This property is conveniently located for trips into Fiordland National Park. It\'s a small property but kept very clean. It was comfortable and nice. The parking was fine with a slot located right in front of the room and no stairs as all the units are on the ground floor. Te Anau is a "tourist" town with many dining options and little stores. The motel is close enough to visit everything without being in the middle of the noise. Definitely recommend.

Room was on ground level with a parking spot directly opposite the room. The room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom and small kitchenette. Bed and couch were comfortable and there was a small dining table to sit at. Service at reception was friendly and The motel is a nice quiet street and a short stroll along the water/lake into town to get some food.

閑静なエリアにある。一般的なモーテルの構造でこじんまりしているが、全て整っている。広い駐車スペース、部屋の前にはチェアとテーブルと灰皿。部屋は十分に広く、ケアのクッションがありケアへの愛を感じる。壁一面には山のプリント笑特筆すべき点はキッチンが部屋と限られている事。なので、ガンガン肉を焼いても臭いが寝室に移らず快適に過ごせる。しかもオーブンまである。4口の電熱コンロがあるのでなんでも作れるだろう。 Wifiが微妙に繋がりにくかった気がするが、問題なく使えたと思う。シャワー周りも全く問題ない。受付のおっちゃんは非常に気さくで優しい。ガーデニングを頑張っていて見ていて楽しい。近くに大きなスーパーがあり、何でも売っているので料理するならここがお勧め。

Modest motel apt in a terrific location which is easily walkable to town, lake, groceries and restaurants. Irene runs a very efficient, organized place with everything you might need in a compact setting. Parking is easy and assigned, laundry is available in the laundry room for $4 wash, $4dry, one machine each. Customer choice for housekeeping or not. Towels, supplies, refreshed as requested. Very well run place.

Very friendly, helpful owners. We stayed 2 nights to do a comfortable Milford Sound 4hr round trip. Unit was clean, tidy, comfortable and warm. Parking is directly outside your unit. Some units overlook the grass play area. Nice easy flat walk to lake 5 mins and into centre 10mins with plenty of choices for food. Supermarket has good choice. Would definitely stay again for couple of nights.

The staff were all very polite from checkin to checkout. The accommodation was clean with great facilities and parking outside your unit. A 200m walk to the water front and 10-15 min walk to all the bars and restaurants makes for a peaceful and fantastic vacation - well done ti the whole team

Nice to sit out on your own patio or the larger table in the lawn. Laundry facility worked out well. The front desk hostess was helpful with suggestions of places to eat and shop in town. The motel is within walking distance of the waterfront, national park visitor center and restaurant/shopping district.
