Staff kept passport to make a copy and only returned on request. Building in scaffolding. Cold shower. Loud music until 1am from a party downstairs.

We found the hotel excellent; the staff were very helpful and quite friendly (some reviews said otherwise but we met several people working there and all were great) We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc. Breakfast was very nice and relaxing. The public spaces are really lovely. We took our time leaving each morning because it was so inviting. We accidentally left something in the room after we left and the staff saved it for us to pick up days later. I would highly recommend this hotel

Storico albergo nel centro di Spoleto. Camere pulite e accoglienti. Staff gentile, cordiale e attento. Ottima e ben assortita la prima colazione. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e speriamo presto di tornare.
