Fantastic location and services. Executive lounge on the 25th floor has a very nice breakfast service. Downstairs restaurant/bar is very nice as well. Friendly staff.

Amazing place! Easy to walk to places and get from the train station. The room was clean, bed comfy and pool / hot tub was a great way to unwind.

The pool area and sauna/steam rooms were filthy!! There was toilet paper by the shower area. There was mold above the spa area. Absolutely disgusting place. Will never stay again. The only great things were the convenience to Canada place and the food.

We had an enjoyable vacation in Vancouver, staying at the Marriott Pinnacle Downtown for eight nights. The only negative was the elevator situation when two elevators were down for repairs and two were reserved for the residential units. This meant that all of the hotel guests had to use one elevator. The wait wasn’t too long but it was at least five to ten minutes extra.

The facilities are quite beautiful. It’s a great part of town, which is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Close to walking by the water. The room is very clean, the staff is very kind and accommodating. I had a great stay overall. The gym is 10/10 for a hotel gym also ~ I was very happy with it! I loved that there is a bathtub separate from the shower in the room. The bath is small but effective for a small person. The only thing I wish was different was the building has alot of EMF radiation, I had a challenging time sleeping because of the humming sound (which not everyone can hear) if you are sensitive to EMF I wouldn’t suggest staying here, but if you can put up with it and want to have a great coal harbor area experience this is a fantastic spot to stay for ease of getting around. The restaurant was also pretty good.

Great location! Positives: Definitely purchase breakfast with your reservation; so many choices - all delicious. Every staff member was excellent - polite, friendly, helpful and professional Suggestions: The pool area and amenities were underwhelming, and there weren’t enough towels There was no conditioner in the bottle attached to the shower. Looked up items provided before checking in, so didn’t bring conditioner.

My husband paid for an harbor view and got a view of buildings in front of the harbor. When we asked about this we were told that “that was the best they had” I’m sorry, we paid for a view and didn’t get it, this answer was not ok. To top it all off, our sheets were stained and had to be changed. We waited over 40 minutes for that to happened. We got a free breakfast for the “inconvenience” only because I asked for it. Don’t stay here, it is not worth all the hype and this is not the Marriot experience we are used to.

Location was amazing. Very close to Canada Place and everything is in walking distance, including access to the sky train. Thd hotel was very clean and the rooms were a good size. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Great staff! Jessica at front desk was very kind and helpful. Other staff at checking were nice and welcoming. Service was prompt, overall clean, but unfortunately at arrival we noticed the shower was obviously unattended, uncleaned, with few hairs attached to the wall and corners! Was disgusting.

Great location close to the harbor, we were able to walk from our cruise ship. The hotel itself (lobby/restaurant) are great. But the rooms... not so great. They look/feel old and dated, and it was really cramped for two double beds.

Nice hotel, free wifi if you’re a Bonvoy member, but slow(er) speed unless you pay or are upper tier member - worked fine for email and web browsing etc. Convenient location, easy to walk to/from. Good restaurant in hotel (Showcase) with many other options in the area. Close to Stanley Park and Robson Street & Pacific Center Mall for shopping. Parking is a bit of a hassle unless you valet ($$$$), but that’s not unique to this hotel. Recommend.

Staff were fantastic, attentive and friendly. They gave us a room on the top floor because it was our honeymoon and a nice little dessert platter. The harbour and city views were gorgeous. Overall, the room was a little outdated with the carpet and older TV, plus the shower was a little cramped but the views made up for it. We didn’t try any of the food from the restaurant but have heard that it’s a good restaurant! Would 100% recommend getting a room with a view.

I loved that this property was right downtown within walking distance of everything. The one downside to this hotel was that there was no microwave or mini fridge in our room. The add on food credit was well worth the money for buffet breakfast. Parking was expensive. We parked at the same park aid but in the public park. I would suggest just paying the hotel rate instead of saving the ten dollars. That way, you can catch the elevator to and from the floor is your car is parked on. Otherwise it's a pain to get to the public parking

Old hotel is feeling and looking its age. SMALL rooms. Beat up, old furniture. Bath towels were extremely thin and rough. No free guest Wi-Fi. The bathroom was clean and adequate, a small refrigerator and coffee maker were nice to have.

Had an excellent experience in all areas. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. Shout-outs to Parker for outstanding attention in the dining and lounge visits and Raphael in guest services for above and beyond help with technical difficulties getting return flight boarding passes and airline check in completed the day before we flew home. Hotel was very clean as well -we had a great visit!

Noel and Amie in the bar and restraunt were fabulous. They always remember us and stop and say hello. They are the best. The hotel is easy to walk to Robson street for shopping or to the convention center for shows. Quick check in too.

We loved out stay at the Marriott. It was the perfect distance to walk to gastown, see the sea planes, walk to get e-bikes to ride around Stanley Park as well as get to Nemesis Coffee for the famous breakfast sandwich. We felt safe everywhere we walked and always were walking distance to a free shuttle that took us to the Suspension bridge. The concierge and front desk staff were incredibly friendly, upbeat and positive. We will be back!

My wife and I visited Vancouver primarily for a concert at Rogers Arena and chose Marriott Pinnacle for its downtown convenience to the arena and the coal harbour dining amenities. Hotel staff were always polite and helpful. Our king room was clean and well appointed. The area is extremely walkable but we also had a rental car and took advantage of the valet service. Our trip and stay were memorable. I was very close to the nearby vancouver downtown ferry / seaplane station for a business trip to Nanaimo subsequently. It all worked our beautifully!

In a good location within an easy walk to Waterfront Station or cruise area. Lots of restaurants close by. Inhouse restaurant also very good. Friendly staff. Good sized room with everything you might need. The only negative is that it is a bit noisy outside. The windows are double glazed but don't seem to shut out the sound as much as expected. Not a deal breaker though.

The guest services at this hotel were great, they answered all of our questions about transferring our luggage to the cruise terminal on our departure day. I highly recommend grabbing some cocktails at the Showcase Restaurant/Bar in the lobby, the bartenders there were amazing.

The restaurant, Showcase, had a menu that I thought was a little to limited, particularly the entrees. With that said, the food and service were excellent and the rest of the hotel was also excellent.

Though the decor is conservative and dated the hotel is very clean, bathrooms are great. Bar was happening and fun. Elevators were quick and felt secure. Underground parking was convenient and priced appropriately for a downtown. I felt the breakfast was too expensive for hotel guests at $37 per person- maybe $15 for hotel guests. Overall it’s a pricey hotel but everything in Vancouver is about the same price. Easy to access the convention center, northern waterfront, restaurants, and Stanley park is nearby via bike or Uber.
