Bathroom cleanliness, there was a bit of mould on the grout and dust collected behind the mirror. Access by car was very difficult as well.

The staff were efficient and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. Everything would have been perfect except there was light pollution: 1) a bathroom window without blinds combined with a see-through bathroom door meant the door glowed, and 2) the backlights of the two wall panels (air con and room status) cannot be turned off. I built a tower of pillows to cover the panels, which helped, but I couldn't darken the bathroom door.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Location was great, but there was so much road noise on one side of the building we had to change rooms
