Centennial Nexus Hotel Tallinn

Goed hotel, maar geen restaurant aanwezig. Kamer was ok, bed was fantastisch.

Das Hotel ist modern und gut ausgestattet und das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich. Leider funktionierte während unseres Aufenthaltes die Klimaanlage im Zimmer kaum und es waren über 30 Grad. Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde kaum eingegangen. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt gut und wenn es nicht so heiß ist, kann man das Hotel gut empfehlen.

All was very nice, except not-working safe, which wasn't fixed despite several urgencies. But that was in the end just a detail, The hotel was totally recommendable for stay for exploring Tallinn.

Everything was nice, exept the lack of bar. The only possibility of having a drink was tiny little cupboard with some drinks. And this was always nearly empty. This standard of hotel should have proper bar.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. We arrived half an hour before check in time at 14.30 and even though informed check in was at 15.00 we only received our room at 15.30 after waiting an hour in the lobby. We weren't offered any compensation, not even after asking for i.e. complimentary drinks. The only explanation was that they had so many late check outs and are running behind in their schedule. Late check outs are service that you are selling to your customers!!! Using that as an excuse for being late on your cleaning process is unprofessional. Many hotels these days offer pre-check in by sending a link to your email and this is fine and I like to use it when given this option. This hotel however requests to send you a link to an app when you go to the counter for check in. The receptionist didn't even know how to check my email address from the hotel system for sending the link, instead she asked me to write it down to a piece of paper which she then left on the desk for everyone to see. So much for customer privacy. If you don't offer the option to do this prior to your visit, this just seems lazy and poor customer service from the hotel part. The app didn't even had all parking options, only for car and as we were travelling by motorcycle (different price) we needed to pay for that separately on the counter anyway. Breakfast was mostly just canned stuff and white bread. No fresh fruits only canned fruit salad. Same goes for vegetables which were mostly pickled.

Not a 4 star hotel. The staff was not interested to help us. The clening was bad. Felt more like an apartment hotel. We are disapoinrted.

Incheckning efter midnatt, blev lite ovanlig. Trevlig personal, men mitt rum var redan bebott. Relativt snabbt så erbjöds jag ett nytt rum, uppgraderat till ett superior rum ( minisvit ). Bra service. Rent och snyggt i hela hotellet, mycket fin frukost och ca 10 minuters promenad till city center och gamla stan.

Mycket trevligt o fräscht hotell i centrala Tallinn. Bara 10 min promenad till Gamla Stan som myllrar av restauranger.

God service, fint og rent bad, gode senger, kort avstand til gamlebyen. Veldig fornøyd! Booker nok her igjen, hvis jeg skal tilbake til byen.

Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación el segundo día porque se oía mucho el tráfico de la calle, además hubo una fiesta con música hasta media noche. Si se piden las habitaciones que dan al interior no hay problema. Las exteriores dan a una vía principal con mucho tráfico durante la noche

Acho que seria melhor ter ficado mais próximo ao centro . Não era longe , mas não vi vantagem em ficar lá . Tem uma escada para subir a recepção vindo da rua , ninguém para ajudar , vindo com mala e chato ; tem tipo uma rampa , mas não é prático . O café da manhã não é nada demais . As pessoas em Tallin são super antipaticas . Não voltaria . Fiquei bem chateada tanto com o aplicativo quanto com hotel . Reservei por ter café da manhã e no dia 24/12/24 dia de semana mudaram o horário de café da manhã - não avisado na chave ( papel ) nem no site e nem no aplicativo .

Veldig fint hotell og hyggelig betjening. Litt kjedelig frokost, men alt man trenger. Greit tilbud hvis man har allergi. Hit vil jeg dra flere ganger. Gode restauranter like i nærheten + parker og andre ting å se på.
