Good hotel with good breakfast options every day. Large parking lot in back side. Nice neighborhood and close to zoo, ikea and mall. Our AC was making noise and also cleaning was not done on day 1. Upon contacting the help desk, they gave us another room. Swimming pool area is amazing.

Excellent review overall! The only thing that I think they should improve is to make the parking more wider.It's kind of difficult for me to squeeze to a tight parking slot available especially that I drive a Pickup Truck. The distance of one spot to the other is a bit tight and not really spacious.

I chose this hotel because they offered free breakfast and hotel shuttle to airport. Unfortunately they do not accommodate guests who have flights at 6 am so I have to take a taxi and forfeit breakfast. I would have stayed at the airport hotel had I known.

Location is perfect. Shuttle to and from hotel is available. Very clean. Lots of staff. Nice big hot tub and the pool was nice and warm. Steam room was a bonus.

Our first room had no power and no working toilet. We switched and the second room was perfectly fine but just an inconvenience. The pool was closed the entirety of our stay with no compensation or communication about it.

The sofa in the room looks really terrible. Stains and dirt were very obvious. I have to put an extra bedsheet in the sofa just to make sure were not getting any bugs or whatsoever. One more thing, washroom was dirty. Yellowish stain were seen in walls. And lastly, the carpet were so so so dark because of very obvious dirt. Im sorry, Im not really a picky person, I love staycation in a Hotel but this is my first time to experience this feeling of having uncleaned room.

Room was dirty. Looked like there was something spilt on the desk and had dripped along the wall, crumbs in the bed, ceilings/wall looked run down in areas. Stayed here previously and had no issues until now.

Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Lobby newly finished but elevators hallways not clean. Rooms could use a deep clean ( wipe down walls doors corners. All drawers were dirty inside. ) several patrons loud and banging on doors. Not up to Holiday Inn standards.

the hotel staff were amazing & very kind. No issues with service what so ever. I got there & I paid for just a standard room, they told me they “upgrade me for free” when we got into the room we realized it was a handicap room, I wanted to take a shower & the shower was so dark & Grundy looking. I went to the front desk & requested the standard room I just paid for. She asked why I didn’t like the room & I explained and she said she would still give me a suite, it was 2 doors over and the only difference was the shower had a tiny ledge. Getting into the shower I start noticing how unclean the shower was. Nothing gets scrubbed, the bathroom floor it’s self had some sort of spills. After getting out of the shower I start looking around more, there was a huge red stain on the carpet, I moved the pillows to check and the bed frame had a huge yellow stain on it.. the vent was dusty and sticky, overall the room was just very dirty.

Our first room was visibly dirty and our second was aslo not clean, we found a bloody booger on the shower curtain and more. The pool deck was covered in hair and sand the entire stay as well. The staff were friendly though and the breakfast was decent.

Nice hotel but the air conditioner in our room was so so loud we could barely sleep and we were only there for a handful of hours before going to the airport. It was a bad night for sleep. Staff was very nice checking in, room was clean and the bathroom amenities were great. But wow I can't believe how loud the air conditioner was and barely any cool air.

For the price, the room was small, bathroom small. Nothing special Breakfast was only ok. Muffins were dry, probably there all week. Only cut up fruit 1 day. And only apples were offered. My sons would of rathered fresh waffles. They sit and get rubbery. I will stay elsewhere next time.

The reception and lobby area seemed to have been refurbished which was nice. The rest of the hotel is looking tired, including the bedrooms. Bedrooms are noisy, with a lot of noise coming from other guests in neighbouring rooms and through the corridor. There was a fridge and the alarm clock in the room - both made a lot of noise throughout the night and had to be unplugged to get any sleep. Beds not that comfortable either. Parking was good, proximity to the airport was about a seven minute drive.

The room was clean and confortable! We really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good! The only thing was the noise made by the rooms around us! A complete team of hockey players around 8-10 yrs old was screaming, running and jumping around until 11 pm! I don’t know why they place us around them! We were the only room with no kid on the hockey team!

Check-in was terrible. No one could find our reservation, I showed them my confirmation booking, receipt etc. yet no one could help us. She tried to charge me $1400 for someone else’s booking. Finally another woman came and figured it out for us. 20 minutes wasted at check in. Later on a worker came up to our room and gave us a “goodie bag” and then waived our fee for our pets. This was nice of them but still so inconvenient and frustrating after a 5 hour drive to the city. Unfortunately will not be staying here again.

Our stay was amazing!!! The rooms were very clean, breakfast was excellent and the customer service was out of this world. This is the second stay at this hotel and I don’t think I will book anywhere else when staying in Winnipeg.

We enjoyed our stay the staff were very helpful and professional We thought they were great. The only problem I had was when I called the hotel to be picked up at th airport after returning my rental car. The person that answered was asking me about my membership and if I considered extending my stay and some of the promotions they had then when I told him all I wanted to do was get picked up by the shuttle he put me on hold white he checked with his associate. When he came back on line he told me the shuttle would be coming but he was going to transfer me to another associate because there was a special bonus program on to get 500 points Again I told him I just wanted the shuttle to pick me up but he transferred me anyways I told the next person that I wasn’t interested in the promotion and I would not travel to the USA. In total I was on the phone for 5 minutes and all I wanted was to get the shuttle. That was very annoying. Outside of that we were happy with the service we got

The stay was OK. The facilities and property was fine. However we ordered a shuttle to the airport for 7am. It is worth mentioning we are travelling with a very young baby and had to get to the airport early to negotiate a few things. As it turns out someone else ordered a shuttle for the exact same time and rather than informing us the night before so we could choose to leave earlier, they left without us despite arriving on time. This significantly impacted us negatively as we had to wait for a cab and got to the airport later than planned, which made everything unnecessarily stressful.

The staff was excellent. Very welcoming & accommodating. Because of an early flight we were unable to use their airport shuttle service so they scheduled a cab for us and issued a voucher to cover the cost . They also packed a to go breakfast. It was all very kind & appreciated. A nice hotel convienetly located . Definitely recommended.

Mahmoud at the front desk took great care of us. We had a small issue that occurred after checking in and he had it taken care of immediately and made us feel welcome. We'll consider staying again next time we're in Winnipeg

Our key card stopped working and we had to rely on maintenance to let us in our room. Which was irritating and the fact we couldn’t leave our room without getting someone to let us back in made it not worth the stay. On top of that, house keeping attempted to walk into our room at 8:23am!! If check out is at 11am .. stay out of the room! Don’t attempt to let yourself in. Luckily we had the latch across the door or I would have been seen half naked!! This is the second stay I have had there where housekeeping has attempted to let themselves into my room before 9am. Will not be staying here again .. ever!!

Parking lot in rear is sketchy. People loitering around. I didn’t feel safe. It’s dark and skin way to park from the doors. Shower area is small and walk in shower with curtain looks so cheap. Definitely not worth the cost per night I paid.

The Hotel is kinda OK, but the area is terrible. Very dirty and unsafe. I've been on the road from Halifax to Calgary for 10 days, and I have never felt the bike I had in a bike hack could be stolen. Guess what: it was stolen in the hotel parking lot. You can tell how unsafe the area is by the number of security personel inside the hotel. And they don't even care having someone in the parking lot. Take real care when you are in this hotel area. To make matters worse, they charged me $10 dollars more than the rate I got from Expedia. I will NEVER come back to this hotel.

I chose the hotel for the shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient. It was clean, well appointed and all of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. There are dining options and shopping just a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again.

Strange? Never been in a hotel that had a security person on each floor at night. Also had to use your key card to get the elevator to work. Why? Is it because the area was unsafe?

The property was nice enough but our bathroom smelled of heavy dampness. The workout area & breakfast area was great. The area around the hotel seemed unsafe and there was security to get into the elevator and having coupons to have breakfast to ensure only those staying had access.

The room is overall clean and beds are comfy. Breakfast tho is almost like a “first come, first serve” type of thing. We come down a little late every morning as we like to sleep in, we noticed that whatever is in the menu board is not what they have on the buffet table. Or some stuff are missing. When we ask, the staff said they’re out. I mean they should have enough to feed how many people booked, right? Also, the pool/ hot tub area don’t have a clock. As the saying goes “time flies when you’re having fun.” We were having such a fun time at the pool but Unfortunately, we were booted out because it was past their pool hours. Would be convenient if a clock is visible in the area especially the hot tub since you only should be soaking for a specific time.
