I do not know how to control the switch off when I want to sleep. Breakfast is tasty and not oily except the Taiwanese braised pork rice, which is no meat and mushroom, only fatty content. I really enjoy a relaxing short break in this hotel. I am sure that I will be back.

The personal hot tub in the room was the best. Easy to climb in and out of for older couples. Location is next to Xinbeitou MRT so access to a supermarket, restaurants and the thermal spring all within walking distance. Breakfast was good. This was our second time staying here.

The room was comfortable and I loved having the private onsen in the room. Staff were quite strict about their 3pm check-in time. I understand that it takes time to clean rooms after guests check out at 11am, but I was just really tired after a red-eye flight and would have really appreciated even a slightly early check-in.

First room is full of smoking smell. The second room is next to the first: mouldy and constant water running noise from the room above. The ventilation is poor.
