I've stayed here numerous times. Location is perfect. Great balconies either quay or gardens views. Spacious lounge area. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine so perfect for longer stays. Excellent bar and restaurant for breakfast on site, usable gym. Staff friendly and efficient. Rarely the cheapest but book early and its not too bad.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We travel with out 6 year old. The hotel organised a reliable babysitter when we need one. Our kiddy enjoyed the pool and the spacious room. We have free breakfast, which is of high quality with beautiful Sydney harbour view. Recommend to all families !

Such a great location - everything is in walking distance and if not, a huge range of public transport options are so close. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and the kids loved swimming in the pool/spa. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel location is worth anything you are paying. Hands down. Centrally located in Circular Quay, you could not be more centrally located. Excellent staff, great concierge and fast and prompt service when anything is requested. We upgraded for an option with a balcony harbor view and it was worth it 10X over. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful - well stocked with pans/plates, etc, but no extra spices or olive oils / small kitchen items included. We were delighted to find that our unit had a washer / dryer, with laundry detergent included. Our luggage got lost on our trip over and this access to clean our limited selection of clothes was a life-saver. The only negative comment I can offer is that the gym was dated. It was clean, and beautifully located, but the treadmills were extremely outdated. There were only 2 treadmills, one was out of order and the other one was so aged that it didn’t have very much absorption. If you don’t care about treadmills, this isn’t a problem, but if you like to run when traveling (particularly inside, which I need to do because I often need to run when it’s dark, so as a female I want to run in a safe environment), these treadmills are though. The rest of the gym was well equipped and fine and offered some great options. We loved this place and would stay here again. We will recommend to anyone we know traveling to Sydney.

Great location. The property itself is getting tired. The pool are is in desperate need of attention. Many missing pool tiles, rusty ceiling vents. Concrete falling out of the stairs. Breakfast is not a buffet. The pull out sofa bed for our daughter was very uncomfortable. The location is this hotel’s saving grace. For the price bracket we would stay elsewhere in future. Definitely not on par with the Four Seasons or Shangri La.

Exceeded our expectations. Best things were balcony above circular quay for watching ferries and harbour bridge climbers. Great corner spa bath, hotel pool and hot spa. Comfortable beds including kids sofa double. Clean kitchen but could have used one small sharp knife and the onky cooking spatula was melted. Washer and drier worked. Freezer made ice but ice cream remaines strictly soft serve only. The kids were OK with that. I would stay again with family.

We had a great New Year’s Eve party at the bar Hazienda, it fully met our expectations. Thank you very much for the free Champagne bottle and the strawberries in our room. Negative was: Our apartment was very dated and needs renovation. Bathroom furniture was broken, dishwasher very old did not function well, kitchen was poorly equipped. Shelf in the living area were dirty. Pullout sofa was very bad to sleep on. The apartment was absolutely not what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Pool area was for a 5star hotel poor. The chlorine smell was unbearable.

Apartment is fabulous, great views, comfortable, everything you could need. Amazing big bed with comfy pillows, within easy walking distance of amenities, transport and local sightseeing. Unfortunately, did experience a cockroach on our bed the first night, which was a bit off putting. This was disposed of by a member of staff, promptly. Also a cold shower - no hot water at all, second morning, apparently due to a storm & power outage. Breakfast service was a "bit hit & miss" as to what was ordered and what was received! Overall, we had a lovely one week stay in this apartment. Room service was excellent, standard of cleaning by staff each day was also excellent.

Hotellet ligger perfekt med den skønneste udsigt til havnen og broen, men synes det var lidt for dyrt ift hvad det var. og hvilken service og stand det var i. Der manglende ofte noget på værelset vi måtte spørge efter …toiletpapir, den ekstra opredning vi havde bestilt, håndklæder o.lign det var som om at den del med rengøring havde hotellet ikke helt styr på. Men imødekommende og søde mennesker i receptionen der straks afhjælp manglerne når vi henvendte os.

The room was very clean and had wonderful views of the harbour. Our first room had some issues where there was no iron/iron board, the AC was broken and the bathtub was leaking. We had to switch rooms and after that, we had a wonderful stay.

There were roaches in the bathroom - one or two, families. The shower/water never stayed warm - it was a lot of cold showers. 2 out of 3 nights, I wasn't able to order room service after 10 pm - on one night, no one even picked up the phone after holding for 5 minutes (and recalling). Half the service personnel care enough (managers), and the other half seem apathetic. The view is all that it has going for it, everything else seems like an old, poorly renovated condo (not a hotel).

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was large and very well equipped, the staff were great and the views were spectacular. Our only issue was the temperature in the shower was impossible to regulate which became a bit dangerous for my elderly mother as the water would suddenly run extremely hot, but honestly we saw past it due to everything else being perfect. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic location very near the Opera House, the ferries, the Rocks, etc. Spacious room with a kitchenette and beautiful balcony overlooking the Harbor Bridge. Breakfast was excellent. And the staff at reception and the restaurant were very friendly.

Excellent location and fantastic apartment space which was roomy and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, pool was lovely after a day of exploring. Only reason didn't go for 5 stars was the room was a little worn and tired.

サーキュラーキー駅、フェリー乗り場、ライトレールの乗り場が、徒歩3分ほどで立地が良く、いろんな場所への移動が簡単で、とても便利でした。 部屋からは、フェリー乗り場とハーバーブリッジがきれいに見えました。 キッチン付きの部屋で、オーブンや電子レンジ、食洗機などあるので、部屋で調理して食べることができます。 次回もまた泊まりたいホテルです。

Awesome location with stunning views from the balcony of Circular Quay & Sydney Harbour Bridge. The room itself was good until you turn on the tv and find you only have 4 foxtel channels. Breakfast was pretty ordinary, I had a nicer one the day before for $25 at a local cafe. I normally stay in $300 to $400 per night hotels and was expecting a bit more than just a better view for $730 per night.

This hotel was suitable for a single night pre cruise, and was clean enough. We just found the furnishings and paintwork very tired and in need of a thorough revamp. The balcony and views overlooking the cruise terminal on the other hand was first class.

The staff at breakfast are very slow. 1. Waited 10min to be seated and i was the only one there at that time . 2. It took them 15 min to take my oder 3. It took them 30 min to make my Oder and there was only 10 people in the breakfast eating. Very poor service. At the Breakfast

Incredible location, great staff, and a huge room with washer and dryer - we loved this very updated hotel! We arrived on a red-eye from SFO around 8am and were greeted by the super friendly front desk staff who stored our bags in no time at all, so we could start enjoying Sydney. You only need about 1-2 minutes to walk to the ferries, which are conveniently located next to the buses, trains and trams. It's all right there - you won't need uber at all. You need only 5 minutes to walk to the opera house, and you're at the bridge in less than 10 minutes. Lots of great restaurants by the bridge as well, in the adorable area called The Rocks. The stunning botanic gardens are right across the street from the hotel as well... it's really a great choice.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We travel with out 6 year old. The hotel organised a reliable babysitter when we need one. Our kiddy enjoyed the pool and the spacious room. We have free breakfast, which is of high quality with beautiful Sydney harbour view. Recommend to all families !

The view from our balcony room is an enviable site and seeing the harbour bridge and the harbour. The location is so perfect for getting around Sydney’s attractions. This was our fifth stay at Pullman Grand Quay. The rooms are spacious, with living room and kitchen, and include a washer and dryer. David, at the front desk, was especially helpful and friendly. All of the staff were great. The location was near everything we wanted to see, and 100 meters from the ferries. We’ll be back!

Overall a fantastic stay -- everyone was helpful & the place is ideally located. There were some issues with card access, but the staff took care of anything right away. If I returned to Sydney, it will be my first choice for a hotel.

Such a great location - everything is in walking distance and if not, a huge range of public transport options are so close. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and the kids loved swimming in the pool/spa. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property is right at the Circular Quay. You can easily walk to the boat docks out one door and out the other direction is the botanical gardens and the opera house is super close too. Beautiful views. The breakfast which was included for some travelers but not ours but it was tasty and convenient. The room was well stocked with snacks, beer, wine.

A very good room with a sensational view. Overall a successfull stay. The fridge did not seal and the microwave did not work. No instructions on how to operate appliances. Bed side lights are not adjustable and are therefore not convenient for reading in bed. Restaurant has limited gluten free offering for those with Coeliac Disease.

Very well situated in Circular Quay near to the train station so transfer to and from the airport easy (even with large suitcases) and economical. Friendly, professional and helpful check in. Large suite. Great value for money. Even had a washer and drier in the kitchen if you needed it. No iron though! Free breakfast amazing. Had dinner in restaurant one night. Views of harbour from the restaurant. Food and service good.

Amazing hotel and staff and location. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a fantastic location in Sydney. Close to Opera House, Sydney harbour Bridge and Botanical Gardens. I took my mother who was in a wheelchair and when I could not take her out she had fantastic views of the quay and lots to see from the balcony.
