Ciao a tutti, arrivati in albergo verso le 23, abbiamo trovato subito un problema con il personale addetto alla ricezione tale ALEXANDER, un giovane che non è stato né comprensivo né cordiale, volevamo cambiare la camera perché l'avevamo trovata sporca e non confacente alla prenotazione, e Alexander è sempre stato contrario ad aiutarci dicendo Soldout, invece facendo una ricerca istantanea abbiamo visto che c'erano tante camere libere. Avevamo chiesto di aiutarci con 2 camere doppie, invece della quadrupla, ma senza ricevere da Alexander nessuno tipo di aiuto, infatti ad un certo punto ci ha lasciati lì alla reception e lui era andato via. Abbiamo subito chiesto assistenza ad Hotels verso le 01 di notte, e l'operatore ha accolto la Richiesta ma senza risolvere al momento. La mattina appena svegli ho ricontattato Hotels ed una signorina gentile ha accolto la nostra richiesta ma trovando muro nelle politiche del Park Inn Centrale by Radisson, e per scusarsi mi hanno dato un buono da 65€. Ho dimenticato di dirvi che ALEXANDER ha dimenticato di dirci che il parcheggio era a pagamento da subito, per cui la prima mattina alle 8 mi hanno fatto una multa da 55€, e ricontattato Hotels un'altra signorina gentile per colmare la spesa della multa ci ha regalati un altro buono da 63€. Insomma hotel è molto valido alla fine ma i Park Inn by Radisson un po' meno, da non confondere con gli Hotel Radisson Blu/Rosso/Conference che sono davvero top. Leggete bene il mio racconto. Grazie

It was well situated, the employees were really helpful and the breakfast was good. The only negative for me was that they advertise a sauna, and a spa, but those are private, and you have to pay 40 euros to use the facilities. But overall, my stay was great.

Hotel is on very good location. All hotel room common areas and rooms seems to be little outdated. Breakfast was ok, very common, nothing special. Car park at next office building offers parking 6€/day, which was lot cheaper than the one in front of hotel.

Good location. Small room. A/C was broken when I arrived and window did not open. Notified front desk, but A/C was not fixed until the following day, so I spent the first night in an unbearably hot room. Workout facility had filthy machines that had not been cleaned/sanitized for days/weeks.

4 night stay booked and paid in full 5 months previous, yet 2nd night in we did a full day trip returning after midnight to find we was locked out of room! Receptionist said we was a missing person and had no record of us! How is this possible when we checked in correctly with full details, we had to produce documents and passports again, she told us everything is sorted now and not sure why this happened, i asked if key would work and told again yes, following morning i went to reception as a gesture to make sure we was ok and still sorted,told again yes all good, on returning to hotel in afternoon key stopped working again ,same problem! Key was redone and they still could not explain why! I take medication and being locked out of room is a serious problem for me! It didnt ruin my holiday but staff seriously need to sort out the system, and also because of this,the room was not cleaned until night before we left as we had to requested this because rules says it would be cleaned every other day! For a park inn by radisson bathroom looked tired and tiles chipped in shower and floor was dirty on arrival! Im glad i got discount from this site or i would be asking for a partial refund. I dont usually do these kind of things but this was shambolic of the hotel and needs to take accountability!

Rooms are compact but the bathrooms are tiny and poorly designed. A well built person will find it very difficult to sit on the toilet seat. Water leaking out of the very compact shower is not a surprise given the poor design. No grace for arriving a few mins late for breakfast. They turned us around without even coffee or toast to pickup.

The main issue I had was that I had a Queen bed booked, but I was given a twin room. When I said this to the receptionist, she was not able to provide any solution and just accepted the fact that all Queen bedrooms were occupied. The manager wasn't around until after my stay, so this wasn't resolved and I am looking for compensation via Expedia.

Pretty lovely hotel. Great breakfast and 10 mins walking from Old Town and 10 mins in the other direction to the ferry terminal. Definitely benefits from being in one of the world's loveliest cities. The only note I would have is that the A/C in the family rooms, doesn't quite make it around the corner, so the room can get pretty hot in the summer season. Please don't let that affect you too much. I'm American and have an unrealistic expectation of what air conditioning is.

Great location but awful staff. Took 20 minutes to check in as they meseed ip my booking despite emailing to configm I was coming. Tried to say I had no room...all this at 1am, the exact time they knew I was arriving. Romm had sewage smell and toilet impossible to sit on. I complained but they said they wouldnt move me and didnt fix it. Used to be a good hotel bug staff are so poor now.

All in all, it would have been fine if the receptionist had been more responsive. We arrived well after check-in time and the rooms were not ready. I saw a stand with water that said -pay at reception, I walked up, I was sent to the café. In the morning when I wanted to check out they were indifferent. The person gave the impression that she found the job difficult and did not like it.

La posizione della struttura è ottima in quanto vicina al centro storico ma anche al porto dove partono i traghetti (raggiungibile facilmente a piedi). Colazione varia e abbondante.
