SHERATON WALL CENTRE HOTEL

Our room was beautiful. And the pool was excellent.

I won’t be returning to this hotel. It took over 20 minutes to reach in-room dining, with the line repeatedly going to voicemail. When I contacted the front desk, I was told they don’t regularly check those voicemails, which was surprising. After all that, the $80 meal was very average at best. The indoor pool was disappointing as well. The water appeared murky and was pretty cold,m for an indoor one, and the pool itself was much smaller than it appears in photos. Overall, this hotel feels like a 3.5-star property at best, with customer service closer to a 3.

Clean, convenient and quick service throughout. Only complaint was the painfully slow elevator to the parking levels lol

Nice enough building, but more negatives than positive for us. Small rooms. Pool broke down an hour after check in while we were in swimsuits ready to get in. Parking is an outrageous $60 a night and difficult to get in/out for driving around. There was no comp for the reduced pool facilities which was the reason i selected this hotel. Overall would not stay again.

GREAT LOCATION to launch to the entire central city. Nice rooms to relax and refresh. Bustling & professional but little personal interaction. RECOMMENDED HOTEL - we would definitely stay again! We stayed 8 nights at the Sheraton Wall Centre. Fabulous location - walkable to so much Robson shopping (10 min) Art Gallery (5 min) Granville Ferry stops (15 min) Yaletown (5 min) Stanley Park is a 30 min walk but you may want to take a bus or Lyft there & save the walking for inside the park. Bustling high rise hotel with 2 towers for guests. Small efficient lobby & truly mind boggling bell/valet staff running 24/7. Professional and swift. Our room was super clean, modern, GREAT FIRM yet cozy BED with nice linens and the VIEWS of downtown are so great we took 100+ photos of light changes on the courtyard and surrounding highrises. Also fantastic black out curtains (necessary). Hotel housekeeping was clearly understaffed but so kind and the rooms were beautifully refreshed. Hotel mgmt needs to support their staff with more workers. We only asked for our room to be done 3x during our 8 day stay. By 3pm, they crew was still not able to get to our room A call to housekeeping brought staff to our door but we felt terrible putting on pressure. We tipped double and thanked profusely but again a hotel this busy should not be putting such pressure on their amazing staff There is a deluxe gym and large pool & hot tub. We used these facilities daily NICE HOTEL RECOMMEND!

Good helpful staff. Swimming pool not accessible for persons using walkers - had to use stairs to go from 3rd floor to 2nd floor pool. Need to do better, especially with the Invictus games completed recently where competitors were staying at the hotel.

First time staying here, we went for a concert at Rogers Arena, amazing restaurants close by, and shopping if yhats what you want. Close to alot of attractions. Staff friendly, professional and helpful. What would be great is a reduced rate on parking when staying in hotel, the price fir parking is very high. Really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Our room wasn’t clean for example - light switch had blood or something brown on it liquids that dried outside bathroom. Also could wrote my name in dust between beds. Also I don’t carry I’d physically anymore but rather scanned documents and they didn’t accept it as if even though they were driver license and passport and they matched my bud. I also had bank card and visa. Thankfully someone offered their I’d for me as they insisted on photo I’d even though they weren’t paying anything so I found that strange.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly!

Property is in a great location. Nice and modern rooms but surfaces were dusty and rugs could have been better vacuumed. Complimentary daily water bottles was a nice perk. Pool area is well maintained with a friendly staff member circulating regularly.

A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar, até toca de banho descartável tive que pedir, eles tinham, mas tive que esperar e pedir. Os copos de vidro não eram lavados. A roupa de cama foi trocada e colocado um lençol (parte de baixo) menor que a cama.

Excellent environment. Needs detailed cleaning in the room.

Room was very clean with a very nice view of all the decorated trees. Staff was very friendly

Room smelt stale or musky. Beds were old a caved. I went to the pool and was trapped in my wet shorts outside the elevator on 3rd for 15-20 min. Almost made me late for med appointment

Big room, well located.

Really nice corner room and a comfortable bed. Super water pressure in the large shower. We pre-booked breakfast with our reservation and it was a better deal than at the hotel, the breakfast was a good with lots of options, but we had to wait 15 minutes before we could get in. Convenient location. Very close to Robson Street and Pacific Centre. Just around the corner from Davie Street and a few short blocks to the Granville Island ferries. Self-parking was easy; pricey but standard for a big city. We just registered our license plate at the desk and we could come and go as we pleased. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was in rough shape, curtain rod was broken and double beds were a challenge. Parking was $60 per night.

The property was nice. Only downside was the shower door was challenging to open and there wasn’t a ton of water pressure.

It seems that all Sheraton hotels have slumpy king size beds. They all sag in the middle - and it doesn’t matter which Sheraton you go to. This hotel was no exception.

Lovely hotel with lots of amenities in a great location. For a hotel in this class, however, they really need to upgrade to queen beds. Doubles just do not work for most couples sharing a bed. I ended up sharing with my young daughter because my spouse and I couldn't get comfortable. Also, the shower head could use an upgrade, and the towels were pretty thin. And finally...we were on the 33rd floor and I could hear every word my neighbors (and their noisy kids) were saying in their room. It sounded like they were outside on a balcony - it was an odd transfer of sound. I had to sleep with earplugs in all night. I wouldn't stay here again for that reason alone.

This property was located in the centre of the city with shopping and transportation easy to access. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The only downside would be the noises of the city such as sirens from the nearby hospital. I would stay there again.

I booked a high end room on the executive floor. The room was old and dated. I had 2 other rooms in the hotel for my family so we could have a little stay cation during the holidays. I had flown in from Toronto and the check in was slow. The room was dated . The carpet was gross and the drapes looked like they were from 1985. I had taken my young niece and nephew to the pool and when it was closing a big security guard ( 6 foot 5 ) came in like a beast yelling and screaming the pool is closed now and to get out. I was not happy with that. He could have been polite and said please and thank you as there were kids around. No reason not to be polite. Then we had a run in with the same security guard at the front desk as we were trying to talk with the front desk. There was no reason for him to even be involved with the conversation. Again I would think twice when booking with this place. The staff they hire should be working in a night club as a door man not yelling at kids in the pool.

We had to wait 1.5 hours to check in. We got to Vancouver at 1:30 and killed some time until check-in at 4 o’clock and we didn’t get a room until 5:30 PM.

Great location downtown, near plenty of restaurants and bars. The room view was beautiful and very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.

I wanted to pass on some feedback here as I was initially very impressed by the potential for warmth and hospitality. I have however been very disappointed. Upon check-in, there was no notes about us staying at the property for our wedding. Although I passed this information on, I expected a much warmer welcome. The receptionist did not mention anything to us. In all my experience at Marriott properties I have always been granted an additional hour late check out. This was rudely told that it could not be guaranteed. A warm welcome would have been appreciated for the occasion. The TV in the room did not work properly, it was laggy, slow and took effort to operate. Service to the room was slow, it took 30 minutes for someone to check the TV and 30 minutes for a kettle to arrive. Finally, as per an email from the property manager, we never received a bottle of wine, which is completely ok however why offer and not deliver? I cannot believe a gesture would be made and not followed through. There was no effort to make us feel special for choosing to spend our wedding nights at this property, and it was by far my worst experience at a Mariott hotel. I am not going post this publicly, as I am a frequent guest and already have several trips booked at Mariott properties. But I do want to pass on that although we booked through a Expedia, that should not impact the high level of service I have become accustomed to as a frequent visitor of Marriott properties.

Standing in line to check out, there’s only one guest in front of me. When it comes my turn, the front desk walked away and came back later with attitude like “ why are here and what the heck you want “. Checked out. No thank you for staying with us or anything. When checked in, the front desk guy did not tell me my room was in the north building. I took the elevator to my floor in south building and could not find my room. A nice house keeper informed me it is in the other building. Not good experience.

Took way too long to check in. Amazing that we spent hours waiting for a room. We were a bit early, but seriously, 5 hours? Once we were checked in we found the hotel to be a perfect fit. It was clean, the staff friendly and lobby pleasant. It has an onsite restaurant which was perfect for convenience.

The staff stepped up when I had a small medical issue (needed a script asap), arranging things perfectly and cheking afterwards.

I always love staying at the Sheraton Wall center! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is just lovely. The location is amazing as well. I’ve stayed here at least six times this year alone, it is usually my number one choice when coming to downtown Vancouver.

Visiting Vancouver while waiting for cruise ship. About 15 min walk (downhill) to Canada Place from this hotel. We had a lovely stay.

Great location. Great staff. Easily walkable to everything. Comfy bed and spacious clean rooms.

Hotel is central between Granville Island and Stanley Park. Close to shopping and restaurants. I like Vancouver because it’s walkable.

Me sentí muy segura y las mejores tiendas a algunos pasos. Paradas de los autobuses importantes a dos cuadras excelente ubicación. Lo único malo: está a un kilómetro del hotel y hay que caminarlo. Pero pues el que quiera pagar Uber lo soluciona. Yo lo camine. Volvería a quedarme.

Nice property...a bit noisy...too close to hospital

The property is centrally located. Near to shopping and restaurants. The area around is walkable.

Very good hotel Great staff But the restaurant is way overpriced to max. I will never need to pay 28 plus tax for bacon and eggs, ever! So I ventured over to a Tim Hortons as an easy fix this am. They dont even give you a room discount for staying here! Just a big time money grab and to cater to the rich only. Already paid over 400 with parking for just one night.

Great hotel! Customer Service at its best! Enjoyed the Club Lounge on 25th floor. Billy was our gracious host and is the best! Everything was excellent from checking in to checking out. A wonderful Sisters week enjoying beautiful Vancouver BC. We will be back for sure! Thank You Sheraton and Billy :)

At breakfast, the waitress said we should consider the buffet because the kitchen was "really backed up, and it will take awhile to get food" she didn't mention that the buffet was over $45 each. I felt like I was taken advantage of.

Came for a conference, beautiful room, beautiful view, very good service, except that there was frequently a lineup at the front desk. The restaurant/bar locked ambience for my taste, Very brightly lit. Didn’t feel like a nice quiet place to have a drink. Another location for this in the hotel would be cool.

Hotel and room was exactly as advertised, clean, well equipped and quiet. Staff were efficient, helpful and courteous. There are a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's own restaurant (Cafe One) is convenient but has a sterile atmosphere and is over priced.

Room was good. Bed and pillows are hard. Price is fair. Food was disappointing. Really not a fan of the containers the food was brought to our room in. Felt like I ordered skip the dishes rather than room service.
