A wonderful hotel, everything was super nice, the room, (given a upgrade), the food outstanding, and the friendliest you could have ever meet. Definitely will book when next in the area.

The staff were really good with an exceptional personal touch. They knew me by name, not room number. My husband was unwell on the first night and I had dinner on my own, the next day they put themselves out to ask after my husband and that ment a lot. Lovely hotel seeped in history and the choice of decore certainly doesn’t let the property down. The museums were closed due to refurnisment so gives us a very good reason to return. Lovely
