A girls trip - 2 night stay. Our room was dark and older. No exterior window; window was to the pool, we are told but our view was a brick wall. We requested another room which they could not accommodate us until our second night. The second room was as we’ve had our previous 2 visits to this location. It was great, however we could not connect to wifi.

Only cause of concern was the pool. Staff did not unlock the door at the posted time, and when we did get in the pool it was dirty with hair and a thin film like substance on the top. The kids stayed out of the pool and instead spent their time in the kiddie pool. hot tub seemed fine. When my child mentioned the hair in the pool the staff lady who unlocked the gate made eye contact with my daughter and walked away without saying anything. Would hope to see staff clean their pools more often.

The outside was not well kept and we were concerned upon arrival. But once inside, it was obvious we had picked well. Great staff, clean room and breakfast was great. Didn't have time to swim but we could see people were really enjoying the pool. Better than the holiday inn doe town, and would definitely recommend this hotel to all.

It was smaller and quiet. It’s alright for kids because of the pool. I would stay again.
