Love the Hotel location, easy access to anywhere if walking. Recommend not driving but the hotel does have a company who picks up your car and parks it, they bring it to you when you need it, very good. Check out driving restrictions in the area, call hotel. Only thing is the bathroom showers need better cleaning and updating. The rooftop restaurant is fabulous and bar! Excellent service and quality. I would recommend they add coffee Keurig machines in the room. Americans need early coffee and could easily buy coffee pods and water for the machine. The staff is fabulous!

Location is great. The room was simple, comfortable, and quiet. Half of the staff was helpful, half was useless. The elevator situation was miserable. They were not functioning at all to certain floors or were blocked due to outside events being held on the roof event space.

La struttura è situata a due passi dal quattro canti che divide il centro di Palermo in quattro aree principali. È stata una esperienza fatta di gentilezza, professionalità e disponibilità assoluta. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Bruno il nostro maltese era diventato di famiglia e lo coccolavano come fosse loro. Stanza pulitissima. Colazione internazionale super in bella vista sulla città. Non comodissimo per il parcheggio essendo zona ZTL ma grazie ai ragazzi della reception sono convenzionati con un parcheggio coperto a pochi passi. Insomma…Grazie di tutto.

Reasonable hotel for one night before flight next day. Good comfortable bed. Clean and quiet room. Bath without taps to fill it. Lift broken down in the morning. My husband (71) and I (67) had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs. No apology offered at reception.

La struttura e' in centro nella Palermo vecchia, a 50 metri dalla piazza 4 canti. Molto comodo per poterla visitare a piedi. Stanze molto grandi e ben tenute. Il garage San Matteo a pochi metri dall'albergo e' molto comodo. Quando serve l'auto basta far chiamare dall'albergo il ragazzo del garage che provvede a tirar fuori l'auto. Purtroppo a noi e' successo che si sono dimenticati di chiamare e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 20 minuti perche' l'auto era parcheggiata dietro 4 altre auto. Per fortuna che siamo partiti con largo anticipo per l'aeroporto.

Good - Can’t fault the location of this place right in the heart of the historic centre (but be aware rooms at the front are therefore quite noisy late into the night). Our room was huge. Great views from the roof terrace. Not so good - Whole place is a bit shabby. Breakfast buffet is a bit cheap and staff not quick to restock. There were two fire alarms during our two night stay. The one in the afternoon was just a fault but staff were not very communicative about what was going on. The one at 5.30am was cause by someone letting off a fire extinguisher in their room, and while that’s not the staff’s fault they dealt with it very poorly. I’m not confident they would know what to do if there really was a fire.

El hotel está super centrico. El personal amable además alguna persona hablaba español. El desayuno no muy abundante pero correcto. La terraza espectacular. La única queja es en la habitación, es necesario una renovación ya que estaba regular de mantenimiento sobre todo en el baño( pintura desgastada, se caía la cerradura del baño, etc) La habitación al ser para atrás no era ruidosa. Lo que nos pareció surrealista es el parking, un hotel como ese debería tener un acuerdo con un parking mejor. Tienes que quedar con una persona en un punto y lleva el coche, le tienes que dejar las llaves y luego solo puedes coger el coche avisando previamente. El coche no sufrió daños pero a quien le reclamas si los sufre?

We stayed 4 nights in a standard double room the room was ok but large house keeping was excellent you step out the front door of the hotel and everything you need is there and only a 5 minute walk to ballaro market would stay here again only upgrade to a better room

Smidig och trevlig incheckning. Väldigt bra läge på hotellet. Nackdelen var att rummet var väldigt lyhört och det var svartmögel runt AC och i badrummet. Det läckte också ut vatten från duschen när man duschade så hela badrumsgolvet blev vått.

The reception area looks very nice but when we got to the room 316, different story. The room is a disaster, starting with no ventilation whatsoever in the bathroom, moldy caulking around the tub and a horrible stench that comes out in the bathroom if you keep the door closed. We didn’t try to use the air-conditioner as the vents looked filthy and dusty and we didn’t want to inhale that filth. I don’t understand how this building (or at least the room 316) has obtained occupancy permit. This is definitely unsafe to occupy. Other issues observed were: no towel bar in the bathroom, black markings on the room walls, the mattress wasn’t even but deepening into the middle. No doubt, this room was my absolute worse experience since I booked mostly through Expedia for more than 15 years now. The remedy I am requesting is a full refund of the amount I have paid for this disgrace.

This hotel is perfectly central. It has a beautiful view from the rooftop for breakfast & in the evening. Our room had no view but was unexpectedly spacious for 4 of us with 2 air conditioners! It was squeaky clean too & redone every day. The staff were super helpful. Could not have been better for a city break

Très bon emplacement. Par contre, la climatisation était déficiente et le téléviseur aussi. Nous avons avisé la réception. Ils nous ont dit qu’ils avaient contacté les techniciens mais aucune personnes n’est venu donc très décevant.

The hotel is in the perfect location, central to explore everything. The room was nice & big but you can hear every door slam when people come & go so was hard to get a good nights sleep. Otherwise it has everything you could need.

The location of the hotel is excellent and we were upgraded to a room with a view of the fountain however there was a lot of noise from the street below long into the night. The hotel room was fine for one night but the bathroom was maybe a bit dirty.

Location Location Location The best spot in Palermo! The room we stayed in was spacious yet uncomfortable with a lack of seating and the whole room lacked light for reading. The bathroom was large & functional, but lacked adequate towel bars. There was an elevator near our room, worked going up, but never came going down. WiFi was thready in our room. This hotel could be improved particularly in comfort & lighting.

Hotel zit midden in het uitgaansgebied. Op loopafstand van nog meer leuke en gezellige steegjes. Wat voor ons minder prettig was, was dat we in de kamers geen direct licht hadden. Het raam keek uit op de “koker” van de installaties van het hotel. Was erg deprimerend. Ook liep het water vanuit de douche onder de douchewand door, waardoor de badkamervloer met water stond. Er is wel een dakterras met mooi uitzicht op de stad/zee. Ontbijt was prima!

Très bon emplacement. Par contre, la climatisation était déficiente et le téléviseur aussi. Nous avons avisé la réception. Ils nous ont dit qu’ils avaient contacté les techniciens mais aucune personnes n’est venu donc très décevant.

Good - Can’t fault the location of this place right in the heart of the historic centre (but be aware rooms at the front are therefore quite noisy late into the night). Our room was huge. Great views from the roof terrace. Not so good - Whole place is a bit shabby. Breakfast buffet is a bit cheap and staff not quick to restock. There were two fire alarms during our two night stay. The one in the afternoon was just a fault but staff were not very communicative about what was going on. The one at 5.30am was cause by someone letting off a fire extinguisher in their room, and while that’s not the staff’s fault they dealt with it very poorly. I’m not confident they would know what to do if there really was a fire.

The location is excellent- walking distance to most attractions. We could not get a second room key. On the first day, the shower overflowed into the bedroom-fortunately I saved my bag and shoes in time. The issue was fixed when we got back. The towels were threadbare with a handkerchief sized hand towel. No tissues and no body lotion so be prepared. The front desk staff were pleasant - note the furniture in the reception area is way more worn than the photos suggest. The rooms are spacious with a good view from the 5th floor breakfast area.

Using Palermo as a base for trips to other parts of Sicily, we’ve stayed here twice in the last two weeks. Everything has been first class but we are especially impressed by the staff, who have responded to everything we’ve asked or needed and always seem ready to do whatever they can to help.

This was a great property for our stay in Palermo. The staff was very helpful and even organized an airport pick up late in the evening due to a flight delay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight. The hotel is in a perfect location that is walkable to all the main attractions. We highly recommend.

This is in a perfect location with easy access to all the sights you want to see. This B&B is more like a hotel. Daily housekeeping, many rooms, and 24 hr staff. It has comfortable beds and has a nice bathroom. Taxis are right outside the front door for transportation alternate transportation. It is a great hotel for the value and we would return.

Nous avons du mettre des bouchons dans nos oreilles afin de réussir à un peu dormir (nous nous sommes fait réveiller malgré tout plusieurs fois dans la nuit). Nous entendions ce qui se passait dans la rue, mais aussi dans l’hôtel. De plus, chaque fois que quelqu’un chasser l’eau de la toilette, cela faisait beaucoup de bruit dans notre chambre. Aussi, nous avions pris un chambre sans vue. Cependant, nous nous attendions pas a faire face à un mur, par conséquent aucune luminosité dans la chambre. Aussi, il est impossible pratiquement de s’y rendre en voiture. Les rues au alentours sont seulement piétonnes, donc attendez vous a avoir beaucoup de difficulté à vous y rendre. Nous pouvons cependant dire que l’emplacement est super lorsque vous voulez visiter à pied.

Love the Hotel location, easy access to anywhere if walking. Recommend not driving but the hotel does have a company who picks up your car and parks it, they bring it to you when you need it, very good. Check out driving restrictions in the area, call hotel. Only thing is the bathroom showers need better cleaning and updating. The rooftop restaurant is fabulous and bar! Excellent service and quality. I would recommend they add coffee Keurig machines in the room. Americans need early coffee and could easily buy coffee pods and water for the machine. The staff is fabulous!

The location of the hotel was VERY convenient to the historical ttractions. Some were only 40 minutes away. Staff went over and above to help you. The roof top restaurant/bar was a wow factor. Food was tasty, but I feel my travels through out Sicily and Italy it could have been better.

The bathroom in our room had mold around the tub and rotting wood around the windows in the bathroom. The breakfast is nothing to get overly excited about. The only great thing about this property is the staff, the roof top terrace and the location.

The hotel is slap bang on the main pedestrian route. just a few metres from the Quattro canti corner and the nude fountain. The front area is very noisy and busy so ask for a room at the back if you want peace. Our standard suite was large, clean, quiet and on a separate corridor way back.
