The hotel had so many nice amenities and our room was spacious and comfortable. We had a coffee machine in the room, and one of my favorite little conveniences was the USB ports strategically placed on both sides of the bed—no digging out the European adapters just to charge our phones! 👍👍 The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything and easy to walk just about anywhere.

The hotel room was excellent, roomy well appointed and clean. The parking was fantastic as the hotel has a huge under cover secure parking area very close by. The staff were equally excellent and a special mention for Da Silva who looked after us incredibly well.

Ideal location for attending the opera at the arena. A largely traffic-free 5-minute walk to the arena and Piazza Bra. Single rooms were very comfortable; well maintained, temperature controlled and spacious. Rooms were quiet (especially for such a central location). Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Guests may wish to bring their own hairdryer and clothes steamer; those provided by the hotel were adequate but not the most powerful.
