Staff is very friendly and courteous. Multi-lingual. Breakfast buffet had a very large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, breads, yogurts, meats and cheeses. Best scrambled eggs. The hotel is in a strange spot, the driveway to the hotel is not obvious, there is a public parking deck entrance in front of the hotel, and the actual hotel entrance is below street level. Hotel parking is behind the hotel, accessible by foot by walking along the garbage bin areas. No parking spot is guaranteed. Rooms are very small and dark, hallways are poorly lit. Built in closet and drawers.

Det var et udmærket hotel med en fin beliggenhed i forhold til byen, transport samt den gamle by. God renlighed og dejligt at have fitness alene. Var lidt utilfreds med at parkering var booket så vi skulle bruge offentlig parkeringshus , som dog lå lige op af hotel men koster 105 kr pr nat. God morgenmad men mangler udsigt fra værelset. Hvis man bare skal bo i byen så er det værd at besøge igen. bh Christian Grip

Hotel walking distance from Bergamo train station, about 250 mtrs away with a couple of road crossings. Parking is paid but you don't need a car as the hotel is located quite centrally. Rooms are clean, though felt slightly dated but the beds were extremely comfortable and the AC was super cool if you needed it that way! Had a lovely break at NH Bergamo. Hotel was clean, breakfast was typical continental with some bacon and egg. A section at reception with snacks, wine, coffee etc as no bar Down point a really /coffee making facility in room would’ve been welcomed . Italy is still classed as state of emergency regarding covid until the end of March so masks are mandatory as are green passes(vaccination certificate) in cafes etc .

Great location, just a 5 min walk from the airport bus stop and train/ bus station. Extremely handy. Good breakfast. Decent sized bathrooms and even used the bath. Pricy though at about £160 albeit it was a Saturday night so when we returned to Bergamo a few days later and the price was £217 for a Thursday night we stayed instead at a delightful bed and breakfast for 95 euros ( casa mia) at the citta Alta incl brekky. Close to the last airport bus stop from the airport. Too much to pay for one night although the hotel is a good standard uniform chain offering. Suited us and good for train access but expensive. It’s 17 years since we last visited Bergamo so there are far more visitors now but a beautiful place to visit.
