Lovely location and gorgeous view. Really nice and helpful staff. Really fantastic dinner on site-great value for money. Breakfast was ok and sadly pool was not open. It may have said somewhere on the booking info but it was still disappointing. All in all would stay again.

It is on the mountain away from the city center. The swimming pools have fantastic view. The hotel provides mini vans to go to the center, beach, and bus and train stations. The ride is not free but the price is reasonable. I loved relaxing.

Het hotel is perfect voor een rustige en relaxte vakantie. Het zit op een berg iets buiten de stad waardoor het er lekker rustig is. Ze bieden shuttle service om naar het strand of stad te gaan. Maar mocht je een eigen auto hebben is dit ook goed te doen. Je kan er een parkeerplaats bij huren voor 5 euro per dag. Dit is wel handig want parkeren aan de straat raad ik niet aan. Lovely modern hotel, clean and up to date. Excellent service and great food both at the free breakfast buffet and in the restaurant for dinner. Spectacular view of the entire city of Palermo - it is outside of the main city, on a hill overlooking the town. The pool and hot tub were too cold to use, but other than that, the stay was wonderful. We specifically chose this location to be able to not have to drive into the busy parts of the city, taking taxis was much easier.

I t is no wonder the place had only a few guests staying here. Friendly staff but have no customer service apart from the our lovely cleaner. Noticed some friendly unfriendly people in breakfast room our first morning just glaring at you like you have murdered their mother or something worse! We believe they could have been part of the incredibly arrogant management who think this is how to run a successful venue. Such a shame as the view is beautiful. But No personality! No atmosphere! No background Italian Music, nothing? Dated decor. Dirty in a lot of areas I’m surprised they didn’t charge for the aircon as they charge you for everything else. Charged €10 to bring food to our room from the hotel restaurant. Advertised at €2 room service €20 extra if want late check out. Keeping your room. They didn’t offered to look after our bags whilst we waited for our transfer. No where was it mentioned when you check out of your room, you can not use the facilities so If you stay without the late you have to pay €20 to sit in pool area and use pool. That area has a phone you have to use to get staff to come to you to buy a drink or ice cream. (Very limited selection) And even that they don’t answer. It’s almost like they don’t want you there. And as we refused to pay €20 we were kicked out of the hotel. We were going to use the restaurant again that you pay separately but their loss. Food: Food was delicious, especially the seared Tuna and reasonably priced. To be fair.

Het ontbijt is wel oke, je gaat niet met honger van tafel, maar er is steeds van alles op waardoor je iedere keer moet wachten. De kamer was prima, niet te erg gedateerd en had een goede airco. Alle kamers hebben balkon met uitzicht over de stad met daarachter de zee. De badkamer was wel een dingetje. Alles werkte naar behoren, maar was vreselijk gedateerd. De douchecabine is slechts 70 x 70 cm, en bijna alles zat los. Er zijn ook kamers waar een inloopdouche geplaatst is. Helaas was de kamer en badkamer niet echt schoon, nog veel haren en zand op de vloer. Ook in kieren en naden was niet vaak een poetsdoek geweest.

The room was really big and super clean. The bed was very confortable. The view of Palermo’s city was really cool. If you have a car, they have a parking (extra payment, we payed 3 euros per night). The breakfast was good but they could put more options of eggs, breads and stuff.

This would have been excellent as Staff very attentive on arrival, great facilities. Very clean breakfast was good and very reasonably priced - however the charge for parking was unexpected and despite responding after message no parking was reserved this was resolved. The room spacious and very clean but booked a city view and location of room very end so had an obstructed view. Location is significantly outside city with limited dining options nearby. The hotel do offer transport although we didn’t use. Would recommend but be aware

A nice hotel, clean room, very comfortable beds, great views of Palermo down below, attentive staff. Be aware that because of it's location there are not many shops/restaurants near the hotel, so having a car is a must. I would rate the breakfast adequate, and I was surprised there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rigtig fint hotel til prisen. Man kan godt se det har nogle år på bagen så værelserne og pool området er slidt. Vi fik en overraskelse over hvor langt det lå fra byen, så der var ikke spisemuligheder omkring hotellet. Heldigvis var restauranten på hotellet rigtig fin og hyggelig. Langt fra byen, men heldigvis har hotellet mulighed for at tilbyde transfer til og fra byen for 10 € pr. Person tur/retur og til og fra stranden for 20 € pr. Person tur/retur. Udemærket morgenmad til et 3 stjernet hotel. Den eneste ulempe der var, var at vi havde bestilt transfer til busterminalen. Chaufføren var forsinket til afhentningen med 15 min. Og da vi kørte, vidste han ikke han skulle køre os til busterminalen. Heldigvis nåede vi med nød og næppe vores bus.

We were concerned when we arrived to learn there was construction, no bar, no cafe, and very limited dining. The person who checked us in was argumentative and not responsive to our concerns. We knew we would be charged 1 night for canceling so we attempted to make the most of a bad situation. The room we requested was non-smoking but it was musky and had an ashtray. Hammering woke us at 7:00 am the next morning so we checked out. We had no other arrangements and so we stayed 1 out of 5 nights. We paid in advance and are only being refunded for 2 of those days. Absolutely horrible customer service!

Der Ausblick von der Hotelanlage auf die Stadt ist wirklich schön, die Lage am Stadtrand (auf dem Berg) macht das Hotel mittels öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur schwer erreichbar. Von der letzten Bushaltestelle aus sind es noch ca. 20min zu Fuß den Berg hoch - es empfiehlt sich hier den Eingang auf Floor 7 zu nehmen (nicht ausgeschildert). Wenn man also nicht mit dem Auto anreist, sollte man sich frühzeitig an das Hotel bzgl. eines Shuttles wenden (guter Preis). Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und auch das Restaurant war schön und das Essen lecker. Insgesamt betrachtet sahen die Zimmer allerdings nicht aus wie auf den Fotos - ich vermute, dass dort die Zimmer der ersten Etage gezeigt werden, da der Rest des Hotels etwas Renovierungsbedarf hat (z. B. Duschkabine konnte man nicht mehr richtig schließen).

Book this hotel for the panoramic pool view only. Other than that it really is an average hotel. I booked a superior room, it was big with a balcony but v basic. The food in the restaurant is v nice but the majority of the waiters are not v helpful or friendly (maybe only 2 were). You have to collect towels for the pool at reception and hand them back, they keep tabs on them. On one day in the middle of the day, they started to clean the jacuzzi and put salt in. Should be done in the mornings before it gets used. The area is 30 minutes outside of the centre, there is a shuttle but only for 8 people on a first come first served basis that leaves at 10.30 and returns at 5.30. There is also a shuttle to Mondello beach that leaves at 9.30 and returns at 4.30. They don’t give tap water or let you fill your bottle. You have to buy water for €1 a bottle. In 36 degrees heat you get through a lot!

The pool and hot tub were too cold to use, but other than that, the stay was wonderful. We specifically chose this location to be able to not have to drive into the busy parts of the city, taking taxis was much easier.

Very good stay, David at the front desk is amazing. Good location, very good breakfast, Italian style of course. Gym small.
