still with partial view). Pool and gym are an added amenity. Staff very friendly :)

We had a stunning view, nice balcony to enjoy the view, the apartment was nicely furnished, use of a gym, swimming pool & spa. There was also a sauna, however I did not use it. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was functional. All in all a great spot within walking distance to beach and village. I particularly enjoyed the Sunshine coast location as it was quieter than Mooloolaba where Coolum was favourable to my sort of relaxing holiday, however the beach bars were available if you wanted social times. A good resort!

Great location and ocean view. The room wasnt as clean as hoped on check in. Decor was dated. Nice pool and enjoyed other facilities such as tennis court and games room. Staff were helpful.

Thank you for having us this weekend. The ocean view from our room was amazing and the quality of the hotel amenities such as the pool was lovely further with the quality service from the reception staff. Will definitely be back. Would recommend if you’re looking to find a stay in Coolum.

Great room, clean and plenty of space. The pool is great being heated, even with some rain we were swimming. Enjoyed the tennis easy walk to the beach, restaurants, the surf club and other shops. Great place to stay for a coast holiday!

The location was fantastic, close to beach and shops. An older property but pleasant; had a range of options for wet weather too with sauna and games room, dvds and books and for when the sun came out tennis and pool and spa. The area was perfect with nice walks, beach across the road and restaurants and cafes close by. Reception staff were always friendly. We would return.

Position is great, opposite beach and a short walk to the sand. Very spacious apartment. Bathroom fans not great, the supplied blow dryer is too weak. The toiletries and toilet paper supplies were insufficient for our stay. Bedrooms very dusty. Good laundry and kitchen facilities. Staff very nice at front desk.

Very disappointing!! The property is very dated the pictures on the internet were better than the property. The appliances supplied like the toaster and kettle were filthy along with the oven. Our stay was for four nights we asked to change rooms and were told no. The staff were not helpful or friendly. The property is way overpriced for what you get. On top of this we then had to eat out for breakfast, lunch and dinner due to the state of appliances. Don’t bother booking.

We stayed a couple of nights as a family. Great location, near the beach, awesome pool. We had a large apartment with views of the ocean. Unfortunately there were a few issues with our room, it was damp smelling, mould on fabrics including the curtains and some comforters in the wardrobes, floors sticky, some crockery dirty, couch dirty. Sadly wouldn’t want to stay more than a couple of nights.

If you want to stay: 1. Ask for a room away from the building works next day. 2. Come prepared to clean before you use. Under lounge cushions dirty as was the floors, mirrors etc. We had to clean filter from dishwasher, dryer etc But a good location to beach and shops lovely ocean views. Could be so good.

We family of 3 and we have 7 days holiday we have 3 days no internet and from reception tell me is broken and will be fix in couple of days she told me it is nice weather outside I don’t need internet! And 2 days the air conditioning was broken! The apartment was not clean the couches was sticky the floor same ! I never go back even if it’s for free ! The worse holiday in 25 years!

The photos are nothing like the apartment we got. Our apartment was very dated and dark. The toaster was so old it didn’t fit our bread. The fridge is ancient and tiny The utensils etc are so cheap and nasty You have to take your own rubbish to the bin The bedding was terrible, old and musty. One of the single beds was broken and all springs We never had an ocean view Will not stay here again, ever

The apartment was luxurious and beautiful. There were however two minor things that bothered us. The laundry light had burnt and it was an inconvenience. The second thing was the power plugs in the bathroom were broken, which meant that I could not dry my hair in there. We reported both issues to the desk in the hope that it would get fixed but nothing was done about it. Otherwise I would definitely have given it 5 stars.

The apartment was great but the aircon was broken so maybe should have been a discounted rate for that but the staff were amazing. I guess the only feedback would be if you advertise an ocean view which there was one maybe you should charge more for the higher levels than pay the same rate and get a lower level room because let's face it the view isn't as good due to palm tre way

Nice and specious apartments. Not the most modern but very good location and the ocean view apartments have great views. Our only complaints were the beds and pillows are quite firm.

The views from the room and balcony did not match the advertised views, which was the biggest disappointment. Our balcony opened to the view of the neighbouring building, which was hugely disappointing. The room was average at best, and several items were rickety or broken, including the ironing board, washing machine and three light globes. We were there for 11 days, and we LOVED Coolum. But the Clubb resort is three stars at best, especially if your room is not on the top 3 or 4 floors.

Property was in a great location and the view was remarkable! Staff at the front were accommodating when asked and always very friendly. The property is ageing and could use a few updates, as could the room itself, however that is reflected in the rates. If this building and the unit we stayed in did some updating it is likely the rates would increase significantly. We really enjoyed our stay.
