Ett av de mer anrika hotellen i Tallinn (1972) som renoverats ordentligt. Rummen ät trevliga och det finns bra familjerum med våningssäng. Hotellet huserar också ett KGB-museum som är värt ett besök. Rummet är det rum som KGB nyttjade för att avlyssna gästerna i hotellet. Bra med parkering och nattklubb i källaren.

Great stay at Original Sokos Hotel Viru. The staff were friendly, everything was clean, and the restaurants and café were very good. Best of all, it’s right next to Tallinn’s Old Town—perfect location and very walkable. Highly recommend!

Our room was at 19th floor. Great view. Room was clean but very small. The Double bed was very soft. The bathroom is ok not too big and not too small. Staff spoke Finnish. The breakfast was really nice. Over all the hotel is like a bit upgraded Finnish Cumulus hotel. You know what you get but nothing is too fancy. The location of the hotel is the best. You can walk from the ferry (15 min) and you are right at the old time gate. There is also a mall in the same building and it is accessible from the hotel lobby. There is a Amarillo restaurant in the hotel which unfortunately closes at 9PM on Sundays. I would recommend the hotel for everyone who does not look for anything too fancy.

旧市街にも近くて便利ですフェリー乗り場からは徒歩10分くらい大きいビルでよく目立ち、わかりやすいですフェリーで11時過ぎに着いたのにすぐお部屋が使えてよかったでず。サウナはプライベートサウナのみです

Tredje gang på Sokos, som er et godt hotel midt imellem den nye og gamle del af Tallinn. Mit værelse var i Superior-afdelingen og fint. Ingen forstyrrende værelsesrengøring, hvis man ikke beder om det, og det er fint også CSR-mæssigt, og tilstrækkeligt med stikkontakter til gadgets og opladere. Direkte adgang til Viru Kesku-centeret med meget godt supermarked i kælderen med god øl- og frugt og grøntafdeling - og foodmarket.

Flott hotell, besøker det kanskje igjen. MEN da uten bil! Totalt forvirrende med parkering og betaling. Elendig forklaring på om hvor man skal betale for parkering for hhv rett utenfor hotrellet, eller i parkeringshuset ved siden av. Det endte med bot da vi stod rett utenfor hotellets inngang fordi vi hadde betalt på feil automat! Dvs vi betalte på automaten inne i hotellet. Noe som virket logisk. Neida, riktig automat er en liten en som står ute. Vi så aldri en god forklaring på dette, fikk det heller ikke i resepsjonen. Da vi tok dette opp med resepsjonen var dette et velkjent problem virket det som. Hvorfor gjør de da ikke noe mer med skiltingen? Uansett bør det være marginal pris for å stå parkert utenfor hotellet, eller i P huset når man er gjest på hotellet.

Voto alla pulizia 0 ; il bagno molto sporco(mattonelle piene di muffa) e la camera con parecchia polvere accumulata negli angoli. La stanza invece molto carina e con una vista sulla città sensazionale. Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro e con all'interno un grande centro commerciale.

Месторасположение очень хорошее и очень удобная кровать. Собственно это главные плюсы. Завтрак хороший с большим выбором. Вид из окна на залив - хорошая добавка. Но есть несколько моментов для улучшения. Во-первых есть странный запах и в корридоре и в комнате. Так и не удалось понять - это от старости или какой-то спрей от насекомых, короче очень неприятный запах. В стандатрной комнате нет сейфа и минибар пустой. В комнате повышенного уровня superior в отдельном и современном здании, запаха нет в комнате и сама комната очень большая и удобная.

The staff at the desk are not at all nice. We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and whenever we asked them to clean the room and also have clean towels they never did that. My husband made the reservation for the same day twice by mistake and they refused to change the date to rhe correct day or to refund us. The property does not seem clean. The tooms were not cleaned properly.

Central location which is easy to reach the old town. Even though the hotel was renovated, there is a sad feeling that this building is very old with wall scratches, mold in the bathroom, and patches all over the place.

We stayed six nights at this hotel, which is centrally located. We had a junior twin room on the last floor, with a great view. It was spacious, comfy, very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were very polite, professional and helpful. There were A LOT of options to chose from for breakfast. We would not hesitate staying at this hotel in the future, and we have no problem recommending it.

Excellent location, next to the old town with a great view over the city. Parking is close and there's an excellent Mexican restaurant. Breakfast is also very good. Downside is that the sound isolation could be much better. From outside (trams) and also from neighbouring rooms.

Location is great — hotel is just a few minutes walk from the old towns, and connected to a busy mall. However the hotel itself is far from 4-star. The rooms are old and decrepit. Curtains barely close the windows. Beds are old and worn. The bathroom looked like a remnant of the 80s.

The hotel rooms are in need of some updating. The TVs in the junior suites were very old and the signal was poor. No international news channels (only Russian Euronews). Service was good and friendly. Breakfast quite good.

Stayed in Tallinn for 2 nights. The location was great. It was directly connected to the shopping mall and within walking distance of the old town. The rooms are old but well maintained. The beds are not too old, but the view from the rooms is good. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of items. This is a recommended hotel in Tallinn.

Greit hotell som begynner å bli noe slitt. Frokost var et sant kaos. Trangt mellom bordene som gjorde det ubehagelig å passere. Det gikk tomt for mat og drikke flere ganger etter å ha stått lenge i kø. Virker som det ikke var betjening nok. Burde vært løst med puljevis frokost.

Breakfest was really bad, as in all the Sokos hotels. The bacon/dryed meet is joke. I paid 15€ for it and it wasn’t worth it. In hotels the breakfest is 35% of the whole experience. For me at least. And also would be nice if there is local food or something what the place is knows for. Karelian pie in Tallinn???
