It's a nice and quiet Hotel, with an internal restaurant (I'd say not cheap, if you compare quality of food vs price) and a SPA (payment needed). They have a small Parking area at 15 Euros per day, in case you need it. Also, by default they don't make up your room unless you ask for it.

This was the second time we visited. Again a very easy to access with car with 15€ fee. We arrived an hour too early and got the early check in. The breakfast room is very pleasant and has everything you might wish.

Beautiful old hotel, lovely outside courtyard to sit and chat and have a drink in the evenings. Very convenient to Old Town Tallin, easy to navigate. Some minor inconveniences, such as small rooms, awkward showers and lack of cool air from the air conditioning unit. Granted most of Europe doesn’t really use air conditioning much and they like it much warmer than Americans. But our room was truly sweltering some nights and no matter how much we turned down the temperature it never changed. You are much better opening the windows.

Quite ok hotel. Some confusion for the breakfast we thought it was included but it was npt. They tool a very greedy and steep price per person for breakfast at 12€ per person. That means 48€ for breakfast for two night for two people! They did not make up the bed for us either so no cleaning at the room.

Het hotel is aan de buiten kant erg mooi en de locatie is gunstig. Parkeren kost 25 euro. We hebben aan het begin aangeven dat de airco het niet deed en de kamer snoei heet was. De geen die ik gesproken had aan de balie heeft hier niks mee gedaan, het meisje dat ons later hielp heeft ons een nieuwe kamer gegeven daar de airco het een beetje. De gang stonk naar een riool lucht. Ik zou dit hotel niet aanbevelen en zeker geen 4 sterren geven

老舗ホテルとのことで、外観や内装はノスタルジックでアンティーク調の造りでとても可愛かったです。施設内はやや古さがあり細かい部分の清潔感が少し気になりましたが、全体的には綺麗でした。朝食の種類も多すぎず少なすぎずでちょうど良く、とても美味しかったです！旧市街やRailway stationまて歩いていける距離で、とても便利です。道が空いていれば、港からホテルまで5-10分で着きます。価格帯も踏まえると、とても良かったです！かわいい内装が好きな方におすすめです。

Schönes historisches Gebäude, nah zur Altstadt. Das Zen Deluxe Zimmer ist schön und bequem. Im Bad wäre eine Dusche vom Vorteil und ein Kosmetikspiegel. Leider war es sehr laut im Innenhof des Hotels wegen der Hochzeit bis um 24.00 Uhr. Es gab auch kein Hinweis darauf beim Einchecken und keine Entschuldigung/Rabatt. Ein weiteres Problem ist der Lärm wegen Lüftung/Klimaanlage. Auschecken war nicht besonders freundlich.

A nice hotel near city center and Telliskivi. Room was a standard size hotel room. We had a jacuzzi in our room, which was a nice surprise. Bath robes were not included even though this information was given to us by hotels.com. Breakfast was ok. We could hear some music to our room in the night time. Parking slot was occupied as we arrived. Friendly and polite staff. All together an ok to nice stay in this hotel.

There was a problem with my first room and they quickly made it right. It’s close to the port and Uber is easy. Doing a walking tour that starts in front of the tourist information is a great way to see and hear about Tallin.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut zur Altstadt und allen Buslinien. Man kann Tallinn von dort sehr gut erkunden zu Fuss oder Bus. Das alte Gebäude bietet sehr viel Flair die Zimmer sind großzügig ebenso das Badezimmer. Einziger Punkt durch die alten Leitungen läuft das Wasser nicht so schnell. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen, alles was das Herz begehrt herzhaft, süß sowie gesund und kräftigen. Ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Tolles Hotel nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Holzfußboden und großem Bett, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstück und sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Massage war sehr gut und entspannend.

We stopped in the hotel over a decade ago and we were keen to stop again, the hotel is in a lovely area just outside the old town but very near the trendy new areas around the train station. We loved the room and the hotel. We opted out of breakfast at booking but did pay on the day on a couple of mornings, very good wide choice of hot and cold food.
