Excellent staff who really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Close to the train and bus station, and the hotel provide free bikes for an easy journey into the centre of town if you don’t fancy the 25 minute walk. Rooms immaculate and much needed powerful air con!

Ein neues Hotel mit guter moderner Einrichtung. Ein super freundliches Team . Kostenlose Fahrräder zum leihen. Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage möglich. Gute Beleuchtung im Zimmer. Viele Steckdosen überall. Große Dusche aller dings ist im meimem Zimmer 405 im unteren Bereich die Fugen der Dusche verschimmelt und schlecht gereinigt! Auch die untere Türdichtung der Glaßtüre der Dusche ist eklig schmutzig undnsollte dringend erneuert werden!!!

We stayed one night, the hotel is very clean and fresh, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was also good, with a good variety of food choices, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, they kept our luggage before checking in and after departure without any problem and parking was easy, a 5 minute walk to the station, and 20 minutes to the city, there isn’t any facility to make drinks in the room, but there are cafes and eateries at the train station and a free refrigerated bottle of water is provided. We would definitely recommend

Only stayed a couple of nights during italian tour. Ideally located for train transfers and a comfortable walk into the city. Hotel staff stored our bags safely for both early arrival and late departure. Special thanks to Sumalia who looked after us kindly in both instances.

Wir waren für drei Nächte dort. Check-In ging flott und das Zimmer war sogar eine Stunde vor offizieller Check-In Zeit fertig. Frühstück: ist gut und für jeden sollte etwas dabei sein. Der Kaffee ist besonders hervorzuheben, da es eine kleine Kaffeebar mit Siebträgermaschine gibt. Zimmer: ausreichend groß, sauber und funktional. Leider gibt es keinen Wasserkocher oder eine kleine Kaffeemaschine. Parken: Parkhaus sehr gut für 10€/ Nacht. Umgebung: 20 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, 5 min zum (Bus-)Bahnhof. Für einen erneuten Opernbesuch, würden wir wiederkommen.

O atendimento na recepção foi simpatico. Mas o serviço de limpeza de quartos e a limpeza foi uma desagradável experiencia. Para compensar, a gerência ofereceu o PA, que não estava incluido. Foi simpático mas não apaga a má impressão pela falta de limpeza e cuidado no quarto.

Hotel em ótima condição, novo, toda equipe muito simpática, limpeza excelente. Quarto espaçoso, cama muito boa. Café da manhã fantástico, com muitas opções gostosas, me surpreendeu positivamente. Fácil acesso ao centro, com ônibus a 6 min do hotel ou caminhada de 30 min. Observações: não tem supermercado ou farmácia próximo ao hotel, somente no centro - 30 min. A temperatura do chuveiro oscilava sozinha.

O hotel é novo, o quarto é grande e confortável, o banheiro é muito bom, a equipe atendeu super bem, o café da manhã é excepcional. O único ponto de melhoria é que a TV é pequena e antiga, pelo padrão do hotel, deveria uma uma smartv.

Nice hotel within short distance from Verona main rail station. Only negative aspect we found was very noisy aircon in rooms. It actually sounded like an intruder alarm going off so could not be left running while trying to sleep. Staff were great though and did their best to help. Not a lot close by in terms of bars or restaurants, so approx 15min walk into town to find any.

L' esperienza è stata molto positiva. L'albergo è stato ristrutturato da poco e le camere sono belle, spaziose e luminose. L'unica pecca il bagno. Quello che ci e' stato assegnato era destinato alle persone diversamente abili, un po' scomodo perche non avendo il box doccia si allagava sempre e poi non c'era la possibilita' di appendere gli asciugamani viso vicino il lavabo. Per resto soggiorno perfetto con personale molto cortese e disponibile.

Positives - the room was clean, the bed was big. The staff are excellent, and were very helpful in moving us rooms when our original one was attacked by a plague of mosquitoes. Negatives - the air conditioning unit makes an exceedingly annoying whirring sound all night, but it was too warm to sleep without it. Similarly, the bedside phone has the most annoying blue light, that kept me up until I disconnected it. The mattress was quite hard, and the pillow extremely thin. All things together meant it was not a great night's sleep. Basically it's a commuter hotel, if light and a/c noise and hard mattresses don't bother you, it's fine.

Uma supresa muito positiva com o Novo Hotel Rossi, quarto espaçoso , tudo novo e bem limpo e arrumado… Alguns Suvenir como Laminha e creme de Barbear, chileno, escova de dente, etc A atenção foi tão espetacular, que um dos dias que não descemos para tomar café no horário pré programado, antes deles encerrarem o serviço, eles nos ligaram e queriam confirma se não iríamos tomar café… Cuidado personalizado, pelo menos foi o que ocorreu conosco. Ahh o café da manhã aprovado, bastante variedades O Hotel é muito próximo da estação de trem, a cerca de 10min de caminhada muito tranquila e segura. Recomendamos

An absolute bargain for the price (which was very cheap all things considered) Room was spotless, utilities were great, staff were friendly, helpful & available 24/7, breakfast was excellent, and the location was conveniently close to Porta Nuova train station so an excellent spot if you're passing through or need to travel elsewhere Will definitely plan on staying again if I'm ever in Verona in the future

We arrived at midday soaked and in the middle of a downpour which lasted most of the day. Sylvia at reception looked after us very well. She recommended a good lunch venue near the hotel. We came back soaked again and later decided not to go out for an evening meal. Sylvia organised a carry out from the restaurant she had earlier recommended for our meal.

Thereby really convenient to reach Pescheria del Garda for a day trip. 20 minute walk to the historic centre or a 5 minute bus ride from the terminal opposite the station. We chose Novo Hotel Rossi based on other users reviews and its proximity to the bus station, as well as walkability to historic and tourist sites . I am so glad we did!! The hotel was easy to find, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was a great deal and offered a good selection of food. We were able to walk to the historical district in about 15 minutes and felt safe doing so, even at night. However, the stand out about all of these great things was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!! If you are looking for an affordable, comfy stay, I would highly recommend this hotel.

A new hotel next to the original that they plan to renovate. Wonderful reception staff. Clean spacious room. Parking is available but I came and went by train and it’s a 5-minute walk away. I’ll be back on my next trip to Verona

Everything about our stay was perfect.All of the staff were great.Our room was spotlessly clean.The room itself was first rate - plenty of space,excellent bathroom/shower,good desk/workstation,nice view and easily adjusted heating.Breakfast was a bargain at 10 euros - lots of choice and fresh as could be.

Excellent hotel near train station. Room was super comfortable with air conditioning and thoughtful extra items like toothbrushes, shoe shine, shower caps, etc. Breakfast options were plentiful. Would certainly recommend and return.

This was the 3rd time we've stopped here on holiday, which tells you everything. The hotel is almost brand new (completed during the covid pandemic?) and the rooms are clean, modern and quiet. All the staff are good and really friendly. Breakfast is mostly cold with a very good selection of fruit, cereal, bread, croissants, cake etc., but also has hot bacon and egg. You do have to book into an hourly slot, but that was never an issue for us. It's located 5 minutes walk from the station, which is great for day trips to Venice, Lake Garda, Milan; but does mean a good 20 minute walk to the city centre. There aren't any shops nearby, so if you like to have drinks and snacks in your room it's best to pick them up when you're out. There's a Spar not far from the south west corner of Piazza Bra which we tended to drop into. The hotel doesn’t have the facilities of the bigger 4 or 5 star hotels, but if you can do without a hotel bar and gym etc. then it's superb value for money. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Hotell nära tåg och busstation. En kort bussresa in till Verona centrum men också möjligt att promenera. Närområdet var inte direkt trevligt. Vi hade ett rullstolsanpassat rum och det fungerade för oss. Inget stort rum men tillräckligt. Saknade restaurant och bar.

This hotel is so handy for the main railway station in Verona, as it is only a 5 minute walk. Have stayed before so chose it again as we were catching a train the next morning. Room was large and the air con was very welcome. Comfy large bed and nice pillows. Breakfast was also very good.
