Fijn hotel, jammer dat in het weekend het restaurant gesloten is en er geen andere makkelijkere opties worden geboden, zoals een soort van barkaart. Doordat het centrum in verbouwing ligt is de omgeving rommelig, zou de gemeente iets aan moeten doen, zodat het hotel beter uit de verf komt qua entree. Kamer was dikke prima! Personeel aardig.

Parkplätze leider schnell vergriffen. Mussten teilweise außerhalb parken. Richtig ärgerlich. Preis-Leistung eher mittelmäßig, dafür zentral gelegen. Hatten Doppelbett gebucht, aber zunächst nur ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten bekommen. Auf unser Verlangen hin wurde uns freundlicherweise ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Trotzdem würde ich beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel nehmen, das mit dem Parklpatz bei Anreise am späten Abend war mehr als ärgerlich.

Een hele fijn hotel, vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt, geen lawaai. Prima locatie om naar het beatrixtheater te gaan. Wel was het jammer, dat we naar terugkomst van de voorstelling, niet meer een drankje in de bar konden krijgen. Was een leuke afsluiting geweest.

Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is in vlak naast Utrecht CS, maar geen last van treingeluiden. Kamer zag er in principe prima uit. Maar de badkamer rook niet schoon en het toilet stonk naar urine. Toilet leek oud en versleten. Ook zag je zilvervisjes in de kamer.

The location suited us great as a family stopping in at Utrecht for one night (using the train - the hotel is only a few minutes walk to Utrecht Central Station. You can also walk to the main shopping centre/area within 5 minutes, just watch up for the very fast bikes flying down the bike lanes when crossing them. It was also only a 10 minute walk to Oudegracht. Our room was very clean with a huge walk in shower. I would stay here again

This was a good hotel. Stayed in an executive double. Plenty space, clean, nespresso machine, big TV, fridge. Breakfast had enough selection to suit a few different nationalities including hot food and was all fresh. We were happy with the location. Great for the city and the trains. Very small amount of noise from station at night but not enough to keep us awake. Would stay again.

Ich hatte eine Woche in Utrecht geschäftlich zu tun und suchte ein zu allem fußläufig gelegenes Hotel. Ich hatte ein "Superior Double Room" gebucht und als Sonderwunsch ein ruhiges Zimmer in höherer Etage angegeben. Angeboten wurde mir Zimmer 120: direkt am Serviceaufzug gelegen, der bis tief in die Nacht genutzt wurde, um Kunden von der unter meinem Zimer liegenden Küche zu versorgen. Ers später fiel mir auf, dass "Superior" die schlechteste Zimmerkategorie ist. Das Eckzimmer im ungedämmten Plattenbau ließ sich nur über einen zusätzlichen Heizlüfter erwärmen. Ich versuchte dennoch zu schlafen. Als dann am nächsten Tag um 4 Uhr früh die Reinigungskraft, die Gestänge des Diensttreppenhauses zum Erklingen brachte, war meine Geduld zu Ende. Ich konnte am folgenden Tag in ein aus meiner Sicht "normales" Executive Zimmer upgegradet werden. Es war immerhin etwas ruhiger. Die kaum gedämmten Fenster lassen sich "aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen" nicht öffnen, um frische Luift zu bekommen. Als Nachhaltigkeit wurde auch verkauft, dass man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichten könne - mittlerweise Basisstandard. In der Dusche standen viele kleine Plastikfläschchen, die nach max. zweimaligen Gebrauch weggeworfen werden. Das Personal zeigte sich unterschiedlich intensiv bemüht. Einmal wurde der Abfall der Nebenzimmer in einer Tüte in meinem Zimmer vergessen. Insgesamt leider kein Hotel, das bei anstrengendem Dienstgeschäft Erholung bietet.

Positiv: großes, bequemes Bett; sauber, abgenutzte Möbel (4 Sterne Hotel) aber ok; Essen bring Service - freundlicher Servicemitarbeiter; Nachfrage nach Allergien. Negativ: wenig Auswahl beim Essen für Allergiker; der selbe kaffeeautomat (kaffee mit milch zubereitung) für normalen Kaffee und für laktoseintolerante (espresso); wenig Auswahl beim Mittagessen für Allergiker; ganz schlimm fand ich, dass man das Fenster im Zimmer nicht öffnen kann. Frische Luft gibt es nur durch die Klimaanlage. Ich fühlte mich wie in einem Käfig. Wenn man wissen wollte wie die Temperatur draußen ist, mußte man auf die Strasse gehen. My flight was a red eye and I got in around 4am Sunday. Because of this I booked my hotel for Sunday for check in so I didn’t have to wait till 3pm. I tried checking in and they said due to their computer issues they asked me to wait for the manager who was to arrive in 20 min. I didn’t understand this because supposedly the on site manager was sitting there in a chair so not sure why she couldn’t handle the issue. I patiently waited and got breakfast. Two hours passed and then finally ended up checking in to our room. The worst service ever

Nice property but our check in was a mess. We arrived around 1200 and our room wasn’t ready. No problem we checked our luggage, went for a walk and had lunch. Came back at 1400 room still not ready. Sat in lobby. A large group arrived and all got rooms right away. I went to check in asked why they were able to check in but we couldn’t. “Oh, their rooms were ready”. OK we’re here. 2 hours ago, why didn’t you ask housekeeping to make up our room right away! “We don’t do that.” Meanwhile my wife who had flown in from NA was trying to sleep while the staff were having a loud argument with a customer. We eventually got our room and they offered free breakfast for the “inconvenience “. This is of course a buffet breakfast so it’s just less food to throw out. In their defence, a lot of hotels pull this BS.

OK we’re here. 2 hours ago, why didn’t you ask housekeeping to make up our room right away! “We don’t do that.” Meanwhile my wife who had flown in from NA was trying to sleep while the staff were having a loud argument with a customer. We eventually got our room and they offered free breakfast for the “inconvenience “. This is of course a buffet breakfast so it’s just less food to throw out. In their defence, a lot of hotels pull this BS.

Beautiful, modern, American-like hotel with all the expected American amenities like a working hair dryer, iron and ironing board, hand towels and wash cloths! Very much enjoyed this hotel on our last night in Europe. Stayed because it was close to the train station but there was a strike. The front desk was very helpful in finding us a taxi to the airport. Wonderful place!

Park Plaza was the mist terrible hotel experience i ever had. The checking in was slow, my room wasnt cleaned every day, due to some strange idea that must have been invented in this hotel. In addition it took several days of discussions and irritation before anyone could explain their cleaning.rule. I was egen offered to borrow the cleaning material to clean the room myself. The service was very arrogant and rude. There are several hotels in the area at the same price-level and I would just recommend to choose one of them and not this one.

Fint hotel , besøgt det flere gange , men service og venlighed i receptionen kunne godt trænge til en opstrammer. Blev mødt af en lidt nedladende tone da jeg ikke kunne forstå de opkrævede byskat ved indtjekningen da jeg havde betalt i forvejen online dagen før , det viste sig at deres system havde en difference på 0,53 euro. Kvinden i receptionen talte virkelig ned til mig fordi jeg ikke kunne forstå det. Men det “trøstet” mig så at det åbenbart ikke var personligt med denne tone da hun gennem hele opholdet opførte sig på samme uvenlige måde overfor alle der tjekket ind på hotellet. Inchecken was erg omslachtig en onduidelijk (onder andere om van iedereen ID te vragen, kom je niet veel meer tegen en is onnodig vertragend. Na inchecken kon ik later de "sleutel" ophalen en begon de inmiddels andere dame ook weer over inchecken wat erg verwarrend was.

Das Hotel an sich ist in Ordnung, das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist lecker, vielfältig und beinhaltet auch Produkte von regionalen Kleinunternehmen (probiert unbedingt das Müsli!!). Die Umgebung des Hauses ist leider unschön. Auf der einen Seite eine viel befahrene Straße inkl. Bus und Straẞenbahn, auf der anderen Seite gleich hinterm Hotel die Bahnschienen und eine Schmuddelecke mit Obdachlosen. Zwar nah am Bahnhof und einer großen Shopping Mall, aber insgesamt nicht toll.

Tolles Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen. Vorab Online Einchecken hat super funktioniert und spart echt Zeit. Obwohl das Hotel direkt am Hbf und einer gut befahrene Straße liegt, sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Frühstück war gut und das Personal im Restaurant und Barbereich sehr freundlich. Würden das Hotel wieder nehmen.

Zimmer sauber, wenn auch etwas hellhörig. Hatte extra nach einem ruhig gelegen Zimmer gefragt. Zustand war ok. Das Frühstück für die Hotelkategorie nicht überzeugend. Es gibt in Utrecht besseres für dieses Geld.

Nous étions en demi pension. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Par contre pour le repas du soir il y a un problème de coordination entre la cuisine et le service. L'attente pour se voir servir du congelé rechauffé est interminable avec un personnel au four et au moulin (bar , service et nettoyage salle). Le personnel de l'accueil est à l'écoute du client.

Kamer was prima, schoon en netjes. Bed ook prima. We waren wat later aan het ontbijt en er waren al een aantal producten op. Dit werd wel weer aangevuld na dit gemeld te hebben. Ei, spek etc was niet heel warm ondanks de warmhoudschalen. Ontbijt kan dus iets meer aandacht gebruiken

The room needed to be vacuumed better as there was some small rubbish left behind. Room had a ridiculously large and unnecessary chair in it as well, which made the room feel smaller, and the property seemed to has lost a bit of its luster since my last stay two years earlier. The staff was still very helpful and accommodating, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well.
