Service was great, staff were friendly. Located in a walkable area which was nice. Lots of food options in and around the hotel. The only complaint I would have is that room service trays were left in empty in hallways for a few hours posing a tripping hazard. The elevators can also become quite busy considering there are thirty two floors and only two elevators.

The staff at the Hilton Downtown Van were so kind and helpful! Our room was spotless and the linens good quality. The mattress could be improve. Overall, it was a quiet, comfortable home away from home. The location is central to everything! Thank you to the Hilton for a lovely trip!!

the beds are soft and the sofa bed mattress was appalling. you won’t be able to sleep on this i ended up sleeping on the sofa cushions on floor. Why not just upgrade the mattresses? if you go for 1 bed make sure you pick balcony rooms. they are much bigger. jack and jill bathroom, great views. hotel staff was great but i couldn’t quite believe to get a cappuccino at breakfast you have to pay $2 extra. out of principle i didn’t pay this. Rather than opting for hotel breakfast which is just your bog standard boring fare please look around the area as many great coffee shops and offer better range. the pool area was fantastic, good gym and benefits of steam and sauna. this building is also occupied by residents

For a 1-bedroom Queen Suite at approximately $700, the room is small. All suites we've stayed in at other big hotels, are at least 900sf. I am guessing this one was under 450sf. ALSO, called room service at 1030 for breakfast order, CLOSED?! Again, places we've stayed at, 11am at least. Didn't do anything to accommodate as we were 7 mins late, called at 1037am. Staff great/polite, the lounge had great food.

We stay in Hiltons all the time. This one has been my favorite so far. I really liked our room. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows were perfect. There was a chair that I found very comfortable. I loved the bathroom. It was quite large with plenty of light and counter space. There was a makeup mirror mounted on the wall. The room itself also had plenty of space. There was a small alcove fitted with a bench and spot under the bench for shoes, etc. The only thing we had an issue with was the coffee maker. We got it to work but I think it was broken. We thought it was us, at first. Anyway, we got our coffee and it was just fine. We also ordered room service and I was so impressed. Everything was still warm and delicious. I had scrambled eggs, bacon and a muffin. there was a rather large bowl of fruit, as well. My husband had the eggs Benedict and said he could not believe how good it was. The only other issue is there are only 2 elevators for 31 floors and that was very congested. I would stay here, again. We walked to the hockey arena and walked to our restaurant. Both were very close, easy, enjoyable walks. Perfect location.

The housekeeping staff and front desk staff were outstanding - Very helpful and courteous. The hotel is located in a convenient area for fast food, restaurants and shops. Many of the cities top sites can be reached by walking within 20 minutes. I would recommend it to anybody visiting Vancouver.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Hilton with my son and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. A special touch we truly appreciated was having breakfast delivered to our room it was convenient, delicious, and made our mornings stress-free, especially while traveling. I had such a great experience at the Hilton Vancouver. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. Everything was fine once the check-in happened. They couldn't find my check in and I waited around the lobby for close to an hour before i finally went to my son's room. We had a game to go to at 4 pm and we received a phone call that my check in was ready but when i went down it still took about 20 minutes. At one point I suggested they just give me my prepaid money back and I would sleep on the couch in my son's room, but that wasn't going to happen!

Excellent stay at perhaps the best location in the heart of downtown Vancouver - nothing was more than a 10 minute walk in any direction including bars, restaurants, Roger’s arena, shopping, cannabis stores & more.
