It is a great hotel with nice pool, fitness room and great breakfast buffet.

I've stayed at Sunshine 4-5 times over the past 10 years, and this was a grand hotel at one point in time, but perhaps seems past its prime. I was disappointed the pool was only open 9am - 9 pm -- no early morning swim. And the gym was not open until 7 am. And our floor had a faint moldy smell, which can happen in the air handling systems in these tropical climates. Unfortunately, it may be my last stay at the Sunshine. Bao'an is a lot more convenient for us.

The pool and gym are equally worn and uninspiring. Everything is just “okay,” but far from luxury—this place is long overdue for a major upgrade.

位置好，方便，週邊多食肆及商場，辦理入住快捷，房間乾淨，游泳池也不多人，早餐一般，可以吃飽！

I initially stayed in a more prestigious sunshine hotel closeby but because of the better gym facilities and free laundry facilities, I loved to this hotel to full satisfaction

Dirty and nasty

The buffet breakfast s top quality. The omelettes are excellent. Hotel is quiet and clean. Rooms are excellent.

概ね問題はありませんが特別いいというわけでもありませんでした。室内の清掃がもう少し綺麗であれば尚更いうことはないのかなと。あと深夜はホテルの周りで客引きがかなり声をかけてきます。

Ordered a city view room, got a no view (a big wall in front of the window)room , plus the window was broken. Front desk staff told us their system didn’t show we booked city view room at first, after I opened hotel.com app to show them, they changed a much better room.finally we got our room at 4:00pm, check in suppose at 2 PM. A staff helped us to got a ride on the check out day, moved our luggage’s to the ride’s pick up area, it was a big help.

落ち着いた綺麗なホテル。部屋は広くてゆっくり休めます。ロケーションは、大型商業施設と地下鉄駅が近くにあり大変便利です。

Plenty of improvement have been made to this property since my last stay. Soundproofing and air-conditioning have all been improved. The hotel is of high standards at a very reasonable price

隔音不太好，不停聽到其他住客關門聲和門外交談。

The hotel generally is quite good, except it let itself down with the entertainment. The size and the quality of the tv is really bad.

Good: Helpful and kindly staffs. Bad: The room with bad sound proofing. Had hard time with just turning on the TV.

因為去到登記入住時一直找不到我的資料，我提供預訂入住資料，那位員工說先给我房間入住他們之後慢慢找不用我站在等，之後大堂經理親自帶我前往房間入住，每次我出門時有什麼需要幫忙所有員工都很熱心幫忙服務態度非常好

Booked this hotel was very last minute as our flight was delayed. Excellent hotel all around. Clean, beautiful, staff are all professional and helpful. They even gave a plate of fruits. The general manager called and asked how my room was after I checked in, and helped me schedule a taxi to the airport the next day. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel for 3 nights earlier this month. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but one incident at the restaurant left us extremely disappointed and humiliated. On check-in, the receptionist offered a discount for meals if paid a day in advance. I paid cash for two people the first day, then again the next day for our final lunch. I didn’t ask for a receipt, trusting the hotel to link it to our room. On our last day, when we arrived to eat, a young male server rudely told us we hadn’t paid. He spoke loudly, causing a scene in front of other guests. I explained we paid in cash and even suggested checking the cameras. He refused to believe us and insisted there was only one payment. I asked for the manager. The manager arrived and, without asking any questions, said “Let them eat,” clearly more concerned with stopping the scene than solving the issue. I told him it wasn’t about the money—it was about being treated with respect. We felt humiliated and left without eating. I left a note and my contact info in our room. I strongly urge hotel management to investigate the situation—check the payment records and review the cameras. This experience was unacceptable. Guests deserve to be treated fairly and with dignity. If you pay in cash at the restaurant, please ask for a receipt.

2일차에 복도에서 시끄러운 소리가 나서 잠을 못잤습니다. 예전에 왔을 때는 조식 메뉴에 김밥, 김치 등 한식 음식이 있었는데 없어졌어요.
