Check-in process was ridiculously long which was quite disappointing as we were headed to a wedding and was late. The stay itself was okay however we did have access to the executive lounge which wasn't the greatest. We ended up having breakfast downstairs. Not sure if I would get a room for lounge access in future

5 start hotel with a very nice room and fantastic breakfast. Location is great. The only negative is the pool and spa which is actually operated by a local gym. The sauna and steam room and locker room were dirty. Nevertheless, overall the hotel is very good.

Great room. Very clean. excellent shower, towels, bathrobes, soaps etc. Staff are great.The only negative for us was arriving at 10pm on friday night and having nowhere quiet to have a drink. Both bars are obviously very popular night spots and were packed and very loud. Not what we were looking for.

We arrived early and was offered an executive tmriomin 36th floor at an extra charge. It was reasonable but what I wasn’t told was that it was an accessible bathroom. The shower floor was slippery and slthough the rails are placed just under the shower head, it was a bit ridky to gey out of the shower. I suggsted a rybber mat on the floor or a plastic shower chair in place for a better security. Breakfast at the executive lounge was excellent. I wantwd to use the swimming pool around 7:30am but found out that it opens at 9am on the weekend. It was too late an opening our to me. All in all,anovernight stay was pleasant.

Obviously a top notch hotel in the city with great staff in a superb location however the in-room Wifi was really patchy at various times and the pool isn't open after 5.45pm on the weekends

Rooms are very nice!! King bed, very clean. If you want to play your own movies on the TV, it has a USB input. Pool & Spa is open from 6am-9pm, it is part of Fitness First which is in the basement, FREE as a guest of the hotel. The glasserie restaurant is not very good, better to go outside to other 5star restaurants. Buffet breakfast is very good. Overall worth a stay.

cleaner service didn’t service my room. Placed food outside of the door after using room service, they refused to pick up food. My entire level 23 seemed to have food scattered across doorways and the floor literally stunk.

バスタブがザラザラで、白いタオルで拭いたら黒い汚れが付きました。コーヒーカプセルの補充もされていなくてフロントにお願いをして補充してもらいました。クラブアクセス付きで予約をしましたが、17時からのカクテルタイムに17時20分に行ったら、すでに満席で入室できませんでした。朝食はレストランに行きましたが、コーヒーは有料5ドルです。クラブラウンジだとコーヒーマシーンがあり無料なのでクラブラウンジをお勧めします。

When I arrived for pre check-in, I was told I would be contacted once my room was ready — but I never received any update. This lack of communication was the first of several issues that negatively affected my stay. Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong, unpleasant odor in the shower area — similar to cat urine — which made the space very uncomfortable to use. Additionally, there was a noticeable gap between the shower door and the floor, which caused water to flood the bathroom during use. I had to use several towels to clean up the water. I called the guest services multiple times requesting additional towels, and each time I was told they would be brought shortly. However, after waiting over an hour and receiving nothing, we were delayed in leaving as planned, which ultimately ruined our day. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, responsiveness, and overall service. This experience fell far short of what I believe a 5-star hotel aims to provide.

Rooms are nice, lots of noise from the street in the room. The lifts were a joke not sure if they were all running. Literally had to wait in a cue for them and when you got one you were jammed in. Won’t stay again

Room was very clean. Check in and out was quick and easy. The only down side was being woken to ther sound of a jack hammer reverberating through the building .. not sure if it was coming from inside or outside the building however it was loud enough that it felt like it was in the next room !!

Dugug, the waitress at Glass Brasserie is rude and racist. She forced me to sit at a table that’s not clean and told me off for moving to another cleaner table, without her permission. All I wanted is a clean table, she is obviously just lazy to clean the tables, and bullying a guest by talking down to me and instructing her as if I am a child. The management should just remove her from her job since she is not keen to clean table and provide basic customer service in a 5 star hotel. Her manager, Anna is excellent with recovery. I felt better although the original experience with Drugug is horrible. Jeffery is the restaurant manager he is kind and considerate. Thumbs up. He went an extra mile with simple gesture that makes a difference to the guest’s stay.

We arrived at the Hilton early after an early flight, about 10am. The staff took care of our bagage well when we arrived. We returned at 2pm to see if there was a possibility of checking on early. We were told the room wasn\'t ready. I ask for an estimate time of availability and was told in "no uncertain terms" that guaranteed check in time was 3pm. The tone was poor and the person cklearly under pressure. We left and went for a walk, returning at 3pm to be told the room wasnt ready. Now I understand they were busy but at a room rate between 800 and 900 per night I expected far better. The staff were about to ask me to return later but I repeated what I was told earlier and the staff member then went and discussed it with a supervisor. There were other issues as well during our stay. I travel to Sydney very 3-4 weeks and it is very unlikely I will stay there again.

The staff upon arrival right through to departure were exceptional! Room was amazing with a massive bath/spa and bed extremely comfortable. It is located in a prime location right opposite the Queen Victoria building and close to Darling Harbour. We used the valet parking and they were super quick with getting us our vehicle when required. Will definitely be staying there again!

Although the overall service and the quality of the hotel was good, there were certainly a few incidents where we have been let down. The most ridiculous of them all was that on our third night of stay, the hotel decided to deduct $1,500 from my bank account, noting this was before check-out. Upon consulting with the receptionist whose reaction, she said and I quote, ‘oh that’s strange. But it’s still pending and once you have checked out, the funds will be returned to you’. The lack of professionalism and customer care the way this was handled amazed me! The attitude was more like ‘well, too bad, I didn’t do this, and you will get your money back anyway, lady, what else do you want?!’ What frustrates me is that my money has been taken without an explanation while I am still a staying guest! Shocking! FYI - I have not received a cent to date! Due to limited word count, I am only going to raise one other matter with a male receptionist regarding arranging the breakfast for the next day. Upon checking in, we have been advised to prebook the breakfast at reception for better rates. The male receptionist insisted on explaining that better rates only apply upon arrival and that they don’t take reservations for breakfast. Noting that we had arranged the breakfast this way for the previous 2 days without any issues. When I saw the same lady who helped us the day before, the male receptionist said and I quote ‘you will get the same information from her!’. Well, obviously not!

Arrived about 12pm, waited in a long line only to find out no room available until 3pm (I’m not sure why they’d advertise the special deal). They happily took the deposit of $50, but no room key issued. This meant I had to come back at 3pm, waited in another long line to get a room key. Terrible service for guests. Waited for lifts which were very slow despite there being 6 lifts. Rooms have great amenities, toiletries incl. toothbrush, tv in shower. No mini bar, everything must be delivered to room. Room service ordered has $7 tray charge. Great location though. Not sure I’d stay again at the rate you pay. I would expect a much better guest service

The location of the hotel was brilliant. It was pouring with rain when we were in Sydney so the QVB train outside was brilliant and took you right it circular quay for the opera house. It is also walking distance to darling harbour. The concierge were helpful in giving directions. The hotel was really clean and had a nice cafe on the ground floor. The room was comfy and clean with good facilities (shower cap, tea/ coffee, safe) and was cleaned daily. We would definitely recommend the Hilton to stay at. We didn’t use the pool as we were out and about, but we did have a drink in the Marble Bar to listen to come music - the decor was amazing!

Our room in Hilton Sydney was lovely and quiet, with excellent black out blinds, and the bed was so comfortable. It was perfectly located for us; there's a light rail stop right out front, short ride to Circular Quay, The Rocks and China Town. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk. We'll be back

The Hilton is a central, convenient and accessible to all of Sydney's major drawcards. A smooth operator. I loved the breakfast buffet which was great value, and the staff were always warm and attentive. I was disappointed with my television which had a problem with its reception/sound/connection. I reported this the first day and the attendant at reception said it would be fixed but it wasn't, so my viewing of morning and evening news was interrupted by poor quality viewing.

This was our Second stay at the Hilton and this time was very disappointing we booked an Executive Room with access to the lounge, since our first visit in July 2024 they had relocated the lounge to level 1 the new lounge is terrible it is smaller and more like food court area in a shopping center than a comfortable place to relax, it is very noisy we would sit ouside the room on some overflow tables, at the busy time they were turning people away as there were not tables for them, if they are selling rooms with access to the lounge then it should be big enough to accommodate all the guests I also dont like that children are allowed in the lounge, the ones we encountered were not well behaved and not controlled by the parents just allowed the run around drop food on the floor and be noisy. There were people complaining to the staff including myself but they just nodded and said there was nothing they could do about it ,dont think we will be going back
