Excelente Instalações novas! Para quem acessa de carro deverá estar atento pois está localizado em ZTL (zona de tráfico limitado) , ao chegar no hotel eles comunicam a placa do carro p/ a polícia de trânsito para evitar “multa”. Estacionamento não está incluído na diária, pago a parte no local.

The parking availability is horrible, the hotel gave my last night parking to some other guest They wouldn’t let me in to park. I had to park on the street hoping i wouldn’t get a ticket. you have to pay extra for the spa for 120 minutes, You would think to have it included. The breakfast is okay

Unfortunately the pool is part of the spa which is an expensive add- on. Breakfast was delicious. Jetted tub looks better than it feels due to being very loud and hard to get into.

Very beautiful hotel in an historic part of Bergamo. Only negative is the car parking which requires a special pass in advance. Room is spacious, with lots of amenities like a free standing jacuzzi tub and a small sauna. The bar restaurant was also very nice.

Ils avaient annulé notre réservation au lieu de modifier la date du séjour mais nous ont quand même trouvé la même chambre. Très bel endroit et très agréable mais devoir quitter la chambre à 10h est un peu tôt. Spa avec petite piscine à 20 eur/heure, trop cher, dommage, aurait dû être gratuit. Parking 15 eur.

Indcheckning var super nem. Værelset godt indrettet, gode faciliteter, dog var sengen lidt hård. Hotellet fremstår rigtig flot, mange af de oprindelige detaljer af klostret er bevaret - meget smukt. Idyllisk gårdhave. Fantastisk lounge bar, fremragende service og lækre drinks. Lækker mad i restauranten. Spa området var dog skuffende, men der var vidst også nogle ting som ikke virkede, så vi fik pengene tilbage. Husk at gøre opmærksom på at spa skal bestilles og koster penge - evt ved indcheckning.

New and fresh hotel with great architectual details. Fantastic location at the end of a supernice shopping and restaurant street. Fancy restaurant with great outside seating and cool bar. Also has a spa with two saunas, pool with waterfall and boublebath (needs to be booked due to capasity) that costs 20€ per person. Good breakfast inside and with restaurant facilities available as well.

Fantastisk hotell i Bergamo med nydelig bakgårds hage. Atmosfæren er magisk! Vennlig betjening og utmerket service. Rent og pent! Grei frokost men lokalet var trangt så det ble raskt kødannelse. Kunne lett vært organisert bedre om ikke kaffemaskinen sto midt i og danne kaffekø. Koselig rom men madrassen var altfor hard. Ble fikset med ei ekstra overmadrass. Kommer gjerne igjen!

Lovely experience staying here . There was myself missus and x2 children . On our arrival staff was very helpful and because I was confused with the one way system the staff drove me in the my rented car around to the car park . Once we got to our room there was water ,fizzy drinks and a few treats for the children . Through out day they brought water too the room as it was so hot . The room was spotless and bathroom was big and had lots of space . Beds very comfortable and children was happy with there bunk beds . We had just drove from Venice and the gardens of the hotel were very peaceful and relaxing and the piano bar was even better . The restaurants and shops around the area were brilliant and cheap and it was great that the train station was only 10 mins walk so we could get the train into Milan town centre to visit the cathedral . Breakfast was lovely and the staff can’t do enough for you . On our last day we had an early check out as we had to be in airport for 6am to catch a flight . On checking out the staff made up x4 take out breakfasts which were lovely and saved us a lot of money in the airports . This was very thoughtful as we never asked but they noticed we was checking out at 5:30 am . Brilliant hotel on our next visit to Bergamo we will be staying here again .

On a passé un agréable séjour au sein du Palazzo Santo Spirito. Le confort et la propreté est au rendez-vous. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon! Le cadre de l’hôtel est magnifique, on est tout de suite dépaysé! La chambre est spacieuse et bien organisée. L’hôtel est très calme de quoi passer un excellent séjour. Petit plus pour la réceptionniste qui parle français ce qui facilite la prise en charge et permet d’avoir des conseils.

Gorgeous central hotel with friendly staff. Was very lucky to get an upgrade to the imperial suite on the first night which was incredible, this apartment had a jacuzzi and a sauna. The room the following night was also fabulous and also included a jacuzzi and sauna. Very comfortable bed and quiet hotel.

So many minor things didn't work. We arrived, our small room was boiling warm, clicked the Aircon, didn't work, so opened the velux (no actual window on the 3rd floor) and the velux promptly broke open. After declining the offer to call maintenance every time we wanted the velux open or closed we were moved to a tiny room. There wasn't even a space for a luggage stand. In this room the Aircon again seemed not to function, the toilet roll holder fell apart and the door handle kept sticking open so the room door didn't lock when we left! Both mornings the coffee machine at breakfast broke down twice. A very nice hotel sadly let down by rooms too small for the cost and too many detail issues. The staff were all very nice though.

We loved the frescoes which were amazing and the hotel is beautifully presented and immaculately clean. However, the temperature in the room was way too hot leaving us short of air. No ventilation, air con switched off, no fans - very uncomfortable.

Morgenmad var kedelig. Der var ikke meget at vælge i mellem. Kø til kaffemaskine. Vi spiste på hotellet en aften … maden var virkelig lækker 👌 Men servicen var meget dårlig og da vi ville betale ventede vi i 20 min uden held, så gik vi en tur i byen en time og kom tilbage så var der en der kom til os for vi skulle betale. Værelserne er små Lidt for hård senge til os. Lidt støj fra gården meget tidligt på morgenen.

This hotel is beautiful and we would highly recommend. It’s in a beautiful, converted monastery. Location is perfect and rooms are gorgeous with a luxury bathroom. We loved the breakfast options. The only downside was that the skylight window would not close automatically via the controls late at night and it was noisy outside and rained in the early hours. Otherwise, this hotel was really wonderful.

Problème avec le petit déjeuner où il ne reste rien si on arrive a 9h30... Le lendemain à 8h00 les propositions étaient en deçà d'un hôtel 4 etoiles. La bouteille d'eau posée hors frigo dans la chambre a été facturée 2 euros. Il y a un peu tromperie pour le client qui pense à un cadeau de bienvenue.

We did not like poor breakfast buffet.We did not like our room on the high floor with opening window in the roof.We did not like great delay at the breakfast when we checked out.The hot food we could eat because the staff began their work very late.It is very bad for 4 star hotel.
