Amazing hotel, lovely food we ate on the evening and breakfast and both was delicious. Service was good and spa/ gym area was lovely. Was very clean, decor a little dated in the rooms in the pavilion but went with the surroundings but still very clean and everything worked.. would definitely return.. and 5 stars to the friendly staff. Thank you for a lovely stay

Managed to upgrade to a suite which was really useful as separate area for working - TVs tiny and could do with upgrading to larger wall mounted ones. Room was light and quiet. Pool was lovely, jacuzzi lacking bubbles ! Afternoon tea very nice and menu in the restaurant looked appetising but didn’t eat as we had plans. Would recommend staying here I’m sure it’s even nicer in the summer on the balcony. Charging for car great, would prefer to pay for usage rather than everytime you attached as could be costly.

Straightforward friendly check in experience Room was lovely, spacious, well equipped, Not the best view from the room, have previously had a room which overlooks the lovely countryside, this time the view was the car park. Friendly staff in the leisure area, lovely pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi Lovely ambience in Carries Bar for a meal in the evening, well presented food. Plentiful breakfast, great choices, All staff on site are really friendly and helpful if needed. Highly recommend a relaxing stay at this lovely hotel

Lovely, friendly hotel where you can relax with family and friends. Good location for the Shopping Outlet and a day out to Cirencester. Also has a great pool and spa facilities, and plenty of cosy areas to chat and socialise with your friends

Hotel Grounds were beautiful breakfast was good. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the spa. We book a suite. Lovely big room only issue we are used to a king size bed and unfortunately it was a dbl. other than that a lovely weekend away.

Dead spiders in the room. Balcony haven't been cleaned in forever.It was filthy to a point it was unusable. we had to book another hotel nearby to try and remove the bad taste from this place. I wouldn't recommend!

The breakfast was awful. The food had been left out to long, it was cold and of a poor standard, we left our cooked food. Managed to eat some pastries but they were not fresh, stale. The food area was grubby, heated trays especially. The whole room was just not up to standard expected, marked walls, worn deco! Very unpleasant and disappointing.

A very disappointing stay. 1st of all allocated a disabled friendly room. Changed roo.. shower very dirty. Dusty carpets, marks on windows that looked greasy. The restaurant went from bad to worse. Reserved a table for 4 with seating to suit my arthritis. Table given to a couple. Offered another table. Food arrived for 3 of us. Then an apology that theyd given another person my husband's order. Then they firgot the side dishes which arrived cold. By this time I was too worn out to complain. Have to say the lady from Portugal behind the bar (Inea) was exceptional. One other member behind bar told us she couldnt help us as she was doing something else...paperwork! Didnt enen make eye contact. Very poor, very tired, some staff need a little extra training on intetpersonal skills and smiling. Never again.

I wanted a special experience for my daughter but it was far from it. I was disappointed that we didn't stay in the main hotel with the amount I paid and put into an out building which defiantly wasn't anything like the pictures on the website. The sausages were under cooked, the main restaurant wasn't open even though it was advertised that it would be and there was mould in the bathroom. The receptionist on arrival really didn't want to be at work that day. This was by far the worse hotel I've ever stayed in and the only good thing was leaving early the next morning and finding another hotel to stay in so I could give my daughter the experience I wanted.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Swindon. Was ideal for a little weekend away prior to the Christmas chaos! The wife and I ate Dinner and Breakfast in the restaurant and on both occasions the food & service was excellent. We didn't use the pool on this occasion but can hopefully use it the next time we stay (which I'm sure we will). We stayed in executive room in the pavillion. The room itself was spacious with a balcony offering a lovely view. Our only slight complaint was that it would be nice to have a bigger bed in such a big space. Also, the heating was exceptionally warm meaning we didn't end up having it on at all... appreciate it was winter but would still be nice to have an option for cool air conditioning. However, neither of these overly detracted from our stay.

Staff service excellent. However, after forking out for a Premium room I was treated to no cold water (with no bottled water provided either) no working TV and no heating. Being able to hear next door in the toilet was an equal treat. What you would expect from a dodgy budget hotel rather than a supposed 4 star charging a big wedge. I will not stay again.

We had a really enjoyable 2 day break. A nice hotel set in well kept grounds and with pleasant and accommodating staff. We stayed in a pavilion room which was the quietest hotel room we have ever experienced.

Nobody showed us to our room! Shower was freezing. Room 170 Food in restaurant was not what we expected ...very expensive, we wouldnt eat there again. The room was delightful..bed very comfortable

Wonderful staff, we had a problem with one of our doors and the staff couldn't have been nicer, they had a wedding to contend with but it caused no delay in their attempt to help and once they realized the door would need fixing, they moved us to another room. We had a really nice break at the hotel and will definitely go back.

The only let down was the fact Breakfast was 06:00 - 10:00am but the staff had cleared everything by 09:45. We were late down, (09:30 ish) so when going for second coffee, the counter had been cleared

I needed a place to rest after a long and exhausting day if i had one gripe it would be the required walk outside to the other building in the pouring rain That apart room service good, food excellent and the bed enveloped me and laid me to rest for 10 hours blissful sleep excellent TV and broadband facilities and i shall definitely stay again
