Cet hôtel n’a de palace que le nom… Nous avons eu un problème avec le mini bar qui ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré leur avoir dis 4 fois, ils n’ont pas été capable de nous en fournir un qui fonctionnait ! Super avec la canicule dehors… La réception m’avait dit que je pourrais donc avoir de la glace gratuite. Mais c’était un mensonge… la personne du bar très désagréable (vous pourrez facilement l’identifier) a essayé de m’arnaquer en me faisant payer 20 centimes le glaçon !!! Pour de l’eau congelé !!! Appart ça, les vitres de tout l’hôtel était degueulasses. Les 3 ascenseurs sont horriblement longs. La piscine est prise d’assaut et à l’ombre quasiment toute la journée. Parking de l’hôtel payant et place à proximité prise d’assaut : on a tourné 1h pour trouver une place. Point positif : le personnel a l’accueil et le bagagiste étaient gentils et le lit super confortable. Nous avions la vue mer. Mais pour le prix, vous pouvez trouver la même chose ailleurs et beaucoup moins chers.

Enjoyed a 5 day this smart modern hotel; staff very helpful and efficient in lobby and in the large buffet dining room. Very clean rooms and super comfortable beds gave a good rest & aircon was good. There’s ample street parking just outside (€12/night garage parking offered seemed excessive, especially for a motorbike, but neighbourhood seemed safe enough so we went with the roadside ) as well as a bus stop opposite. But we found it easy to walk everywhere in Gandia from here. The mini fridge was appreciated for keeping water chilled in our room.

Suelo habitación en mal estado para ser hotel 4 estrellas ( 314 ) . En piscina me ausenté escasos 20 minutos nada más abrir a las 10:30 para subir a la habitación y darle a mi hijo una medicación y cuando regrese me había retirado las toallas y mis pertenencias una rubia con melena de recepción dándome la explicación que cada vez que salgo de la piscina me tengo que llevar las cosas porque tienen pocas hamacas para tantas habitaciones como tiene el hotel. Entiendo que si me ausento bastante es lógico que no lo permitan pero no es normal que por 15 minutos las retiren ,,,, vamos que ni al aseo puede ir uno ,,,,,,,,,, lamentable

Next door Tika bar was very loud until 7am every night made worse by some guy shouting outside it all the time. We complained and got a room change opposite side of the hotel but still heard the same guy for our 4 night's shouting and waking us up, so we had very little sleep. Gym was very tired dumbbells jumped from 17.5kg to 50kg nothing in between plus no aircon so it was crazy hot inside. The aircon wasn't working in the corridors outside the rooms either. Reception staff were excellent, location of hotel is good too, plus on site EV charging €6 but was only 7kw per hour for non porsche cars. Food was okay but at the cheaper end so only had dinner there once.

Pretty hotel but a “Palace” it is not,receptionists ignore calls and people queuing, I wasn’t given as much info in English as the Spanish couple next to us during check in so lucky for me I overheard about the services timetable. No coffee machine in the room,good bathtub,comfy beds,nice balcony with sea view at extra rate, weirdly had to pay extra for drinks at the buffet,busy, even water so I noticed a lot of guests leaving with their unfinished bottles. Pool bar overpriced but lovely barman despite being busy. 12e to park overnight.Felt more like every move was about taking money from us but location was walking distance from the beach.Not sure I’d go back.

The service is not good and not friendly. When u need a service, they did not follow up, the check in was slow and the most critical was they hired a band to play until midnight, very loud and could not sleep with the noise. After 1am, neighborhood also talk until 2am , the isolation system is bad. Terrible!!

Our A/C filter was clogged and caused the a/c to work poorly. Would have liked a coffee/tea maker in the room, coffee corner in lobby was closed. Extra pillows in room would have been nice, had them sent up though with no question. A hotel/poolside snack bar would have been nice with no restaurants in the hotel available.

The hotel was fine, it had a nice view. Food options were good, but very limited. Unfortunately, the staff was indifferent about everything. I always felt like I was bothering them even though the place was mostly empty. I had to cut my trip short by 4 days to get back home and the hotel staff would not connect me to a manager regarding my request for a refund. Also, I elevated my request through Expedia and the hotel management won’t even talk to Expedia regarding my requests for a refund. They are severely lacking in the customer service area.

Hemos estado muy cómodos. La habitación normal de tamaño y las camas cómodas. Soy celiaca y es importante para mi que haya opciones sin gluten y la verdad que he tenido mucha variedad en el bufet y además me ofrecían varios platos en almuerzo y cena para hacerme en particular. El servicio muy atento y amable tanto para e ofrecer como para la retirada de platos. Atento pero no pesado. Repetiría y recomendaría.
