Stayed 2 nights to attend a family wedding, free on-site parking was very attractive. Site is very secure, but we were not made aware at time of booking that there is a very noisy construction site next door, operating Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm, Saturday from 8am. Room was comfortable, but some lighting was not working. Hair dryer, but no shampoo or tissues.

Great area for access to beaches, shops and transit. Pool and parking are a plus. Older property but comfortable and has most things that one would need. Cons they do not clean or replenish sooner than 7-days (coffee/toilet paper), in a neighbourhood so barking dogs, construction noise. We felt safe and highly recommend staying here.

This has become our regular place for short stays in Sydney. Yes, it's an older property but it's great value for the price - simple but comfortable, very clean, so quiet at night - and the location is excellent. You can walk to the beach in ten minutes, catch the bus to Bondi Junction literally outside the front gate, and there are loads of restaurants and cafes within a five minute walk. Friendly staff, free secure parking and a nice retro vibe thrown in too (love the palms and hibiscus and those original 1960s bathroom tiles). We enjoy it every time we stay and will return quite happily in future.

Great price and location for NYE. Property is a little tired and could do with updating but exactly what you expect for the pricing. Enjoyed the pool, used the luggage storage. Would have liked a safe deposit box in room for valuables but otherwise all good, clean and helpful staff. We had a late evening flight so relaxed by the pool for the afternoon.

Very good value for money; convenient location, very quiet. Bus stops just outside to Bondi Junction. Swimming pool a good thing to have. It’s really a motel , but a haven off the main road. Shops short walk.

Centrally located. Private, tucked away. Parking is a bonus and the staff are lovely. Clean, neat and tidy. All you need for a quick stay close to Bondi beach, restaurants and shops. Bakery around the corner for a morning pastry and coffee. Excellent!

Excellent location as a fairly close to the beach and transit, restaurants and shopping. Having parking included and a pool are a huge bonus. The units are sed-contained, minimal supplies and dishes, we found our stay both times exceeded our expectations. Needs a bit of detail cleaning and the checking in process after-hours can be confusing but we enjoyed both times we stayed there.

We had 5 nites booked ,we got there we left almost immediately, from the cold welcome we got at the front desk to the dirty stinky room ,the dirty shower ,finger prints all over the kitchen ,the ac unit had tones of dust! The front hall closet inside of it was very dusty as well!.They had a ironing board where the cover was very old and dirty!The room itself smelled! Was very expensive for what it had to offer, even for half the price would still be too much!The window above the bed was full of cob webs i closed the blinds so i didnt have to see how dirty the window was! When we came back and told the receptionist thst we were checking out she didnt ask why or apologized or tried to make our stay better! We lost 700 dollares , not even a apology since than!. We were very disappointed!

This hotel is convenient to Bondi Beach shops and cafes but the property is a little run down and in need of renovation. Our room was fine, and the bed was comfortable, but the shower tiles were very grimy, as if no one had cleaned them for a long time.

We enjoyed our stay here. The lady at check in was most helpful. Great to have parking included. While the property is showing its age it was clean and quiet. Within easy walking distance to Bondi Beach. We will stay again next time we come to Bondi.

I regret to admit the only positive aspect of the accommodation was convenience as far as location. The apartment was very run down structurally including all the kitchen equipment. The only heating was a small portable fan. We also experienced an ant infestation in the sleeping area and kitchen. Disappointing experience. Mara.

It was certainly old but it served its purpose well and truly- (head down for a peaceful sleep). Check in was quick and cheerful and loved the secured parking for free - Bed was great, aircon was great 43deg - rooms just need updating however this will increase price I daresay. Host was friendly and welcoming - exactly the right person for the job.

Stayed for 3 nights in October. Nothing to complain about but it was very tired and old. It was clean enough but very tatty. No attention to detail, like the remote control was filthy. Good for people staying there for work. Good location, short walk to beach and bondi road for bus links into Sydney. Helpful staff. Comfy clean bed

Check in was easy and we were able to get our room early. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and there was a bus opposite. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby . The office staff were very helpful and stored our bags for us when we checked out and called a taxi for us when we went to the airport.

Construction started 6am behind my bedroom wall. There was no day-time human check-in. There was no ID check upon check-in at all. It was clear from the room next door's entrance that this property does long-term tennants, and that level of noise / culture was a bit of a shock and suprise for a Wotif property.

The maintenance man was very helpful and communicated well in a difficult situation whereby I nearly missed him and a room for the night. Courtyard and plantings aound the units enhanced my enjoyment of the stay. Kitchen well arranged and sufficient and sitting area good.

This place was great for an overnight stay. The family suite had plenty of space and storage for us and all of our bags. Room was adequately equipped. The lady on reception was very helpful and accomodating and went above and beyond for us. Helped us store our bags, late checkout, and helped with transport advice and bookings. Felt safe here with the security gate at the front. Would stay again.
