Hotel room was nice & clean, common area (kitchen, patio and lobby) was very nice & inviting, infused water & coffee available in lobby with seating, and appreciate washer/dryers available on property. There was an elevator that connected directly to the subway. The property was 5 stars, the only reason I rated it 4 is because I had to stay an additional 2 days because my cruise was delayed and my room rate for the additional 2 days was almost 3 times the daily room rate I paid for my original reservation.

Such a beautiful and underrated hotel. For the price and area, it was immaculate. Walkable distance from the Hammerhead mall, Harbour and Gundam Factory. Room was so big, clean and modern looking. They had a gym, laundromat and lounge area. The only thing that was lacking was the efficiency of the dryer. We dried our clothes twice in 2 seperate batches and it still wasnt dry.

It's located above a rail station so that makes it super easy to travel. Not too busy or noisy. The laundry facilities could use an upgrade but that's about It. Nothing too fancy or out of place. The buffet thing could use a revision or maybe not offer it at all given the cost and selections.

yes, the room was spotless, comfortable, organized and had all we need to have a nice visit in Yokohama. The front desk staff members were welcoming and answered all our questions. The laundry room and guests kitchen equipped station open 24hrs were also clean and organized for us to enjoy. Thanks Wang for looking after our room.

This is an outstanding hotel! I wish I had known about it sooner. I’ve traveled to Yokohama many times and stayed at a variety of hotels; this one is hands down the best! As a coffee lover, the Nespresso machines at check-in and on the 7th floor were the perfect touch to my stay. I also appreciated the gym, lounge, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel. This will be my preferred hotel from now on when I visit Yokohama. Special mention to Riku-san for his outstanding service when we were checking in.

Good location by the harbour front. Well equipped clean room. Even had a universal plug. Stale water smell in the bathroom was off putting and hand towel rack over toilet a disaster waiting to happen. Don’t pay for the breakfast as poor options/variety and the hot part arrived cold both mornings. No tea in the room or the residents lounge just coffee which I don’t drink

The only good thing of this hotel is the location, it is very close to the attractions. But the hotel rome is not that clean, and it is very crowded. In general, it is not comfortable to stay.

Very easy to get to by train from Haneda Airport. Cafes and restaurants nearby but a 7 Eleven is only 100 metres away. The hotel has a large residents lounge with tea and coffee provided. The laundromat is good and very reasonably priced. An easy walk for 2 people in their 60s to the Osanbashi Pier. Room was large and very clean, as was the whole hotel.

The check in procedure was poor. QR code required, hard to use as a visitor without wifi. Eventually a staff member came to assist. Bed was very hard, pillows were too soft. Bathroom was very small. No gluten free bakery options provided even though they asked for dietary needs as part of online checkin well in advance. I don't think I could recommend this hotel, unless you're going on a cruise (as we were), then the location makes up for almost all the negatives.

I paid for 2 rooms. One with a double bed and the other with two twins. The two-twin room was fine but the double room seemed tight. Additionally, the double-bed room had a building wall directly facing the window. When we checked in, the staff actually tried to find another room with some sort of view. We appreciated their effort and it was understandable that this cannot always be accommodated. However, we booked an 11-night stay and it would have been nice if we could have been offered to switch rooms sometime in the midst of our stay. Otherwise, we enjoyed the hotel, cleanliness, amenities and location.

Large room with kitchen, washer/dryer. Lots of storage. You can cast to TV to watch netflix, or other streaming services. Clean room, great comfy bed. If using light rail MM get off at Mm05. Exit station and hotel is next door on left. If you are cruising from port of yokohama only a 10 minute walk with luggage.

We loved our room accommodations and overall we had a good stay. The only comments would be that our room included a washer/dryer in the unit. When we arrived, detergent was provided and the bottle was half filled. We had a 17-day stay and when we ran out of detergent, we inquired three times to find out if refills were provided but never received a reply. It was not a big inconvenience to buy more detergent on our own, but a reply would have been nice. Also, depending on who was at the lobby desk, while some staff displayed exceptional customer servicing, a few were not very polite. Otherwise, the hotel provided great accommodations and cleanliness. The shared amenities provided on the seventh floor was an absolute plus. The location is prime and very convenient. We have already recommended some of our friends to consider staying at this hotel. And, the bakery shop next to the hotel entrance sold delicious cheesecake and donuts.

We loved the hotel and its welcoming feel, the staff were excellent they treated us as if we were very special, and the room was spectacular with its facilities and harbour view. Special mention to our check in lady and we were so delighted to be given an upgrade and a birthday gift for my husband. Would definitely recommend

Pros: -Friendly, Welcoming and Helpful Staff; I would say the best Hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. -Hotel common areas and rooms are very clean and up to date -Hotel Amenities such as laundry and coffee bar were great -Hotel staff stored our luggage prior to check in and stored our luggage after check out and this was great so we could explore more of the city baggage free. Cons: None Our initial stay here was so great, that we decreased our time in Kyoto just to go back to the Citadines Hotel in Yokohama the following week.

일단 교통 좋아요! 니혼오도리역에서 호텔 바로 옆으로 나오는 출구도 있고, 심지어 엘리베이터에요. 주요 관광지까지 15분 이내 도보 가능하고, 직원분들 친절. 7층 라운지는 꼭 가보세요. 아침 햇살 좋을때 커피마실 맛이 나는 발코니 있어요. 밤에 업무 공간으로도 추천!

The staff were super friendly from check-in to checkout and the hotel was so clean and comfortable. Public transportation was also convenient for us to go to the places we had planned. The bus literally stopped right at the door of the hotel and the subway was just next door. I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.

Citadines Harbor Front is convenient for cruise passengers: right at Nihon-Odori station, a short walk to Osanbashi cruise terminal, and about a 4,000 yen taxi ride to the Daikoku Pier cruise terminal which is further out. Yokohama Chinatown is 5 minutes walk. The rooms are large (unlike the typical cramped spaces at many Tokyo hotels) and well equipped. The 7th floor has a large guest lounge, uncomplicated washers and dryers, and a fitness room. Breakfast is expensive. An essential tip: if you and your group needs multiple rooms, request rooms on the same floor. Hotel security policy does not allow guests to directly access other guest rooms on other floors. You have to go to the lobby and ask a hotel staff to let you access them.

I cruise at Yokohama port, this hotel only 10 minutes walk to the port, it so close. Room is spacious and clean, most of the room have ocean view, staff friendly and helpful, will be back again next time when I been Yokohama.

Nice hotel in Yokohama next to a subway station so handy for getting around. The room was larger than many Japanese hotel rooms with plenty of storage space which is also unusual in Japan. Breakfast was OK but no cereal available and the coffee had run out and took a while to get replenished. I booked this hotel as it is close to Yokohama cruise terminal but the cruise company moved the ship to another terminal several miles away which meant many people wanting taxis but this was arranged very efficiently by the staff

Excellent location for the cruise ship pier and Chinatown. Breakfast was very good. Shower was amazing and the toiletries smelt great. There are laundry machines on the 7th floor to is 4¥ per load with laundry soap included. We will definitely come back !
