Just on the outskirts & within walking distance of the old, also next to the port for easy access to the ferryboat to Helsinki, this hotel is in a prime spot . The rooms are clean & very spacious, we had the grandkids with us so had a top floor suite , with its own sauna . The Aqu spa with its different pools & 4 saunas & steams rooms is worth adding to your booking ,the breakfast was very good , with Full English ,omelette s , & continental as a chioce .i would definitely stay here again, & i give this hotel 10/10

On arrival we were "upgraded" to a Premium room as the hotel was full. However, the upgrade turned out to be a joke - the room was in the conference wing and much smaller than in any of the pictures; it was one of the smallest and least attractive rooms we have ever had in a major hotel in Tallinn (we visit monthly and have stayed in most of the big hotels). We soon found out that the room heating did not work. When we asked for a change of rooms we were told the hotel was full, but were given an electric fan for heating - although this was not very pleasant, at least we were not freezing in the room. Also the spa was a disappointment. On a Saturday it was overcrowded, probably because it was also open to non-guests without giving hotel guests priority access. Three of the 5 saunas were cold, and the main pool was unpleasantly cool. The pools were too small and too crowded to swim, and the two jacuzzis were full (with people settled in them for drinks). The pool bar had a long queue - after waiting 15 minutes we decided to give up and leave. All in all, we felt this hotel was poor quality and overpriced as other options which we looked at before booking would have been cheaper yet much better value.

Spa hotel very near the port, easy access from the ferry: 5-10 minute walk. 15 min walk to the center of the old town. Easy 2 min walk to the #2 bus that goes straight to the airport. Room: small but efficient and comfortable beds, clean linen. Good water pressure in the shower. Good WiFi. Breakfast: reasonable choices, has a cafeteria vibe with a crowded atmosphere. Nice lobby bar. Main attraction is the enormous spa in the center of the hotel. Lukewarm swimming pools with various spraying water features and warm (not hot) tubs. We’ve stayed a number of times, but now the hotel is beginning to look quite dated. Some rooms (like ours) are really, really far from lifts, so make sure you have everything when you leave, as it’ll take a long time to go back. The spare bed is incredibly uncomfortable and small! It might be suitable for under 10s, but not for anyone older. You should book two rooms if you have children over the age of 10. Pool area could do with a deep clean. Pools and steam saunas are not warm enough, but Finnish saunas are good. Staff could perhaps be given some customer service training, as they lack basic skills, such as smiling. Breakfast is ok. Location is very handy for ferries and old town, as well as exploring Tallinn more widely. Overall, quite disappointing stay and we’ll look elsewhere next time.

Inget ställe att ha bilen med. Går ej att förbooka parkering. Utanför hotellet får du stå 15 min. Parkeringen bakom hotellet tog inga kort, så det gick inte betala, så första timmen av semestern spenderades med att vakta bilen innan den fick plats i hotellets parkering. Annars helt ok spa hotell. Rummet lagom stort med skön säng. Frukostarean börjar bli lite trång, ingen gillar att köa för att få frukost.

It was nice to have some time in the SPA pools, though several of the amenities were out of order/closed. The room was not that nice. Should have been cleaner. Looked like the carpet has never been cleaned, only vacuumed. I normally don't have allergies, but here my nose got blocked. Some things in the room were broken. The breakfast was a mess. Not easy to eat if there are no clean plates or silverware. Perhaps the hotel were a 4-star hotel when it opened, but I have been in cleaner and looked after 2-star hotels. The pic is the paper after I cleaned the light switches and door handles.

Had a nice stay, but the room was dirty. The toilet wasn’t cleaned after the last visitors as it still was poo floating the toilet, as well as brown stains on the toilet seat. Really liked the pool and saunas.

Basic hotel that we chose because of the SPA, otherwise we would have chosen another one. Last year many things in the spa was broken, but had now been repaired. The hotel could be cleaner. Now the shower/bathroom has yellow/brown dirt between the tiles. Also the room would need a refresh.

Our bathroom was full of black mold. Hair dryer was very dirty. A lot of dirt and dust around the room. The pillows were falling apart. The spa was full of running kids. So doors to saunas are constantly open. The spa itself smelled like chlorine but looked very dirty. Me and my 13 years old went there with excitement but left the spa in 30 mins max since it was too hectic, too dirty and I started to have allergic reaction from all of the chlorine. I would give maximum of 2.5 stars to this place. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but left after first night.

Lovely hotel, the spa was fantastic, great choice at breakfast and well located for the ferry terminal with a short walk into the old town. Only downsides for us were room was not cleaned at all in 3 days and we had to ask for towels to be changed as room towels had to be used in the spa, also no tea making facilities in the room.

Property was nice enough but I had a small internal room and the bed was not great so didn't have the best sleep. Wi-Fi was very good. Spa was a great place to relax. Breakfast buffet was good.

Hotellet ligger fint lige ved den gamle by men også tæt ved færgehavnen så området kan virke lidt industriagtigt. Værelset var meget lille og det var ikke rigtigt muligt at have 2 åbne kufferter. Rengøring af værelse hver 3. dag som standard var en overraskelse og der virkede heller ikke helt rent på fællesområder. Badeområdet var relativt stort men også velbesøgt med flere saunaer og dampbad men ingen varmtvandsbassiner til voksne. Morgenmadsrestauranten var meget hektisk og mindede for meget om at være på en færge. Fin service i receptionen.

CONS Mini bar was locked in room. No tea/coffee in the room. Room Walls thin so could hear some noise. PROS. The saunas & swimming pool Good fresh pizzas in reception/restaurant area. Room shower decent.

This is a 4 star hotel and unfortunately the room we were given was 3 star quality at most. Tired, worn out and in need of refurbishment. The room had several other issues, all reported to the hotel next day with no response from them. On a positive the breakfast was excellent. Staff in the breakfast area were wonderful. Didn’t use the spa facilities as they were overcrowded and noisy. There was a children’s football tournament in Tallinn on this weekend and a lot of teams were staying here. Place was lovely but rooms were very small even after an upgrade. We were there for 3 nights and our towels weren’t replaced. We were told that there wouldn’t be house keeping but we didn’t expect not to get fresh towels for that amount of time. This wasn’t a major problem though as the facilities were amazing! The place was also very quiet and beds were comfortable.

The reception staff acted like they didnt care and did not provide us with any information regarding out stay and spa area. The spa area was nice, had many sauna option, which was good, but the massage treatment was absolutely horrible. The room was also cold. Waste of money. Only thing good about the hotel was the rooms. Great rooms we booked one Premium room and two standards, because of cold weather standard rooms had difficulties with heating and ac. Premium room has comfortable bed. I like that all rooms have refrigerator Location is best thing, very close to harbour and you can easily walk to old town and nearby shopping centers Restaurant Nero needs better service minded staff. Took a long time to get drinks, to place order etc. Food was good But we appreciated that they congratulated my brother who we were there to celebrate. Breakfeast time on Friday around 9 was a mess I suggest hotel organizes slots for breakfeast time or you as a guest go around 8-8.30 where there is not so many people

Well, all was good at the check in. We booked a renovated room. On the surface things looked fine, but in the closer look it looks cheap, like the toilet splash thing was wobbly (took a picture). But the main thing - the toilet was blocked. Because of the late check-in and immediate run to the pool didn’t realised until we came back from the spa. We also wanted to have a dinner at the hotel’s restaurant (open until 11pm) because it was a bit late (9:30pm) to go to the city and this was the only option. But they said it was closed to the hotel’s guests. Then we asked to fixed the toilet, but we were told there is no one there (no maintainer on stand by in such a big spa hotel?!). And guess what? We were told that it was not possible to move us to another room because the hotel is fully booked, so we had to have to stay in the room until the next day without functioning toilet. The good news, it was fixed in the morning, 2 hours before our checkout. We asked to check out an hour later (it’s complimentary, but subject to availability), but guess what, we cannot because the room is already booked. I stayed here for few times in the last 12-14 years when visiting Tallinn, but now I’m not sure. All the rules of customer service were broken with no care about the guests and no rectification of any discomfort. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the hotel. I’d like someone from reservation or administration to contact me with an offer or a refund, full or partial.

We didn't have internet. Bathtub flooded with water. Unpleasant reception people. I had to change rooms and there was no staff to help me make the change. The room keys were locked and we had to go downstairs every day to unlock them. They don't clean the room daily.

The whole stay was amazing. When we arrived the lovely reception team informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite and that meant we also got ‘special breakfast’ included which was a lovely treat in the morning sipping champagne with some eggs made to order. We really appreciated this little touch from the team and made the trip really special. We never receive perks like this so we’re very thankful of it. I’m aware this won’t be everyone’s experience as it isn’t possible to upgrade everyone, so again thank you to Tallink Spa and Conference Centre staff for making our trip so special. Outside of that we also really enjoyed the pool with swim up bar and jacuzzi’s although we would have like the water to be a few degrees warmer. And also in the bedroom you could even get whatever pillow you like as it had a pillow menu to suit your needs. We were fine with the ones already in the room though. All in all, we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

The SPA was nice, although that was not my purpose of booking the hotel. Staff was generally friendly. Thanks to the front desk in helping me planned the trip to Helsinki. The hotel is very close to the ferry terminals to Helsinki. Constructions everywhere. The taxi driver even refused to drop me in front of the hotel, and I had to walk across with my bags. Not many dining options in the area, but the hotel has a restaurant with good breakfast (included). Note that the hotel doesn't provide shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Thanks to a review I read and I brought my own. Another negative comment. I received a wakeup call early in the morning on my last day, when I tried to sleep in a little. I didn't ask for another wakeup call. The front desk said someone asked her to call me. Hmm....

Just on the outskirts & within walking distance of the old, also next to the port for easy access to the ferryboat to Helsinki, this hotel is in a prime spot . The rooms are clean & very spacious, we had the grandkids with us so had a top floor suite , with its own sauna . The Aqu spa with its different pools & 4 saunas & steams rooms is worth adding to your booking ,the breakfast was very good , with Full English ,omelette s , & continental as a chioce .i would definitely stay here again, & i give this hotel 10/10

Hotellet ligger fint lige ved den gamle by men også tæt ved færgehavnen så området kan virke lidt industriagtigt. Værelset var meget lille og det var ikke rigtigt muligt at have 2 åbne kufferter. Rengøring af værelse hver 3. dag som standard var en overraskelse og der virkede heller ikke helt rent på fællesområder. Badeområdet var relativt stort men også velbesøgt med flere saunaer og dampbad men ingen varmtvandsbassiner til voksne. Morgenmadsrestauranten var meget hektisk og mindede for meget om at være på en færge. Fin service i receptionen.

My partner and I have just left this hotel from a two week stay exploring the old town, and honestly we were really sad to leave! Overall, the hotel is a wonderful gem. It is very close to the port so if you wanted to hop on a ferry and go over to Helsinki, then it’s perfectly located. It is also very close to the old town, only a 10 minute walk if that, so perfect if you are wanting to explore that area. It’s quite modern and very clean. The spa and pool area were excellent and the poolside bar went down a treat! Breakfast was plentiful and there was decent variety. We didn’t have lunch or an evening meal in the hotel so cannot comment on that. The room was compact but clean, the decor was very abstract but very pleasant! There is a mini bar in the room but again, we did not use that. My only criticism would be the towels, you get a robe and some slippers in your room to use in the spa, but the towels are very small, and I’m not a particularly large person but I couldn’t get the towel over my head after washing my hair! It would be better if they were larger and thicker as they are quite thin and flimsy. We are thinking of coming back next year, and this would be our first choice of hotel for sure!

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, wenn man mit der Fähre von Helsinki kommt. Mit der Buslinie 2 gibt es auch eine direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und bietet etwas für den "Nordischen Geschmack" - Morgenbrei, karelische Piroggen mit Eibutter, schwarzes Brot und Fischvariationen. Das SPA ist nicht riesig, hat aber einen schönen Outdoorpool und mehrere Saunen. Ich war schon mehrfach dort und werde auch wiederkommen.

The location is great. The spa is good but always full of people during weekend..but anyways enjoyable. The breakfast is great with also options for vegans and gluten intolerants. The staff is nice and helpful. There's the option to leave the baggage if arriving earlier. I definitely recommend this hotel

Stayed 4 nights and the the room wasn’t cleaned through out our stay If you needed clean towels you had to ask for them at reception Breakfast finished at 10am prompt There was only one coffee machine therefore there was always a big queue

Helt okej hotellfrukost, gott med glass och våfflor till barnen Bra frukosttider, från tidig morgon till lite senare så man kunde ta sovmorgon Trevlig personal Skön säng och fint hörnrum med fina fönster åt två håll Drinkarna och vinet i poolbaren rekommenderas tyvärr inte .
