Fantastic roof top breakfast, Palermo viewing, dinner and cocktails. Gym needs work but rooms are nice and location is perfect for restaurants and historic buildings, walking tours. Parking is 3 blocks away

駅から近いですが通りに面しているため治安に不安はなかったです。 クアットロ・カンティや市場に近いため食事にも困りません。 部屋も一人旅には十分な広さで内装なども清潔な印象を受けました。 一番のオススメポイントは屋上テラスでの朝食で、素晴らしい眺めを楽しみながら食事ができます。 唯一の欠点がエレベータが一台しか無いことで、また小さいため夕方など多くの宿泊客が戻ってくる時間帯には入口の外まで列が出来ていました。 私は待つのがイヤなので階段を利用しましたが、結構大変なので高齢者などには不向きかも知れません。

Great location within 5 minutes’ walk to Quattro Canti and about 15 minutes to the Politeama area. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, which is very convenient. The room was rather small, which might feel cramped for those who value space, but it was clean, well-equipped, and the bathroom had good water pressure. The modern air conditioning worked well. Some outside noise could be heard, but it was acceptable given the central location. The elevator is new and large enough for two adults with big suitcases. Staff helped with the small lift for luggage, which was very considerate. All staff were friendly and helpful, and communication in English was possible. The rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view of Palermo’s old town. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with espresso served by the staff. Dinner was reasonably priced, and the sunset view made it special. Overall, a comfortable stay. The only drawback was the room size, so I would rate it 4 stars.

The room was so small we barely had room to open our luggage and the window looked out on a platform with construction debris and scaffolding so we just left the window and curtains closed. The room was clean, the overall decor of the hotel was pleasing, and the rooftop restaurant was good with a nice view.

Shower stall needs a scrub down of the mildew and mold between wall tiles. Bleach, Scrubbing Bubbles or similar with a stiff brush would do the job.//Hotel is a bit worn and it shows in a number of places. Neighborhood is gritty and dirty, but seemed safe. Litter in Palermo huge problem. Very noisy at night around hotel some nights.

Vi boede på værelse 508, på hotellets øverste etage inden restauranten og baren på taget. Dette værelse var konstant udsat for larm fra de mange gæster som hver aften skulle med elevatoren op til baren for at have drinks eller spise på restaurant. I sig selv er dette ganske fint, men at placere et dårligt lydisoleret værelse ved siden af den smalle gang hvor enormt mange fulde mennesker går hver aften er fuldkommen hul i hovedet. Dette ledte til massere at problemer med at falde i søvn. For det andet, så var hotellets charmerende gamle elevator måske ikke bedste løsning når hotellet også er en åben restaurant og bar, da den hele tiden var i presset, og der tit opstod kø til den. Apropos rooftop baren og restauranten er det vildt, at man på hotellet man har betalt dyre domme for at bo, skal booke flere dage i forvejen hvis man har lyst til at besøge den om aftenen, da stedet tydeligvis er enormt populært for andre turister end dem på hotellet. Grundlæggende var der flere problemer med hoteloplevelsen, vores bruser fungerede ikke (kun kogende eller iskoldt vand, ikke noget imellem), fjernstyringen til aircondition reagerede ikke, store støvklumper i alle afkroge m.m. Personalet var som sådan venligt, men det var sjældent man kunne få mere end et blik op fra deres computer eller telefon i receptionen. Ingen proaktiv service. Bedre oplevelse har jeg haft på 2-stjernede. Det positive må kunne siges at være beliggenheden, ganske fin morgenmad og den flotte udsigt fra rooftop baren.

This property is very nice. The rooms are clean and quiet. Our room had a balcony and the street was noisy, but once you closed the balcony doors you heard nothing, it was very peaceful. The hotel has a restaurant on the seventh floor and the food is amazing. Sit on the patio (if you can) as the view is pretty awesome. Free breakfast was great!

It was a nice hotel. The room was large but a little dated. Although situated on a Main Street the room was remarkably quiet, you couldn’t hear the traffic or street noise. Excellent access to the train station, markets and main tourist restaurants. The staff was kind but not very helpful with luggage on check in or check out. They sit and watch as you try to navigate the 10 steps to the elevators. If you have mobility limitations, this can be a bit difficult. The best part is the roof top bar and restaurant, with expansive views of Palermo

Centrally located with excellent view/ balcony. However, extremely noisy all night long with uncomfortable bed left me sleep deprived. The mini fridge wasn’t working and I reported it on first day but it never was repaired or replaced. Shower is approx 3ft x 3ft, very tiny, luckily I’m a small lady, larger people would have a difficult time. I will not stay here again.

We chose this hotel as it's near the station. It's well located for the centre of Palermo. Our room was a reasonable size with high ceilings. Bed was comfortable and TV was a smart TV with streaming (although quite small). Downside being an old building was that the noise from the main road and inside the hotel carried. Our room was on to the main road. Breakfast was average, continental fare but it's served outside on the seventh floor terrace. Really lovely spot with great views.

Dominico and Laura at reception awesome! Friendly and helpful. Room was good, but Wi-Fi was not very good and the air-conditioning in our room was not great, room 302 But that was likely a glitch that we didn’t complain about as we were comfortable with the room. Walking distance to train, restaurants and shopping were great!

Rude receptionist, waited for him to finish a phone call till he speaks to me for about 10 minutes, knowing that my car is illegally parked...! Very poor breakfast... the worst selection and level I have seen and unexpected to have in Italy

I would not stay there. We had items stolen from the room and when we confronted the front desk they were no help. Very disappointed.

Location is fantastic. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was charming. We were blown away by the view of the city and the sea from the rooftop bar/restaurant. Breakfast was memorable as there was singing through the streets. If arriving with a car plan to drop off bags at front reception and then park a few blocks away. Not hard, just good to know because the hotel is on a busy street.

Hotel is in a noisy area but there were multiple windows and shutters to help block out some of the city noises. Easy walk to train station and good street food area as well as ancient city attractions.

Excellent hotel with a friendly staff and a very good breakfast included. If you come to Palermo, this hotel is the place to stay, but avoid staying in a room facing the street as it is noisy.

Even though location is good, you can walk to amenities, hotel is in a main, busy, noisy, dirty street and parking is not available. Room was good, and hotel has a nice terrace. Breakfast is not good.

The hotel is located on a busy street and had a small sign that could not be seen while driving and we went around in circles. When we finally found the hotel, the parking is no where near the hotel and we had to figure it out on our own. Perfect spot to be able to walk and see everything! Helpful staff, clean rooms, rooftop dining - amazing views! Walkable from train/ bus station. Highly recommend if you want to see city of Palermo!

The hotel is very well located, it's easy to walk everywhere and find many food and drink options near by. This does come with quite a bit of noise at night, though. The room we had could use some update, but I think they are making progress with renovations on other floors. The rooftop has an amazing vire of the city, but the restaurant is not worth it. Quite expensive for what it is.

Modest hotel in good location historic center. Walk to everything. As other's have said the rooftop terrace - where breakfast is served is a major reason to stay here. The staff were kind and helpful. Recommend

Great experience Terrific value for money! Centrally located in Palermo, the rooms were very nice size and the bathrooms well appointed. Most exciting was the size of the shower (European showers tend to be quite small and this one was decent size) However, the best part about this hotel is the rooftop restaurant. We dined there for dinner with superb service from Natalia! The food, drinks and views were out of this world! Was able to have breakfast there as well (included in rate) Definitely would recommend!
