By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The hotel is located by a shopping mall and train station making travel into the main cities easy. It’s a nice family area to stay in and there is plenty to do around the hotel. The facilities are amazing and the rooms are cleaned to perfection. The only downside at the moment is that the pool is closed - I didn’t check this properly when booking and was disappointed to find this out when checking in. Other than this I’d highly recommend.

The breakfast is great. Perfect spot for exploring Yokohama or a nice stop before heading to Haneda airport. The only criticism is that you need to pay for the use of the pool.

Another faultless hotel in my list. Easy check in and out, helpful and courteous staff. Very spacious and clean. Airport Limousine Bus stops in the hotel. Train station, shopping and restaurants close by. Highly recommended.

This property is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in my 55 years of traveling. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and always eager to help in any way possible. Parking was plenty and simple. Best water pressure in the shower than any place ive ever been, possibly even better than my own home!

It was my own fault for booking the deluxe twin city view. There was no view, the toilet was old and faucet on the sink had to be turned several times before the water came out. They came to fix the problem and it was slightly better after that. My previous stays had included a fabulous view and an automatic toilet. Hopefully, I will be able to see the colorful illuminated Ferris wheel when I return on the 28th. They are holding my two large suitcases for me.

Location is good. Staff were helpful and provided what we needed. There’s no iron/board in the room but it will be sent to the room upon request. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choices. I reserved a non smoking room. I’m very sensitive with the cigarette smell and I can smell some remnants of the smell of the cigarettes. We were offered to transfer to another room.

Hotel was really nice and view was great. We did find the hotel a bit outdated but still super clean and well maintained. The staff were great and accommodating. One thing that could be better for all Tokyu hotels is the wifi, we found that the connection isn't that good and dropped often.

滞在中に、ホテル内の中華レストランで夕食を食べたが、食事した時に滞在者用の10%割引クーポンを提示しなかった為、宿泊者の特典としての割引が出来なかった。部屋付けの支払いにしていたので、後でも割引が効くと思って、レストランでの食事後、部屋付けにするように部屋のカードで清算した。部屋のカードで清算したので、宿泊者である事は、間違いないし、ホテル側の清算システムや、レストランとの清算システムの事情で割引できなかったのは、大変不満。お客の立場に立った判断が、スタッフで出来なかったのが残念だ。マニュアル化されたサービスの限界を感じた。他の点は、大変良かったのに,、今後社内でお客の目線でサービスができる事を期待している。

My first imporession of the entrance and Lobby is that it feels a little dark. But maybe its intentional to give it a more intimate feel. The staff was excellent. I will give the satff 6 star out of 5 if I can. It doesnt matter if it was a small matter that I ask. They have gone above and beyond and gave it they full attention. If I am ever in the area. I will definitely stay again and will recommend anyone to stay here. Just to experince the Great service and Wonderful staff they have. Much Aloha to you all.

An excellent, well run hotel in an exceptional location. The large rooms and balconies are wonderful for an extended stay. Views over the Minatomirai area of Yokohama, including the bay, are superb. Service at this hotel is especially good. Parking is available on site if needed. There are dozens of restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel, and indoor access to the local subway station. I highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I originally booked the hotel for 2 nights but had to extend for another 2 nights due to our cruise departure being delayed by a typhoon. The hotel was able to accommodate us and we stayed in the same room as booked. The room was clean, spacious and overlooked the bay woth a gorgeous view. The room came with slippers, Pajamas, ropes and plenty of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tooth brush and paste, etc.). We book the room with buffet breakfast and the food was plentiful, good quality and wide selection (western/American, Japanese). This is a 5 star hotel with resonable price. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We have stayed here before and really like this hotel. It is not too expensive and has a great view of Yokohama. We have some great memories here as well! The breakfast selection is also not bad. This time, the only thing that was a bit disappointing was that we came straight from our wedding. I was fully in a wedding dress, and my husband in his tux, but no one offered any congratulations or mentioned anything about it. I have worked in a hotel myself before, and know that hospitality-wise, this reaction was rather sub-par. I think everyone wants to be treated a bit special on their wedding day, but we did not receive any congratulations or amenities. Other than that, the stay was fine. The breakfast area was overcrowded and had a long wait time, but it could have been because it was a holiday weekend.

Everything was wonderful about this hotel...staff very attentive and friendly, room is clean, spacious and the balcony overlooking the theme park was a plus. Enjoyed watching the ferries wheel change color and design every 15 minutes. Breakfast was amazing! Conveniently located to the train station and shopping. Would definitely stay there again!!!

We spent 4 nights in a wonderful Ocean twin room on a Yokohama floor of the hotel. We had an incredible view of Cosmoworld and the bay from both the balcony and the (huge) bathroom. Drinks topped up in the fridge every day was a nice touch. The lady that saw us to our room was so lovely and welcoming, I wish I remembered her name. Highly recommend anyone spending time in Yokohama to give this place a try.
