Curaçao tower room was small and outdated. Resort is under construction and personally don’t recommend until it’s completed. 1 pool was closed and the refillable bottles was hit or miss with the drinking water. Palapas are not free (only few selected are free and you have to line up the day before or go on app at 12:30 hoping to get one) Breakfast buffet is ok, nothing special and the coffee served is subpar. Waitstaff is fantastic. Also I will add that they added an additional tax on top of what was to be paid from Expedia even though Expedia clearly states all taxes and fees paid except resort fee.

Hilton was great about adjusting our travel dates due to a winter storm back home. Jayden at the front desk was stellar and our room upgrade was much appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic and the location excellent. It will be good to get the other pool open soon as the pool complex as it stands now lags behind the other Palm Beach hotels, as does the quality/value of the pool bar. Overall we had a very good stay!

They are constructing a new building that closed half of one pool. The noise was loud from the work and near the other pool the other building for food had been closed. Food and drink service was from a food truck. The pool service was terrible and only 6 umbrellas around the remaining pool area. The main reason this hotel was chosen was the pool for our children.

We have stayed at this property several times. The room updates were well done and the staff is amazing as always. The construction was supposed to be wrapping up mid 2025 seems to be stalled. Some grounds are still closed off and the construction noise begins at 7:00 AM not the advertised 8:30 AM. The Fitness facility was also closed for most of our stay. I would recommend staying elsewhere for the next six months to a year.

The property was conveniently located to shopping and dining if you choose to not eat on property. Load of beach chairs w umbrellas, beach service and a beautiful pool w umbrellas also. The staff was incredible from the greeting to check in, to the coffee shop,to the service on the beach and pool area. The Spa was an absolute amazing experience. I would highly recommend at least one service there. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. Nancy was an amazing masseuse. I’ll definitely go back! I’d rate it a 20!!

Not enough beach towel kiosks or pool bathrooms. Very limited foid options due to extensive construction which was not advertised on Expedia. Rooms are not sound proof as promised either. Renting palapa was a bit chaotic as guests tended to take reserved spots requiring the attendants to bump us repeatedly. Lots of towels but long lines with only one towel kiosk for entire resort. Crowded pools with only one bathroom area due to extensive construction. Only one highly expensive restaurant on site plus the breakfast area and resort bar. Mobile food trucks were unsanitary. Expected a lot more for the price. The staff are great though. They are very helpful and working positively under difficult conditions . Would not recommend this hotel until ALL construction is completed .

This was our second time staying here. The staff is great and very accommodating. The big downside this stay was the construction going on. The poolside bar and part of the pool area is closed. Last time this was the place to be with a DJ and pool volleyball. The construction of the new building is a constant noise during the day. Less than relaxing when jackhammers and saws are continuously going. I wish that we had done something different and waited to visit here until after completion of all the construction.

It’s a Hilton so you know what you’re gonna get and so far as the basic hotel amenities which they do accomplish as expected. The property is still in construction, so there’s only one smaller pool in comparison to the other hotels on Palm Beach, which will nicer on property pools. However, the beach is beautiful and the location is in the middle of everything so you can walk to get dinner every day, breakfast coffee, etc.. a little pet peeve that I have is I really love coming back to a cold room about 69° and they have an automatic regulation of the AC and it will rarely go below 72° which for me being in the hot sun of Aruba all day you wanna be able to go to sleep in colder room temperatures. The room doesn’t even allow for an option to go below 68° and even if you put it on 68° it takes forever to try to get to 70. So besides the AC situation overall very good value for the price tag.

The commode had feces on the side of the commode and the joints of the commode was full of smudges. The room had a foul odor and was old to say the least. The room was a complimentary upgrade so I'd hate to see what our original room looked like.

The collection of exotic birds is fascinating! Clean sandy beach is a treat; no broken shells to shock your feet on. Great spa employees and small but adequate gym. We really enjoyed our stay; your beds are fantastic! The food at your steakhouse is superb. However, the night stands in our room were in poor condition and we couldn't use any of those drawers. A couple opened, but they'd get jammed and stuck closed, so we avoided using these. The sliding door to the patio required a sumo wrestler to open and close. Our toilet had no flushing pressure and required a call to maintenance to get anything that wasn't liquid to flush down, so we used the lobby bathrooms for that. Housekeeping staff is fabulous and extremely friendly.

Even tho there is construction it really didn’t effect our relaxation! Especially when the upgraded our room to an ocean Front suite! The hotel was full when we checked in. They didn’t have the bed size we booked. When they did they moved us. No fuss no muss! Love the location of the Hilton and their beautiful grounds!

The staff was very approachable, friendly, and helpful! Location is excellent and very walkable to many areas. I felt safe walking around with my 10-year-old daughter. The construction was ongoing, but the noise did not bother me and my friends. They started opening up more facilities on July 5th weekend. We rented a car and the parking was closed at some sections but not much of an inconvenience. We stayed in the Curacao tower, and the rooms definitely need updating. The room, bathroom, and sliding doors were so heavy. The sliding door to the balcony was hard to open. I actually got banged and bruised up a few times from the room and bathroom room doors closing so fast with the weight. The bathroom door location made it so tight to maneuver in and out. I hope this will improve during the ongoing renovation. Additionally, the elevators were not all fully functional during the stay. Sometimes, it was just one elevator, and then it started working better towards checkout. My friends heard strange noises at some point and thought they would get stuck. I will stay at this hotel again when I return to Aruba, but at the newer towers. Hopefully, it is affordable.

The staff was a mix of people who seemed happy to be there, helpful and pleasant, and people who were condescending and sometimes downright rude. One lady who worked there cut in front of my husband in the casino, and when he asked for assistance, he was told ‘sir have some patience.’ We had an issue at one of the restaurants too, and one of the staff members talked down to us in front of other guests. We walked out. We did meet Marilu, the person in charge of the Food and Beverage, who tried to make it up to us. We appreciate her effort. Overall through, we had a number of uncomfortable encounters w staff and it appeared that they were there to take the money, without trying to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for us.

We returned today after our stay at the Hilton Aruba. We are a large family of 6 (4 small kids) and were thrilled with our stay. We booked through Expedia but were booked in 2 separate rooms (my wife and 2 kids in one room and myself and 2 other kids in another). We asked if it would be possible to get some kind of adjoining rooms since our kids are aged 10 and under (couldn’t do through the app). They were able to do so, for a reasonable fee to upgrade our rooms, which I found to be very fair given the size of the rooms and amenities (access to the palm club etc). Food on property was great, beach service awesome, and pool area and service great. We will return sooner than later.

We come to aruba 1-2 times a year for the last 10 years, we always stay at the same 3 resorts on the low rise but decided to try a new hotel being this was our first time without our children . A couple things that left a bad taste in our mouth , our first night there we had went to the restaurant at the hotel arriving at 9:30 which closes at 10:30. the restaurant was closed due to bad weather from earlier in the evening. Next day - the woman on the beach took our drink order , 20+ minutes passed .. long story short drinks never arrived, we got up and left. we were also unaware of the construction going on , very loud at the pool with saws machines dust , things covered in tarp & blue tape not a pretty sight.... or noises when you're trying to relax on your first solo trip kid free. On our last night, we went to the bar for quick drinks before dinner, the bartender told us we needed to order food to sit at the bar... Over all we would most likely not return back to the hilton , there are plenty of other hotels in the area and for the price we paid we were not satisfied with our first stay with them.

We always stay at Hilton Aruba and it is safe and very convenient. The grounds are beautiful !!! We did experience something we had not had before, There was a disconnect in the communication of the staff. We would call for towels or call to ask for something and it did not happen at all. We also had an issue with feeling secure in our room. We reported our door lock broken on the third day of our 9 day stay. we brought the broken lock pad which had fallen off, to the front desk. They said it would be fixed before we got back from dinner. 4 days late, after several calls, it was fixed. Romeo (manager) saved the day and truly saved the trip for us. We felt really great after speaking with him. He should be rewarded for his compassion and kindness. We have already looked into our trip back to the Hilton :)

The location is unbeatable in my opinion, everything you need is within walking distance. If you want to head to other parts of the island the staff will handle everything for you. The amount of options for drinking and dining is plentiful. The spa, workout facilities walking path to other resorts is right there. We are returning to Aruba at Christmas with our entire family and will be booking at the Hilton again.

Don’t let the construction deter you from booking here it was hardly noticeable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach and pool areas were clean and well kept with lots of chairs. The open lobby area had plenty of seating. Great snack and grab and go options in the conscience store. The sunset grill food was really good.

The property is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Aruba. The breakfast was not the best the bacon is greesy and not the best quality of food for the price. Staff needs more training on how to greet customers, and guide them throughout the facility. This facility needs more entertainment aside from the very expensive water sports, it gets boring after a while.

Great vacation. Nice hotel but some opportunities to improve. I would likely consider staying here again on a future visit but didnt LOVE the hotel. Positives -Nice pay to eat breakfast at Laguna restaurant each morning -Outdoor bar with live music each evening -Clean room -Enjoyed water aerobics at the pool -Friendly workers, particularly at Laguna restaurant and Sunset Grille -Enjoyed beach and pool access -Location is great with some of the better island restaurants we encountered across the street (e.g. we liked amore mio and giovannis; azia not so good and daniels ok...all owned by same proprietor) -Felt safe entire duration of stay Negatives -Some of the ocean and partial ocean views are mediocre; we had a nice view of the roof with sliver of ocean -Bathrooms are very small for size of room, particularly the shower -Only 1 hotel restaurant available for each meal of the day (not too big of an issue with location of restaurant in proximity to third party restaurants on the strip) -Casino open evening hours only; 6 to 5 blackjack prevails with continuous auto shufflers; played at other casinos instead -Pool food from the lone lunch restaurant very mediocre -Construction currently underway at resort for 2 years, limiting one of the 2 pools and creating some noise during the day (albeit not overly disturbing during our stay - but could be depending on phase of project) -Fairly pricey, particularly considering can stay at all inclusive resort next door where guests told

This was our 3rd time staying at the property. Food by the beach was amazing and so was the service. Claudio was always very attentive to our needs. Oscars place was also great for snacks but a bit pricey. The only issue was broken elevator the whole time we were there. Only one was working. Hotel has definitely been run down however they are in the process of “remodeling”. I hope that includes existing buildings not just the new one being built. Gardens were usually well maintained, but not this time around. Palapas are available to rent 24 hours in advance , however on the day of you may get one free of charge is there is still availability. Great location, at walking distance to all the restaurants on the strip.
