Top Hotel! Pool, Lobby, Restaurant, all top!

Overall, the stay and staff were exceptional. The only negative was that the spa was so busy. There are no hangers in the spa, so everyone ramages to put their towels/robes on a lounger making it unavailable for others whilst using facilities. You end up with lots of people in the pool and lovely sauna and steam room but no space to sit and relax because everyone’s things are there. Really you have to aim for 9-10 am to have a peaceful and relatively empty time there. Once 10 am hits it’s a constants flux of people until 9pm. Apart from that it was a great stay and would come again, just some room for improvement.

Fix the steam sauna already!! The steam sauna has burning steam coming out where the shower is and my kids got second degree burns there. This is really terrible. Property is great and we’ve stayed there several times. Otherwise our favorite hotel in Tallinn.

We had an overall pleasant stay, but there were some disappointing aspects. It felt strange that we couldn’t enjoy a drink on the terrace next to the spa. Being in a robe meant we were refused service, and since the spa doesn’t have its own bar, it really took away from the experience. Another downside was the number of children in the spa area, which didn’t feel appropriate for the setting.

Really enjoyed our stay here, great room with 2 double beds which is difficult to find. Very adequate fitness room and nice sauna, pool and jacuzzi facilities. Breakfast had a range of good options for all dietary preferences. Had some nice interactions with Dan at the front desk as well who is a very affable young man.

Fint, rätt nybyggt hotell med stora rum. Trevlig service. Bra gym och spa-avdelning. Jättebra frukost - saknade bara färskpressad apelsinjuice

The hotel is lovely and the staff is world class. Their steam room was dangerous- two of my kids were burnt. We have been in steam/saunas all over Estonia and this never happened before

Bra hotell, service, frukost och renlighet.

Very good hotel. Everything is clean, everything works, it is a great neighbourhood, staff also very good.

Mycket fint hotell. Rent och snyggt med fin utsikt. Trevlig personal och mycket bra frukost. Den enda som ger lite minus var att dom kom för att städa rummet klockan 17:20. Det bör ske tidigare.

Solides Hotel mit einigen Schwächen. Zuerst das Positive: das Hilton Tallinn Park ist ein echter Hingucker. Ob Lobby, Restaurant, Spabereich oder Zimmer - alles ist super schön designed und wirkt sehr gemütlich. Auch ist die Ausstattung sehr hochwertig und es gibt viele Annehmlichkeiten wie z.B. das Spa mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Ruhebereich und schönem Pool. Die Zimmer sind groß, gut ausgestattet und schön gestaltet. Die Betten waren das Highlight - habe selten in einem so gemütlichen Bett geschlafen. Das war aber auch schon alles womit das Hilton bei unserem Aufenthalt glänzen konnte. Das Personal war zwar nicht unfreundlich aber stellenweise sehr unmotiviert und distanziert. Das Frühstück hat uns auch nicht wirklich umgehauen. Die Auswahl hätte größer sein können und die Qualität von z.B. Rührei und Brot hätte deutlich besser sein können. Das Rührei war ungenießbar und bei der Brotauswahl gab es nur Toastbrot und winzige Brötchen. Sehr gut wiederum war die Auswahl an Käse, Wurst, Saft und Müsli. Sehr negativ aufgefallen ist leider der Zimmerservice. Es wurde nie richtig sauber gemacht denn man konnte u.a. auf dem Badezimmerboden am Ende der Woche noch Flecken vom ersten Tag erkennen. Das Hilton hat ein Programm zum Schutz der Umwelt bei dem die Bettwäsche alle 3 Tage gewechselt wird. Das fanden wir sehr positiv. Allerdings wurde die Bettwäsche auch nach dem 3. Tag nicht gewechselt. Wasser auf dem Zimmer ist leider auch nicht kostenlos. Habe von einem Hilton mehr erwartet.

ob Privat- oder Geschäftsreise, wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Mit 32m2 sind die Standardzimmer gross und gut eingerichtet. Super Spa-Bereich und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Man kann zu Fuss in etwa 10 Minuten in die Altstadt spazieren, also ideal gelegen.

Entrance lobby was stunning and beautifully decorated with Christmas lights. The room was spacious, beds comfortable, bathroom with shower and bathtub modern and brightly clean. Walking distance to old town. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, panoramic views, I can see the Baltic Sea and cruise ship from my room #912. Although we didn’t have a chance to try out the indoor swimming pool/sauna ….fitness Ctr. But, we love this hotel, comfortable beds, spacious, I will give it an 5 stars, and your money is well-spent. Awesome hotel with world class customer service + casino connected to hotel is a plus.

A great hotel. The only thing to complain is the low water pressure in bathroom tabs.

Highly recommended! Wifi is amazing works for remote folks while travelling no issue doing zoom. Cleanliness is 5/5, the lobby is well designed. The staff in the frontdesk could be improve - none if the lady that helped me made me feel welcome there. I was very friendly and smiley but didnt get the same vibe. 1/5 compare to the front desk people in the hotel from Finland - Scandic Grand Hotel go Agustus! Location is good. Pool is great The tub is is amazing! Toiletries are great!!! 4.5/5

Grei beliggenhet i forhold til gamlebyen. Fint rom med flott bad. Fin spa avdeling. Sengene var imidlertid meget harde. Vanskelig å sove godt og våknet med vondt i ryggen hver morgen.

Had a premium room which was excellent: very spacious, fantastic views to a park and the city, a good setup for working. Great shower. The only drawback was weird toilet design with zero soundproofing, not great for romantic getaway.

Great stay, with wonderful breakfast, nice pool and spa, good small gym. Less than 10 min walk to Stockmann. Only the beds were too firm and could benefit from using a bedding mattress.

Had a great stay at Hilton. Was very pleasant staying there and everything lived up to my expectations. My only complaint is that the AC in the room wasn't the best. However, me visiting around Easter meant that it wasn't super necessary anyway. But I could see this being an issue if you visit during the summer.

Laura at the front desk was beyond helpful, she helped find department store nearby to buy luggage as mine was lost by airline. She also recommended a bookstore that had English language books, so I was able to stock up for flight home. She was very knowledgeable about the area and hotel services.

Everything is superb. Only bad thing is slow incheck.

Friendly staff at check-in, accommodated the extra bed without any hassle, just a fair surcharge (that hotels.com never manages to pass on to the hotels despite number of people and ages provided). Super nice breakfast at extremely low price.

All in all we had a very pleasent stay and we will come back to Hilton! It is one of our favourite hotel in Tallinn. Although there were few hiccups during our recent stay. Falsed fire alarm with quite poor communication from the staff. All quests were evacuated from the hotel but we only heard accidentally from the other quest that the emergency was over and that it was a false alarm. There were no staff guiding us on exits or anywhere? The other challenge was with EV charging at carrage (which is hosted by the third party) It didn’t work with Tesla’s. But we got very good instructions from LIFF EV charging station vendor who guided us to LIFF Smuuli charging point where everything worked wonderfully. We used Snabb-app successfully for the payment. But as said overall Hilton Tallinn Park is very easy, clean and comfortable base when being abroad and travelling with car. Breakfast is excellent and room service works well. Last but not least a little hint - small investment to hotel rooms toilet paper quality wouldn’t hurt. We’ll be back! ❤️

Very good service, nice hotel room. Perfect as always

We booked 3 rooms for a mini vacation with my girlfriends (one is about to get married) and everything was excellent we had a blast and the rooms were lovely. But once i got home i realized the had charged my card for THE ENTIRE minibar! I indeed drank one water from the minibar everything else was left in the room, its ridiculous .. i did remove the hotel drinks from the fridge since i needed to add MY own snacks in there what needed to be refigerated.. but everything was left next to the fridge and nothing in there needed to be kept in the fridge.. ( also i stayed in the suite) so disappointed and such a hassle to get my money back.. apparelty i even ate all the honey..

I was very disappointed to find a small bottle of water in my room charged at €3.50 in a 4–5 star hotel, especially with such unclear signage suggesting it was complimentary for certain guests. In most hotels of this category, basic water is offered as a courtesy, not used to overcharge guests. For such a simple item, the policy felt misleading and frankly quite petty.

The hotel was great and breakfast was as well. Our suite was good, soundproof and the view from the room was good as well. However, none of the staff members ever told us of the services in the hotel and most of all the executive lounge that was included in our room fee. If that is included, why on earth you don't tell about it to residents! Also, no guidance to othe services or how to find spa or the breakfast during our stay. We had to figure this out ourselves. I cannot believe that is about language barrier, but bad service attitude.

Blev rekommenderad detta hotell och är mer än nöjd med vistelsen! Jättefint hotell men trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fantastiskt fin frukost! Det var ca 15 min promenad till Gamla stan men det gjorde inget. Lugnt läge och ca 10 min med Bolt till flygplatsen. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Very comfortable stay in spacious room, hood gym and spa facilities. The restaurant was nice but always very busy with long waits for food. Central location for walking to bus station, ferry or old town. Friendly staff

Muy bien ubicado

I chose this option because out of all airbnbs and other hotels I could guarantee a large, single bed and a bathroom with both a bath and shower, which was important to me. Views were great, walkable to parks, restaurants, and Old Town.

Het hotel is een perfect hotel met een uitstekende ligging dicht bij de oude stad. Het hotel heeft een perfect modern restaurant. Ligt op 15 minuten rijden van het vliegveld.

Great Hotel at just outside the city center. Very walkable around the newer parts of Tallinn. Clean and nice hotel with a relaxing spa. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect and staff was great except the breakfast line in the morning. Only person to seat people while the queue is long. Had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seated ! Also the elevators are very slow For the rest, staff is great, hotel is great. Fixing the breakfast organization should be an easy fix !

Big and clean room, staff mostly friendly. Breakfast lower average (bacon and egg did not look delicious, no additional cans for milk, etc.). Some of the executive personal unfriendly.

Great hotel, very new and as shown on the pics.. good location, 10 mins from the airport cost us 6 euros on an uber. The food on the second floor is incredible

Finns nog inte mycket att klaga på förutom att restaurangen är helt överreklamerad när det gäller middagen. Frukosten superb och så allt annat men Butcher på kvällen, Cesar sallad under all kritik och en burgare för pengarna så Burger King bra mycket smakfullare.

Very high quality, excellent food and the spa and casino were also nice. Breakfast was crowded and quite hard to find things and some problems with room lighting but otherwise perfect hotel.
