I think it was an enjoyable stay. The only criticism is the fact that we returned to the hotel at 10.30pm. We asked to have a bottle of wine delivered to our room. We were advised that room service finishes at 10.30pm. We were nust too late. The quality of this hotel should provide better room service hours.

Excellent hotel in a great central location. Lots of local cafes, restaurants & shops. Nice large rooms. Very clean. Small indoor pool & gym on top floor with large terrace for sitting out. We liked free water, soft drinks & fruit juice in minibar which was refilled daily. Staff all very friendly & custimer focused. Would recommend.

This historic and elegant hotel is conveniently located. There's a lively and reasonably priced Italian restaurant below. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The indoor pool is nice, but it's not heated, so it was too cold for me to swim in. There's also no complimentary drinking water in the rooms. But overall, it's a wonderful hotel that I'm very satisfied with, and highly recommend it.

My wife and I and our 10yo daughter stayed 3 nights at the Grace last week. The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. The hotel location can't be beat, central to everything. Absolutely beautiful old art deco building. The complimentary waters and non-alcoholic beverages were a great perk and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The best bit was having access to our room early, mid morning, coming off an early interstate flight. The one thing that could be improved is the pool area. The pool was not heated and the surrounds could do with a spuce up if I'm being picky. A great stay otherwise. Thanks Gavin

The Grace Hotel is in a great location, close enough to walk to shops, restaurants, attractions etc but also quiet enough that it feels like an "escape". We had an internal facing room which, while initially felt a little strange, was actually a great thing because we couldn't hear traffic, sirens etc at all! The room was well appointed, beds and pillows really comfy, bathroom spotless and had everything you need for a short stay.

Our room had no water pressure,it was very hard having a shower.After the first night we complained to staff,and they sent an Engineer to look at the situation, after the night out we got back to the hotel and they said that the problem was solved Only to find out that the next morning the problem was still there nothing resolved. And then they gave us another room.

Newly and beautifully renovated property and rooms. Linen and mattress super comfortable and pristine. Well designed bathroom, free soft drinks and water in mini bar. Filter coffee provided. One block from Westfield and QVB. Highly recommend

The bed arrangement for the room was advertised as a king bed, but it was actually two singles pushed together. It therefore had a big lump in the middle of the bed and sagged on either side. I woke up with a sore back from this.When I raised it with the reception staff to see if I could change rooms, I was told "I'll see" but not provided an apology. That was disappointing. I was then moved into a bigger room with a proper bed, but that itself was a bit of an inconvenience to pack my bag etc.

I use to love this hotel but after making a mistake with my booking dates and didn't realise until I rang to ask why my room was not cleaned and missing Alcohol taking from the fridge. I get a knock on my door with the Duty Manager and security saying I was in breach of security and informing me I had not paid and should not be in the room I was in total shock and showed what I had booked I was treated like I was a criminal and was marched down to pay which of course I was more than happy to! On check in the receptionist could have told me this. 4 times I had to go back and forth to reception as the cards didn't work. I gave a tip to the cleaner who was about to clean my room and got locked out her house keeping manager refused to let me back in even though the other cleaner saw me in the room! She tried to tell her head house keeper who just ignored her English wasn't the best so I don't blame her she was lovely that's why I tipped her! It was just a horrible experience the Duty Manager at first was horrible to me wouldn't even let talk just assumed I was trying to stay in the Hotel for free..I was given a bottle of wine it doesn't really make up for the way I was treated.

Poor service. Despite an email well in advance of arrival asking for advice on New Year’s Eve celebrations we had no reply. On arrival the girl checking us in was clueless and could not help us at all. Other staff were also without any knowledge at all.value for money is poor. Hotel is all about making profits.

The staff was very accommodating, giving us early check-in after arriving from a long flight from the U.S., as well as a late check-out to work with the boarding time of our cruise ship. The rooms and bathrooms. as well as the public spaces, were immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. Complimentary drinks were provided in the mini-bar. The location in the Central Business District was ideal. We could grab public transportation only a block away at the Queen Victoria Building stop. Easy to access Circular Quay and The Rocks, only a few stops away. Would highly recommend!

To about half an hour to get checked in due to booking over third party, not their fault, but they sent up a free bottle of bubbly which was vegan friendly to the room. So sweet. The person at front desk was absolutely lovely

Love staying at The Grace. Felt that check-in /check-out was a bit clunky this time and took longer than usual. Perhaps staff need some additional training. Large group checking in as we left treating desk staff as an information desk which really slowed things down.

The Grace hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of numerous travel options. The Opera House, Circular Quay, the Rocks, Hyde Park, and Darling Harbour are all within 2 km walk. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and my room was always spotless when I came back in the evening.

A really lovely hotel in a great location and close to everything that we wanted to see and do (theatre, shopping, culture). Very clean with super, helpful staff. The building itself is really worth a tour - there’s history in its bones methinks! We had a deluxe twin and it suited us down to the ground - comfy beds and a good amount of space. Restaurants…We were unable to try the Japanese, as it was fully booked, but were directed to a restaurant not far away and it was great. We also had snacks and drinks at one of the (very) local eateries/ bars (the Charles I think it was called). Really nice bar with some interesting small plates to choose from. We heard that the Irish bar in The Grace was also excellent, but sadly didn’t have the time to try it. So in summary, I would highly recommend a stay here!!

Das "The Grace" würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen und kann das Hotel jedem nur empfehlen. Wir waren nun zum 2.mal dort zu Gast. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist schön leise. 5 Sterne für die Unterkunft selbst. Wir haben die Übernachtung inkl. Frühstück gebucht, welches 42€ pro Nacht kostet und das Frühstück war das Geld leider nicht wert. 2019 waren wir im Grace Gäste und haben das Frühstück geliebt, die Räumlichkeiten waren angenehm ruhig, man hatte einen eigenen Frühstücksbereich, das Buffet war riesig, es gab einen Koch wo man Omelette, etc bestellen konnte, riesige Auswahl an Obst, Müsli, Brot, Wurst, Käse und warmen Speisen und Honigwaben. Das war einmal. Heute ist alles anders. Man sitzt in der Lobby zwischen Lobby, Toiletten und Küche. Ständig laufen Gäste mit Koffern durch den Frühstücksbereich. Die warmen Speisen sind kalt, weil die Heizplatten ausgeschaltet sind, kaum noch Auswahl an Speisen, kein Koch mehr der frisch zubereitet, Kaffeeautomat oft kaputt oder leer und wenn er geht, schmeckt es nicht. Gäste kamen um das Frühstücksbuffet anzuschauen bevor sie es Vorort gebucht haben und sind wieder gegangen. Für das Geld lieber woanders frühstücken gehen. Riesige Enttäuschung
