What a delightful hotel. Although an industrial estate appears to have been built around the hotel, you could still imagine yourself to be in the countryside, it was peaceful. We had a lovely relaxing 2day break. There was a tribute act on our 1st night and both the receptionist & events organiser kindly accommodated our last minute request for a place. The 3 course meal was fabulous too. We had a really enjoyable night . Our room was very spacious & clean with a comfortable bed & very spacious bathroom. Breakfast on the first morning was made to order and was perfect & hot. Breakfast of a weekend was a buffet style. Overall, all the staff were very helpful and accommodating to any requests we had, especially both receptionists on arrival who recommended local visitor attractions etc. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a break in the Shropshire area

We had a one-night stay before the Late May Bank Holiday. Finding Hadley Park Hotel was easy and although based around industrial estates/buildings, the setting is very calm and serene. The free car park for residents was excellent and our initial welcome was very warm and professional. There was an evening event on our visit which we could have joined but we were happy to pick up summer drinks for the bar and sit in the sunshine. We had booked an evening meal and Joe was our waiter and looked after us really well. Our ensuite double room was in the new part of the venue and the bed and bathroom was good. We couldn't work the air conditioning, which would have been useful. Breakfast was delicious and we ate in the beautiful conservatory - it was like eating breakfast like a Bridgerton. We had a super stay, close to Ironbridge museums (15mins drive).

Lovely hotel, very warm friendly staff, great vegan breakfast! (Little let down with hot water and lemon request when asked for tea/coffee but never turned up?) Wish I had dinner there, next time I will. Room was good but is looking like a bit of work is needed, ie bath seal could be redone and the shower glass rubber, slow draining, dead spider that’s been there since opening? Bed was comfy, WiFi was hit and miss, room unfortunately had rubbish on the floor next to bin/door (empty milk for tea) and also bin was not empty and had rubbish in it. Yes there’s parts that are not the greatest and mostly room related but doesn’t outweigh the great food, the great staff (maybe not so great cleaning staff?) and the great service received. Overall I would stay again.
