The hotel itself is nice, clean, and offers a good breakfast. Unfortunately, my experience was completely derailed by a major flaw in the building's layout. My room was located on the 15th floor, directly beneath the 16th-floor fitness center, which operates from 6:00 AM to midnight. At 6:30 AM, I was jolted awake by the loud, reverberating sound of heavy dumbbells being dropped on the floor above me. I couldn't get back to sleep, which is incredibly frustrating when you are paying good money for a relaxing stay. I complained to the front desk, and they assured me they would look into it. However, the exact same disruption occurred the following morning just after 7:00 AM. While I was thankfully already awake, it was still a massive annoyance. Instead of unwinding in a peaceful room, I felt like I was trying to relax inside a busy gym. if you stay here, insist on a room far away from the top floor.
