Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was cute and much bigger than i thought it would be. Only complaint is the noise from the street. Bring ear plugs or get some from the front desk.

Very helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean, although a little worn around the edges. Kitchenette was very handy apart from not having a toaster. Quite a compact style hotel, narrow corridors and lifts. Convenient location for Darling Harbour and Town Hall.

would stay here again- especially as a solo traveler. my only issue was the lack of a small fridge in the room. I think thah should be a common part of the hotel stay.

It was very noisy with street noise coming up through the windows There was a gap under the door that allowed light to shine in so when you rolled over the light from outside the room would shine directly in your face The mattress was extremely hard and not very good quality The quality of the room and upkeep was good, but when you factored in the noise, the light and that you could hear people running in the hall and slamming doors during the night took away from the experience definitely
