Very important..No lift for going to 4th and 5th floor. You have climb 30-40 steps with your luggage. This should be highlighted by property and also by sites like Expedia. Not good for senior citizens like us. Hotel should provide help in getting the luggage up and down. Room is spacious but lacks proper ventilation. So it was hot when we checked in. Breakfast was good. Lots of eating option around the hotel. All must see attractions are within walking distance. Place around looks like you are transported back to 18th century.

立地はすばらしくて、旧市街の真ん中にあり、徒歩でどこにでも行けます。建物は古いですが、手入れはしてあります。部屋は狭いですが、4階だったので窓から街が見えました。地下のレストランは美味しく、割引クーポンが使えました。難点は4階の部屋に行くのにエレベーターは3階までしかなく、階段で荷物を運ぶ必要があります。フロントスタッフは英語が話せて親切でした。チェックアウトの際は、すぐにタクシーを手配してくれ、3分でホテル前まで来てくれます。

No air-conditioning in the room. It wasn't hot, in fact was cold for summer. The room was on ground floor directly next to a restaurant so it can be noisy. But the friendly, helpful hardworking staff made up for the bit of inconvenience. I didn't need the room to be made up, asked for fresh towels and it arrived within 5 mins. Breakfast room staff was always clearing the dishes and topping up food. I was in a big hotel chain in another country before Estonia that I shall not name and their staff is not at this high level of service.

Nice hotel in old town. Cozy and good location. Two things that pulls down the grade: A buzzing fan outside the room window was quite disturbing. Elevator only to some levels. We had on level 4 and there was no elevator to this floor.

I traveled to 30 countries in Europe and this hotel is the worst. The hotel itself is ok but the company of this hotel misled me. I always booked to hotel that ai have access to elevators. This hotel never mentioned in the description in hotel.com that their lift can only go to 3rd floor and which I ended going to 4th I have to carried my suitcases to go to my room. It was disaster in my first day in Estonia and my whole stayed was not good at all coz of the hotel energy. Asked the receptionist if I can have a lower level and she said no availability. If they describe that the lift can only go to 3rd floor I will never booked it. There are so many hotels around old town that way much better, cleaner, cheaper. To checked out, staff helped me out to carry my one suitcase coz I asked.

I wish I would have know that the delux units don't have elevator access. My luggage was too heavy for me to carry to my room - so I had to leave it on the staircase the whole time, staff was friendly but no assistance in getting it upstairs.

The room was on the 5th floor. Be aware the elevators only go to the third floor. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was plenty comfortable. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. The location is maybe 4 blocks to the Christmas market, a perfect location. The staff was very helpful!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt. Relativ hellhörig und verwinkelt. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Bett war schmal aber ok. Die Möbel haben schon bessere Tage gesehen. Insbesondere der Stuhl bräuchte einen neuen Bezug. Sehr sauber. Es ist ein sehr altes Haus mit Charme mit einer tollen Lage in der Nähe des Rathausplatzes.

Otroligt dålig städning på detta boende och jag är inte pedant. Tappade en sak och såg att det var extremdammigt under sängen. Medioker frukost – dock pluspoäng för mini-pain au chocolat – och litet badrum med det minsta handfat jag sett. Bra placerat mitt i Gamla stan. Mysigt rum ändå och bra att det fanns en fläkt i värmen utan att man behövde säga till. Bra med kaffe på rummet.

Utrolig koselig gammelt hotell. Vi bodde i 5 etasje med oppgradert rom. Måtte bære bagasjen opp de siste to trappene; men vel verdt. Flott stort rom med egen flott stue i den ene enden. Fint opppusset bad.

Our room, 401, was rather small but the major problem was all the low wooden beams that you hit with your head and it can be quite painful. Room is suited for people shorter than 160 cm. The double bed was squeezed in so one side required you had the crawl in from the foot end. Parkering was included but 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was fine. Close to old town center.

The hotel is in a good position in the Old Town. It has a nice bar and restaurant. The breakfast provided was ok with fruit, fruit juices , cold meats and cheeses, hot items and rolls and breads. But the room itself was a real disappointment. We had booked a standard double (room 205). However it was extremely small. There was only a twin bed - pushed up against one wall- making getting out of the bed extremely difficult as it was only accessible from the side or bottom. I only just about managed it- people less mobile would struggle. There was also a small desk, single wardrobe and a chair. Hardly any other floor space. The bathroom was even smaller. It consisted of a toilet, a small sink and a very small shower complete with shower curtain. A squeegee was there for you to mop the floor.

The hotel is in the old town and very walkable. My room was the size of a closet. It only had a bunk bed in it. There was not any room for anything else. There was a small TV the size of a small computer monitor on the wall that could only be seen by the top bunk. The bathroom was equally as small and smelled like sewer. I had to keep the door closed but the smell would knock you over when you opened the door. The price was very high for what you got.

We booked in September way advance for November stay and paid in full, not sure why was assigned a very tiny attic room, literally had to crawl inside the room and bumped several times our heads if stood up straight, very uncomfortable stay.

Hotel’s location was very good regarding when you want to visit into Old Town of Tallinn. Location is also very peaceful in general and there isn’t any problems with sounds outside. Hotel was inside very nice-looking and clean. Breakfast was also good. Nothing groundbreaking but very fulfilling and delicious as you should expect. But room in general was little too small for two people (Even when room was for two person). There wasn’t enough rooms for your luggages and layout in general should have been better. Overall, there’s nothing major to ruin the experience expect for room. Hotel gets its job done so that’s more than enough.

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral. Das Personal war vor Ort, jedoch nicht sehr freundlich und nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, es fehlten jedoch einige Ding: Schuhlöffel, Zahnglas und Halterung für Schampoo. Das Frühstück hatte eine grosse Auswahl und war lecker. Der Abholservice vom Hotel ist massivst überteuert! Generell fehlte das Persönliche des Hotels, sowie die Gastfreundlichkeit.

Starting from emailing to the property about flight delay all the way up to check in and resolving the issue in the room, it was nothing but pleasure dealing with this members of staff who are the real assets of hospitality. First of all, locationwise it is a good choice but do not expect a hospitality or warm room. There is an electric heater but it is not enough. Also the receptionist guy was extremely impolite when asking questions. He literally had no idea that we were checked in and our visit got assigned to a room, which he thought that it was empty. Somebody tried to open our room door in the morning and our baby woke up immediately. Unfortunately the worst experience through this website so far. Otherwise breakfast was nice and staff at restaurant were kind.

旧市街の真ん中に位置していますが、バスターミナルやフェリーターミナルからホテルの前までタクシーで行くことが出来ます。レセプションスタッフの対応は最悪でした。 3泊しましたが、基本1人対応で最初の2日はアルバイト？と思われるようなスタッフで、ラエコヤ広場やBalti Jaama Turgなど、代表的な観光地への行き方の説明もできません。「タクシーを呼んでほしい」と求めても応じてもらえませんでした。レストランスタッフを中心にほとんどのスタッフは、こちらから挨拶しても返事すらありません。唯一、滞在3日目のスタッフさんは、チェックアウト時のタクシー手配など、的確な対応いただけましたが、原則対応は良くありません。部屋の設備は、テレビ下の壁面に付いている照明の電源がなく、カードキーを抜く以外に消す方法がなく、眩しくて眠れませんでした。カードキーを抜くと全ての電源が落ちるため、夜中にトイレに行くときなどは暗がりの中、カードキーを差しに行く必要があり、不便でした。旧市街の真ん中に位置し、どこに行くにもとても便利な場所なので、マイナス面を踏まえて総合的にどう判断するか？でしょうか。

We stayed here for 6 nights. You are right in the old town so everything is in walking distance and the town hall square is just round the corner. Reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable. It's an old buliding there is a lift that only goes so far so you might need to carry your bags up a few stairs. We had a nice view from our window. There was a hotel restaurant if you wanted to eat there. All in all a good choice. If we were to return to Tallinn we would stay there again.

A fantastic location in Old Town. Walking distance from everything you want to see. I have a walking limitation and usually use a cane. And a cane does not work on the cobblestone streets. Neither would a wheelchair.

The Meriton Old Garden was located very centrally and easy to get to all the sights. Rooms were clean and functional, if a little basic. Bathrooms were small and showers not well contained so water spread outside the shower area. The card needed to power the room emitted a high pitched buzzing noise which was irritating at night. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple and could do with greater variety of fruit. All in all though, very adequate and value for money hotel.

Bilderna på Hotels är inte rättvisande. Rummet var litet och toalettstolen var i förhållande till duschen felplacerad. Man fick gå igenom duschen för att använda toaletten. Har en duschat så var det blött. Rådet är väl att kanske uppgradera rummet. Annars var hotellet väldig centralt. Sängarna var mycket sköna. Frukosten var spartansk men ok.
