The jacuzzi was not heated and was cold during our entire stay. It was very loud. Other units were playing loud music and loud talking, partying all night until 5am!The bedroom is extremely bright like daylight at night because there are bright lights right outside the window. They really need blackout curtains to block the light. Overall, it was challenging to sleep with the bright light and all the noise.

The condo complex and location are amazing, offering incredible 13th-floor views and plenty of space that exceeded expectations. However, the management left much to be desired. After booking, I exchanged 32 emails, received confusing instructions via multiple channels, and was directed to download an unhelpful app with dead links. Critical details like check-in procedures and key location were unclear, resulting in the impractical request to retrieve a key from an office in a nearby town—an issue that was only resolved by receiving a lock code after significant frustration. (when you fly a few hours, drive two hours from Hermosillo, having to go to an office in a neighboring town is not a reasonable request)Several maintenance issues further marred the stay: the stove didn’t work properly, and the microwave buttons were broken, but I figured out some buttons would turn it on. Breakfast the first day was made in the microwave. A repairman eventually showed up and fixed the stove. Kitchen knives were broken, and pan handles were loose, though replacements were eventually provided. Additionally, the refrigerator was too cold, freezing vegetables, and the shower sprayed water in every direction due to a dirty, rarely cleaned shower head. Dishes appeared unclean, and some furniture showed noticeable wear. While the unit itself is fantastic, poor management and maintenance significantly detracted from the overall experience. I'd recommend the owners of the unit find a new mgmt.

We came to San Carlos for the first time from Southern Arizona. It was an easy drive, had a little trouble finding the check in office. But the woman in Casago was very helpful. The Playa Blanca is located in a beautiful peaceful area, away from the busier areas. The condo, located on the 13th floor, had an amazing view of the sea and near islands. The condo itself seems somewhat worn. The screen on the bedroom window was ripped open and we couldn't open that window because of that. The patio door screen was in very bad shape also. No bugs so we were able to just open that window. The pillows are very hard and thick, should have brought my own. 2 of the bathroom lights were burned out. The coffee pot did not work. After a phone call to the office people came , found another one in a closet. The 2nd coffee pot leaked all over the place. There is a nice deck to enjoy the beautiful view. I sat on the chaise and it completely fell a part and i landed on the floor. I reported this but nothing could be done. It was falling a part long before we got there. The beach was beautiful, great for walking. The pools are beautiful and very clean. The pool chaises were comfortable but the ones on the beach were broken and falling a part. The security near the beach were very attentive, pleasant and helpful. We loved trying the different restaurants, especially if you like sea food. We definitely will come back to San Carlos.
