Nice place for the money- but they are closed from 7:00 pm to 8:30 am. So if you arrive outside this window, you have to call a phone number and then are given directions to a hidden safe with your room key. Also, you must arrange parking in advance if you need to park overnight. It would have been better if this information was clearly explained and highlighted in the description or in a follow up message.

Really enjoyed our weekend stay. This property is a great base from which to enjoy Manly and the surrounding beaches. The property is very conveniently located with very easy walkable access to the beach, restaurants, pubs, and Manly town centre. Check-in was efficient. Reception and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with good amenities and a view of the beach. The only shortcoming was the bathroom which was quite small and a bit tricky to move around in. Also there is no onsite parking, but it is available nearby.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. We weren’t informed that the rooftop pool and sitting area was shut down, which was disappointing. But otherwise it was nice.

The local of this property in Manly is excellent. Amazing views over looking the beach. Plenty of room in the apartment and the kitchen was well equipped. So close to pubs and restaurants. We parked the car in the underground parking and didn’t need it again for the rest of our stay. This is our second time staying at this complex. Would stay again.

Suites are a little tired, but have new elements to them, such as sofa's and fridge freezers. The pictures still advertise a roof top terrace which has been closed for some 4 years according to the staff

This property is in a great location right opposite Manly surf beach and there are plenty of dining and cafe options in the immediate area. The property is super clean and well maintained however the rooms are quite small. So if you just need a nice safe and clean place to sleep and you are out and about all day I highly recommend this place to stay

The location is excellent however the windows are not double glazed so you can hear people talking outside and cars sound very loud. Ear plugs would be a good option. Its an old property and the bathrooms are very small and tired.

Booked a room and got an upgrade to the Corner room which had a view of both the street behind and the beach and that was easily the only good thing the room had going for it. For the very exorbitant price I arrived to a room that had the beds still not made from the previous persons staying and the outside noise of the street behind was the worst part of my stay as a commercial truck and cherry picker were conducting very loud activities outside from 6:30am every morning. I got no good sleep at this place because the owner of the property is too cheap to invest in double glazed windows and sound proofing, since the archaic bathroom had no exhaust the window is set to be permanently open which let's more sound in as you are separated from the bathroom by a thin sliding door. With the amount of money you fleece from people every night which tallies around 300AUD average you can easily afford sound proofing and double glazed windows. The view, and the location do all the heavy lifting, if you get a corner room that has a window on the back street prepare to get no sleep.

Excellent location with partial beach views. Clean modern room with only overhead lighting and basic facilities, but good size smart tv. No restaurant. Nearby public carpark for a fee at reception. A bit pricey but overall ok.

Room was very noisy at 3am there was a rubbish truck that emptied bottles waking up and at 6am had a recycle truck also waking us up every day. We had to was both mugs up before we used them. Bed was soft and uncomfortable. We wanted to check in early as we had been up traveling in the early hours to be informed it would be 1.30 for cleaning. On the last day we wanted to have an 11.00 checkout only to be told we couldn't as the cleaner only works between 9.00 and 11.00. So why could we not check in early? I think some customer service skills wouldnt go a miss.

Very clean and great location. Housekeeping staff were exemplary. Office is only open til 6, had power outage from 7pm til 9 am. Had worse room, level 1 view of trash truck at 5 am loud from the street. Was told at check in that we booked through Expedia so that’s the room we get.

Convenient location. Very clean room but poorly designed bathroom with tiny handbasin and towel rail outside. Not major issues but little details matter. Self service check-in after 6pm which is early for reception to close, but helpful staff communication.

We had a fantastic stay at Manly Paradise Motel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. We booked a room with two single beds – it was on the smaller side, but had everything we needed, was clean, tidy, and incredibly convenient with the beach right outside our door. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Manly Wharf, and we felt completely safe the whole time. We’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay again!

It was directly opposite Manly Beach, close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Being an apartment meant that we could cook etc as we wanted. Having a laundry was great let us wash and dry everything before going home - so less work at home!
