Very nice & comfortable stay. Excellent location to stay in Palermo. Easy walking distance to the old town. We had a balcony with a view of the Piazza Garibaldi so a lovely place to sit out on & enjoy the view. Excellent restaurant with a fabulous on the rooftop, but quite small & therefore busy so definitely need to book.

The staff were very helpful, and I appreciated the dining staff remembering I was gluten free for breakfast. The room was nicely furnished and the bed comfy, with a fab view of the square. Great location. Valet parking at 22 euros a day was handy, but if you are getting the bus from the airport, the stop is just outside. Enjoyed a drink in the rooftop bar.

Nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast was plentiful. Roof top bar/restaurant was nice - not very large - and only open in the evening. Downstairs bar/coffee lounge was never open which was very disappointing as nowhere to get a drink during the day in the hotel… you were forced to go out to one of the nearby bars.

This hotel has an incredible rooftop bar with views of the city. It’s also very centrally located near all the major attractions. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Massimo Theater. However, the room was very basic, beds were still, pillows were hard. If they updated the rooms this hotel would be 5/5

Fantastic stay. Very pleased with the room, hotel and staff. Stop for shuttle to the airport was right in front of hotel. Meeting point for pick up for our day tour to Segesta was also right outside of hotel. Sky Rooftop bar and restaurant had fantastic views and great food and drinks. Visited rooftop both days of our stay.

I love this hotel— great location where you are literally on the edge of the city center and where locals live and shop. We had a car so the hotel offered valet parking for our ease of mind - there is not really parking in front of the hotel available or nearby otherwise. It ended up being 23€ per night, not bad. The hotel has a rooftop bar which is beautiful and definitely worth a dinner and/or drinks night cap. It overlooks the lively piazza in front of the teatro. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and accommodating. I definitely recommend this for a family, friends, or solo travelers looking for a modern stay with our creature comforts.

The hotel was very central, very easy check in. The room was very comfortable and clean with towels changed every day. Breakfast was excellent. The roof top bar and restaurant was excellent with all staff very attentive and friendly. All the hotel staff were friendly and informative. I would recommend this hotel ( the airport bus stop is directly outside the hotel)

Average at best hotel. Staff friendly and we were well received on arrival and throughout stay. Room was okay, but loose wall plug socket and a paint peeling shower ceiling a negative for sure. Overrated roof garden restaurant, the menu prices way overpriced considering how much food appeared on our plates! Checking out of the hotel, was told to pay city tax of 27E, a fee that had been prepaid, so reluctantly after getting nowhere arguing about it paid the fee as one had a flight to catch!

Front desk staff is fantastic and very helpful. Room amenities are very good and the bathroom is spacious and very clean. The rooftop bar was great, yet a bit pricey. However we had a wonderful spacious room with a terrace where we enjoyed wine and watched the action in the square below. They also have valet car service. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great stay! The hotel was very well-kept and spotless throughout our visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Great room - we stayed in the suite with terrace and it was fabulous! Enormous terrace overlooking the theatre piazza. Staff were really friendly and helpful… couldn’t have wanted more from our brief 3-night stay in Palermo

We loved this place - excellent value on the edge of the old town; most main sites in walking distance but not right in the middle of it all. Comfortable modern well furnished room (though pillows a little hard) with balcony and city view. Rooftop restaurant was special and worth a visit. Breakfast reasonable and plentiful. Staff very helpful.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was centrally located next to a large square. Our room had a fantastic view of the palazzo. The area was great for walking, and there were high-end stores nearby. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Rooftop dining had an excellent atmosphere and good service.

Nice enough hotel... modern, clean and well positioned. Not a '5' rating though as the typical pictures of rooms show the corner rooms with multiple windows - most rooms are not corner rooms and just have the one window and feel darker as a result...

Great breakfast choices with wide variety for all tastes. Rooms were older but clean and such a perfect location in Palermo. Had a room on the ninth floor and whilst the view was amazing the trade off was the noise from the rooftop restaurant (whose food was wonderful) as they dragged tables and chairs around at all hours. Def stay at this hotel but on a lower floor. Staff were terrific!

The room was decent nothing special. The air conditioning was not working well. It never cooled the entire time we were there. Hotel staff said it because it was so hot outside that the units were overloaded. The hotel breakfast and rooftop are fantastic. Location was great. Close to everything yet outside the very busy parts of Palermo. I don’t know that we would stay again as the warm rooms made it very uncomfortable.

O hotel é otimo. Quartos amplos, bonitos, cama confortável, limpeza otima, cafe da manha super bom, staff prestativo, localizacao central. Os contras: nos deram um quarto super quente, e o ar condicionado nao funcionava. Liguei pra reclamar e gentilmente nos puseram num quarto com varanda, num andar alto para que pudessemos abrir a porta e ter um quarto mais ventilado. Todo o sistema do hotel estava em aquecimento, por ainda ser inverno, sem nemhum ar condicionado. E nao temos nenhum controle sobre isso. Frio fora, calor insuportavel dentro dos quartos. Primeira noite nao dormi por causa do calor. 2a e 3a noites no novo quarto, abri a porta da varanda, e nao dormi por causa do barulho imenso que fazem na praca em frente ao hotel. Gritos, risadas, festas a noite inteira, todas as noites. Resumindo, 3 noites insones! Indo embora agora e me sentindo ACABADA! E a minha amiga, viveu o mesmo problema no quarto dela! Exaustas por nao termos podido dormir. E eu...durmo super bem!+

We had such a great stay here. The room was so stylish and comfortable, and the staff were so helpful in showing us how to get around Palermo. Everywhere we wanted to go was in 20-30 mins walking distance which was perfect. Thanks to Fillipo who got in touch before our stay via WhatsApp and book us transport from the airport which was super helpful.

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of August into the beginning of September. The location of the hotel is perfect and during our time in Palermo, we kept saying that we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in the city. Both Via Roma and Via Maqueda are right by the hotel and offer tons of shopping, dining, and sight-seeing options. We tended to prefer Via Maqueda, but both will take you to the central station within a 25-30 minute walk. The hotel is also within a short walking distance of bus stops that can take you all around the city. Also, right by the hotel is probably the best sandwich shop in all of Palermo (A’ Putìa), which we definitely considered to be a major perk of its location. The hotel's rooftop bar offers a cool view of the city, but the view from our room's balcony was perhaps even better! The hotel staff were lovely and even let us check out an hour later than the hotel's official time for free. If you are planning a stay in Palermo, we couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

The location of the hotel is perfect and during our time in Palermo, we kept saying that we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in the city. Both Via Roma and Via Maqueda are right by the hotel and offer tons of shopping, dining, and sight-seeing options. We tended to prefer Via Maqueda, but both will take you to the central station within a 25-30 minute walk. The hotel is also within a short walking distance of bus stops that can take you all around the city. Also, right by the hotel is probably the best sandwich shop in all of Palermo (A’ Putìa), which we definitely considered to be a major perk of its location. The hotel's rooftop bar offers a cool view of the city, but the view from our room's balcony was perhaps even better! The hotel staff were lovely and even let us check out an hour later than the hotel's official time for free. If you are planning a stay in Palermo, we couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

Overrated roof garden restaurant, the menu prices way overpriced considering how much food appeared on our plates! Checking out of the hotel, was told to pay city tax of 27E, a fee that had been prepaid, so reluctantly after getting nowhere arguing about it paid the fee as one had a flight to catch!

Short, wonderful stay in a clean and spacious room. Loved the location overlooking a cool plaza, and pretty good shopping/restaurants within a 7 minute walk. Expensive designer stuff really very close if that is desirable to you. Breakfast was extra but great variety with healthy options avaliable and good coffee.

We both absolutely loved this hotel - it was great to stay at a modern hotel after traveling around Sicily. The location is perfect, tons of shopping and restaurants across the piazza. We did not expect to have breakfast there, so it was a very nice surprise to be informed that it was complimentary! The breakfast itself had something for everybody, it was an excellent spread. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was very spacious. The shower pressure was absolutely phenomenal although the shower itself wasn't large. . The hotel staff was lovely from the front reception to the staff working the breakfast buffet. The front staff arranged our taxi pickup to the airport and the taxi was prompt, excellent stay!

Great breakfast choices with wide variety for all tastes. Rooms were older but clean and such a perfect location in Palermo. Had a room on the ninth floor and whilst the view was amazing the trade off was the noise from the rooftop restaurant (whose food was wonderful) as they dragged tables and chairs around at all hours. Def stay at this hotel but on a lower floor. Staff were terrific!
