Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, we were disappointed that the property did t have a pool but Jenna at the front desk got us free passes to the YMCA pool which is just a short walk from the hotel. We needed extra towels and we had them within 5 minutes of asking. Everything was wonderful!

The hotel overall was an excellent experience as I was here for a work trip. The room was clean with modern amenities and services, as well as a convenient bar/restaurant on the first floor. The gym also provides a beautiful view while working out!

The hotel was OK, the rooms have been updated, but still lack simple things (places to hang wet towels, shelves in the shower). Our reservation was for four people and every time they made up the room they would only leave 3 bath towels and we would have to request another. When we first got to the room we found a used bandaid on the floor, and the bedding on the pull-out sofa had not been changed. The mattress on the pull-out sofa was almost none existent, mainly just springs and a thin layer of fabric left. For a room of the size to only offer two double beds or one king bed is ridiculous. Lastly, it really just feels like this hotel is “mailing it in”, because it is clearly the best of limited options in the area. For the price not worth it.

Rooms are nicely renovated. My only issue was there was an odor in my room and 3 separate times I mentionned this to the front desk and was told someone would go to check. Not once did anyone go so after the third time, I went to a local Walmart at night and purchased a deodorizer.

Nicely renovated. Plenty of room and we had a closed bedroom which was nice. Looked almost like a small appartement with a kitchen table. Very clean and quiet. Beautiful view of the harbour and we had a chance to see a cruising ship coming from our bedroom. Really close to restaurants and boardwalk.

Rooms decent shape and size. We had a double. One bed was very soft, sloped to the middle. The tvs did not work. Front desk were going to send someone up. No one showed. The next day we received a note in our door someone would arrive at 9 am to reprogram the tvs, they needed access to our room. Set alarm for 8 am. No one arrived before we left.

The room was clean, freshly renovated and spacious. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable. The front desk staff was not very friendly and helpful. They appeared to be annoyed that we arrived 1/2 hour early for 4pm check in. Said they would try to get the room ready for 4 (as if they were doing us a favour). Didn’t offer storage for our luggage or any suggestions where to wait, walk etc while we wait. After the first night we complained via their messaging platform (which stated 1-3 hour response time) that the bed being very uncomfortable and asked about a different room or a different mattress. We didn’t hear back until after we checked out for a two night stay.

The restaurant was also lively, good good and service. Would stay there again, in fact tried to book for the next week but they were full.

The service at this hotel is exceptional. I requested a straight back chair for my room, as I have a bad back. I had one delivered to my room within 10 minutes. The check-in was seamless, and the restaurant was great. I will definitely stay there again.

Very nice proper right on the waterfront. The area is easily walkable with lots of dining options including the restaurant in the hotel. Staff were all very friendly. Room was big with great views.

All excellent with exception of sercice in restaurant morning of Dec 27th. This is NOT a reflection of the chef of waitress but caused by fact thet were the ONLY two on duty.They were doing best they could 45 mininutes from order to seving. Mgt has to ensure proper staffing. Regards, Grant King
